I had never been to Starbucks before. I don't usually eat or drink sugar, and I always hear people arguing over not knowing exactly what and how to order. I was on a date with my husband and wanted to try. I didn't know what to order and I was worried the lady at the counter would be mean about it. She was SO nice and helped me choose what to get. When I was waiting at the end of the counter to wait for our drinks, a woman who had been in line behind me approached me. She said that she had overheard me say that I hadn't been there before and that I just HAD to try their [some kind of strawberry cheese danish type thing, I don't recall the name of it]. She had bought me one, gave me the bag, and told me to wait until I got to where I was going and warm it up for 15 seconds in the microwave. I'm so used to unfriendly people in big cities, I literally started crying at her. She wouldn't let me pay her for it either.

I love this Starbucks. It by far has the most polite and friendly staff of all the Starbucks I visit. Some of the locations here in the metro have staff that are outright rude, but not here they are always friendly.

If I may take the time to leave a kind review for the one of the best starbucks experiences. Matthew really went above and beyond, not only for me, but for the customer before and after me. Well deserved and earned recognition 👏

Completely horrible. Brandon is not attentive and is very rude. First off, the lady in front of me ordered a venti and got a small and he didn’t even offer to fix it and kinda just walked away. Then I asked if he could cut my wrap in half and he said they didn’t have knives. I go to Starbucks every morning and get the same thing and they cut it every time. He was out of everything and nothing worked. His attitude was the worst and I won’t be coming back.

Excellent food and great prices. Portion size is great as well. Had the mixed grill so I could get a taste of all three meats, lamb, beef, chicken. Very pleased with it. Will definitely go back. Maghareeb food authentic

I'm not a fan of Starbucks usually, but seeing as how this is a franchise owned by target, I make an exception. The staff is knowledgeable and they care about the product. They are friendly and provide great customer service.

Everyone is very friendly and they process mobile orders more quickly than most locations. Unfortunately, the parking lot is a nightmare.

Tylor is definitely one of the best. Another store, wrong coffee, this store on way to work & she fixed others mistake without a thought. Great service! I visit 2 stores often & both excellent! This customer service stood out though!

Ordered my wife a latte. They only filled it about half way full. What a rip off.

I got a latte from here today. A grande pumpkin spice latte. It was only half full. Y'all ripped me off man.
