Don’t bother getting an iced caramel macchiato here. Whatever the reason, it’s not made correctly. The staff seems friendly enough, the wait times wouldn’t even bother me if the drinks were good, consistently. I also have brought the drinks back to have it remade and it’s still just caramel milk. Today though, I just went back and asked for a completely different drink. That was actually good!!! Stick with a cold brew at this location!

Asking for a tip before a service was even done is ridiculous, they stand there while you’re suppose to choose an amount before your drink is even made and depending on the amount they either make your drink poorly or well. GET RID OF THE TIPPING WHILE CHECKING OUT! Why would anyone tip them for doing the job they signed up to do??

I ordered a TALL, my daughter ordered a Venti. Mine came out small....I said something about it and the rude kid that was working the drive thru said "That's a tall" long story short...Starbucks needs to learn what Tall means, it does not mean "short" needless to say, this is my first and last trip to Starbucks...Folgers taste 100 times better and Tall means Tall.

Best Starbucks ever! Staff is so friendly and always speedy. They work very hard. They make the drinks perfect. Today I ordered 3 which were prepared quickly and I waited no time in the drive thru. I also had a cute message written on one of them which was nice!

We stood and waited while the employees tried to convince each other to serve us. No one did. Nor did they even say hi. And FYI this coffee shop doesn't have a bathroom. This Coffee Shop does not have a Bathroom.

My drink was not made correctly at another store and this one made me another, no questions asked. I’ve been going to this one for a long time and they’ve always been speedy and so nice! Thank you!

This Starbucks is for to go orders only but love the iced white chocolate coffee with espresso. Great service however drive thru was a long line but worth the wait!

The food was fresh and hot. I'm disappointed I ordered two holiday drinks for delivery on Red cup Day in the morning and did not receive the free reusable cup. I attempted to call the location to see if they participated and they do not answer their phones.

Not nice anymore, no seating no tables outside. Starbucks is saying: Spend your money and then get out! The quicker the better

They never make my drink correctly. I always get a Vanilla sweet cream cold brew with extra vanilla sweet cream and it always comes out incredibly dark, and no the cream is not sitting at the bottom. It's like they do not add the extra cream. Every other Starbucks I order this at comes out A LOT lighter in color and tastes like vanilla sweet cream was added. The one I get from this location takes like 99% coldbrew with a tear drop of cream. Disappointing ever time

Terrible wait time in store they completely prioritize drive thru and only do walk in orders when they clear the drive thru line. not happy. also while i waited i had nothing else to do and saw a mobile order waiting that was made incorrectly

The baristas were so friendly despite the early New Years Day morning. Our sweet cream cold brew was perfectly made and cheese danish was the perfect temperature. No skimping on quality or service at this location! 😊

I was having a horrible morning hoping that Starbuskcs would make it better. My hot coffee was luke warm. I paid for 5 shots. I taste maybe 2. Thank you so much for making my day 1000 time worse than it already was. I've been here many times before and never had an issue. Idk how this is acceptable. When someone pays extra for something like shots it's normal for them to expect what they paid for right?!

We waited 15 minutes for a cake pop and 1 drink. Got the cake pop to be told to pull up and wait another 10 will not come back

Had to go inside to order as we couldn’t order our drink sugar free on the app. Not a problem as they were on it when I went inside to order. Ordered 3 drinks all had modifications and tasted delicious. Chai tea with Oat milk blended, sugar free vanilla latte blended, and a vanilla latte made with Pike coffee.

Wed am, arrive 7:20, open at 5. No dark roast. Only thing made was pike. Really? Nobody in place, register person put my plain coffee order to barista. Really. Waited 10 mins for coffee.useless, ask me again about a tip

Utterly the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. Customers getting their orders before me that ordered 15 minutes AFTER I DID. No urgency on getting orders done. I ordered 30 minutes ago. Oh and someone else that ordered 5 minutes ago just got their order. Now employees are standing there talking instead of pulling shots. No words. If I could put negative stars I would. Horrible.

I usually go to the on the north side inside target. but I thought I’d go to this one today. They messed up my order. they remade the frappe and let me keep the messed up one. They didn’t put pumpkin bread on the order like we asked. It was alright.
