First and foremost my wife and I travel so we know hotels, this place says one thing and when we pay $800 for the month it's completely different. Total disregard to peace,9am beating on door yelling paying or checking out? Total disregard for privacy, housekeeping just open the door ?? Total disregard for property, just sprayed vehicles with muddy water, and when asked about it,told it was our problem??? They should do the right thing and refund some of that $800 and let us move on

This place is shady as hell. They are the Spirit Airlines of hotels. Yeah, the room rate is cheap, but, you have to pay for a fridge and microwave to be put in the room. If you have to extend, and your not paid at 1159, you're charged an automatic $25 late fee. Visitors be ware. You can get the Days Inn next to it for an average of $15 more without the headaches.

Great place! They have remodeled all their rooms very nice, modern - minimalist look. Does not look like the motel 6s you’re used too. Staff is GREAT, owners are very humbled people. Great prices. They even gave a laundry room! They have 2 rooms with hot tubs!

Not as advertised. No internet or wifi, no ice, no laundry. The only plus is the price of monthly rooms. After talking to other guest it seems others are being charged a different price. Guess it depends on if they like you?

Okay so I give this a 5 star but not like 5 star resort. Like 5 stars for the price. The team that is keeping this place going, top of the line and funny! Ke at the front desk is AMAZING. KE goes over and beyond and has a pleasant and kind demeanor. & Vee in house keeping is a star ⭐️!! Time after time these 2 provide service that makes the experience over the top. As for the building let’s be honest here, this is an older hotel so I had to call maintenance, I was helped very quickly and provided solutions. My room smelled normal (sometimes inexpensive rooms smell weird but not this one) and it was pest free… well there were a few flys but if you keep your door closed, no worries. The ac and heater worked and the water stayed hot for long enough for me to enjoy a proper shower and wash my hair. The decor in the room is modern and my appliances worked. I’ve stayed in more expensive rooms that didn’t have a microwave, so it’s a plus to have a microwave and a fridge and I know I already said this but the team that works here is great!!!! If we’re keeping it 100, I love it here bc it’s so regular and down to earth. I would definitely stay again. but also if you want a fancy hotel where everything is perfect…. This is for down to earth people with good personalities. & if y’all read this, ya better be nice to the people who work here !!! Tell em a joke if you get the chance . If someone has an attitude ask em how their day is going, be human bc I really like these people. Leave a tip !!!

I don't even know where to beStar. It gets 1 Star because there is no option for less than 1, or I would give it 1/2 star. I guess,  if I don't have anything nice to say,  I should not say anything at all

Stayed for 3 weeks because of boyfriends job relocating, weekly rate was $199 but made us pay $275 because I have a service animal (by federal law, service animals are exempt meaning do not pay per day). The AC didn't work, brought it to "manager KiKi's" attention multiple times but yet never was fixed. Had to buy a Roku because the so-called cable/satellite was a whopping 3 whole channels that only worked early in the morning. Not once did "housekeeping" come by and ask if we needed anything. Had to use my own bed sheets, that I just happened to pack, because even after asking for new clean sheets (I even told Miss Kiki I would change them), I never received any! Your trash, gets piled up at the beginning of each floor right by the stairs outside... 3 feet tall and that's no exaggerating either!!! Absolutely the worse place I've EVER stayed at, DO NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Rooms are clean and nice. Kiki at the front desk was especially polite and helpful. Will be staying a while.

Economy Hotel Plus located on the service road for I-35 so you have a few truck stops like Valeros, Pilot Flying J and a few others to choose from. Also it's near Frontier City. And there are a few restaurants close by like Huddle House inside Pilot Flying J, the hotel is right beside Waffle House, Sonic and McDonalds all are in walking distance. Other hotels and motels near by are motel 6, Hampton Inn, Oyo and Days Inn & Suites. Highly recommended.

Service was friendly. No interest access though. No ice machine either. Good place to get sleep but there's not a whole lot to do in the area without wifi.
