If I could rate service without a star I would. No greeting when walking into store. If they make your drink wrong they have a terrible attitude when asked to correct the mistake. Excuses were made. Very unprofessional. Us as customers aren't asking for employees to be robots but if you're in customer service professionalism would be appreciated. Having a busy day is no reason for rudeness.

Words can’t describe the level of frustration, I ordered a tall vanilla ice latte with caramel and it taste nothing but milk I had it remade and it taste disgusting. I also got a caramel macchiato with vanilla cold foam on top and there’s ZERO flavor. I called and spoke to Gabby and she was super rude and told me that next time I need to order different things. I said I order these drinks all the time at different locations and they don’t suck. I asked if I could be refunded and she told me I have to go back to there location to get a refund and that they couldn’t remake the drinks. I will not be back after Gabby being unhelpful.

I rarely write reviews because I like giving businesses the benefit of the doubt. I know what it’s like to work in costumer service, and it can be brutal. I’ve been going to this Starbucks for about a year now, and I’ve always enjoyed everything I get and the staff is very friendly. The past few weeks though have been completely different. I have noticed that the drinks won’t be filled up all the way or they aren’t made the way they usually make them. This morning I had asked for a matcha tea latte and they said they weren’t able to make it, which is fine. I ordered the pink drink and they tell me to wait a second, okay that’s fine so I wait and they tell me they can make it. When I get to the window I am not greeted and nobody says a word to me as if the staff is in a bad mood. This was just one of the many times in the past few weeks where no one will say a word to me. I receive my pink drink, and it’s more like a very watered down milk. I noticed they didn’t put the strawberries in there like usual, so I assume that they didn’t have any left. I would have appreciated if they could have told me they didn’t have any strawberries or whatever they use left so that I could order something else instead of wasting a $6 drink. This review is not meant to be rude or to send hatred to the workers, but for them to see the changes that are happening that may also be affecting other costumers. I will continue to go to this Starbucks in hopes they continue to do their best.

Not sure what happened today. I was in the line for 18 minutes with only two cars in front of me. When I got to the window an additional 5 minutes. After 6 minutes I asked for a refund. The first time in all my history of going to Starbucks have I received poor service due to time constraints,

I have gone to this starbucks three times now and the drinks are so inconsistent. I hate to be a downer but dude starbucks is not cheap. The last time I went my matcha literally just tasted like milk and wasn't mixed at all.. Then I go today and half the dang venti cup is foam. I didn't order foam and its not suppose to be like this. I'm sorry but if I'm gunna splurge and spend 6+ bucks on a drink I expect the cup to be full and made properly. Do better man do better.

I got the best service I have ever received at Starbucks here. The batista knew people's names and what they liked on their drinks. She asked me what I was waiting on to make sure I was being taken care of. Great drink too.

My wife got the iced caramel macchiato made with heavy cream, and after we left the parking lot, she tasted it and the heavy cream had spoiled. She was sick for the rest of the night. Steer clear from this Starbucks. They obviously do not care about public health.

Newly opened Starbucks, most needed location, will definitely ease off the pressure for the other few surrounding locations. Best spot to sit outside at, if you don't mind the constant traffic by the service road.

Last time at this Starbucks-paid for extra pumps and sugar and didn’t receive any. My white mocha doesn’t even taste like espresso is in it. Girl at the window was unpleasant and when I asked for straws I had to lean out my car to grab them from her as she looked away from me with just her hand out the window. The worst Starbucks slow and drinks are never made right. Waste of $10

PSA: My wife and I are regular customers at this Starbucks location, visiting daily. While our order may be a bit intricate, we've always found it straightforward for the Starbucks team. Among the staff, some have truly stood out, going above and beyond to ensure our experience is delightful. On the other hand, a few employees have made us feel like an inconvenience, as though we're imposing on their time and effort. Today's encounter became the turning point for us. I decided to step inside and speak with a manager about our experience, though regrettably, I didn't catch her name. She was dismissive and brief, choosing to brush aside my concerns rather than address them. Regrettably, no resolution or even an apology was offered. This particular store leaves me with a sense of unwelcomeness. In all our travels, we've frequented Starbucks across the globe, and while each store has its own uniqueness, this one stands out negatively in our experiences. Despite our loyalty to this establishment due to its convenience, the consistent less-than-welcoming encounters make me contemplate seeking another Starbucks location. I believe in sharing honest feedback about local businesses, even those we support financially, to ensure a higher standard of service for all.

I visit this Starbucks on the way to work periodically, I've always been greeted by smiles , friendly and uplifting conversations, and Baristas that I feel genuinely care for their customers. They have a really condescending sign on how to order your drink. I feel like this is very inappropriate.

Very friendly customer service, I go there everyday and they all know me by name now. Usually really quick especially if you don’t use the drive-thru. As far as the drinks, I mean it’s Starbucks, what more can I say about that?

I really like the place where this Starbucks is located. It's pretty bigger than the other Starbucks on town. If you are driving to Costco or Sam's club on W memorial road, or going to Quail springs mall, and if you would like to grab a coffee and have some small bites, this is the place. This location offers pickup, curbside delivery, drive through and dine in, so it takes usually a longer time to get your food prepared. One thing I really liked about this location is, most of the baristas wear mask which makes you feel pretty safe. I tried Almond croissant, and it was so good. I also tried tomato mozzarella panini, and some coffee which was pretty great.
