The community and instructors at 405 Yoga are incredible! I started practicing here in September after moving here for the military. In addition to being an incredible space to meet people and stay grounded, regularly practicing a few times a week increased my fitness immensely. I took my annual fitness test this week and maxed out my push ups for the first time in 15 years. Megan and her team of instructors have been incredible helping me work on my shoulder strength despite arthritis and mobility issues from cancer treatment. I cannot say enough good things. Try a class-you’ll love it!

I look forward to yoga here and leave so Fulfilled! A beautiful place to practice and make connections. I recently moved and found a very homey vibe here. A variety of skill levels, lots of motivational energies, and sweet encouragement.

I had a friend sign up for a class this evening at 7:15. While on the way there, she hit the train about 2 minutes away and it stopped on the track causing her to be late. When she arrived, she went to the front door and it was locked and when she went to the back door, she was met by an extremely rude woman who told her she was allowed in and did not even let her explain that the train had stopped on the tracks. It was her first time signing up for a class there and for this woman to be so rude and lack any sympathy was extremely off putting. Customer service 1/10 and definitely will not recommend for anyone to come here. Yoga is to strengthen your mind and body and the fact that this woman did not even let her explain herself was horrible.

I could go on for days about how incredible this studio is and how amazing the staff and community are. But to sum it up, what you will find at 405 Yoga is unconditional acceptance.

I was passing through OKC and lucked into this incredible hot yoga community. I go to a lot of studios across the country and this is definitely one of my favorites. I love the energy they bring with such intentionality. First of all the location is dynamite in the heart of Midtown, which is a hip and vibrant neighborhood close to downtown. There’s a great dog park just a block away and a bunch of awesome restaurants including the Kitchen Collective (highly recommended). When you enter the lobby and you will immediately understand why they are successful. It’s bright and open and the studio itself is full of natural light and a really cool mural along the back wall. No mirrors on the front. Heat is conventional but they really let you generate your own heat, keeping the temperature around 85°. Getting a good sweat is not a problem! My favorite thing about this place is the way they have somebody at the front getting everyone checked in and feeling welcome. Inside the studio the teacher, and in one case an assistant, worked the room before class, helping people work on poses and just vibing with everybody. After class the front desk person had incense burning and a great playlist in the lobby. Really encourages people to stick around and have a good time! Specifically, Megan taught one of the most fun classes I’ve ever had on a Saturday morning. Greg had contagious energy on a Tuesday afternoon. I can only imagine the rest of the teachers are equally awesome. Can’t wait to visit again!

From the moment you walk in the door - the instructors and fellow yogis just help bring this atmosphere of positivity, inclusiveness, and real-ness. Everyone is there for a different reason and all is welcomed. Great music, great flows, the vibe at 405 is stellar.

Clean and with a great atmosphere, there's a class for everyone regardless of experience and preferences (slow burn, restorative, power flow which is more cardio, foundations). Each instructor infused their own signature to their classes.

I've attended classes on and off here for years, and I always feel welcomed with open arms. The new building is amazing and has much better parking than before!!! I am loving the extra class options that were not there previously.

Megan (owner) is pure magic in human form. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The Community is by far the best part of the studio. All shapes, sizes, and skill levels will welcome you into the tribe. Very blessed to have found this studio. 5-stars is not enough :)

405 is a great place to learn and grow. The staff and community are both amazing. I've met a lot of great people since starting and now I can even touch my toes (that's a pretty big deal for me).

The community there is unlike any studio I’ve ever been to! I was traveling for work and Megan kicked my butt in power flow! But it was really the warm and welcoming vibe that will bring me back whenever I’m in OKC! Highly recommend!!!

👍👍 Josh, Jamie and Nathaniel are top notch trainers! 10/10 recommend. Me and my girlfriend have had 2 sessions so far. We are for sure feeling the soreness but it feels good. Those 3 guys have us super motivated to reach our goals because they are just as excited as us. The gym can be intimidating but...

😠 You would think that a gym profiting so much money and boasting about it's "warrior" program would offer even the smallest of discounts for military especially 100% disabled combat vets, the real warriors. 😠 A good climbing gym is completely dependent on the route setting, and the route setting at Silos was not good. It’s like going to a restaurant with a bad chef. On top of that, you are not allowed to tie directly into your top rope belay. Instead a triple locking carabiner is attached to a pre tired...

👍👍 Wow. I had a 30 minute massage with Angel. I have never had a professional massage however a friend of mine is a massage therapist and has done some short sessions on my back.
