UPDATE: They have recently gotten so much better. I now frequent thus location. Staff is so friendly and they always get my order right. They need new management. Employees are only as good as their management. Most times that I've been to this location, my drinks have been totally wrong. IE forgetting flavored syrup, too much of this or that. I only gave 2 stars because the employees are very nice and friendly for the most part. I don't blame the employees and neither should anyone else. The ones who "train" them are to blame. Its a shame that I have to drive 20 min round trip to the next closest location just to get what I order.

Eddie was the best service we have ever had! He actually made me smile for the first since my mom passed away! Becky is incredible too! They are the reason we come here everyday! Keep shining stars!

This place is the absolute best they even brought me a elegant plate when I ordered a sausage egg and cheddar

Not bad, pretty much your typical Starbucks. Staff were cool. It's been hell finding their coffee mugs the last several months (the "you are here" ones I think they are called). This was the second place I stopped and I took their last one.

Extremely rude customer service. My drink was made wrong, the girl at the window gave attitude about remaking it and then I could see her talking to her coworker about it with an attitude. I will not be back to this Starbucks, even the remade drink was wrong.

Every morning I look forward to coming to this locations Starbucks! Eddie at the window seems to always make me laugh and smile! He’s a hard working man trying to support his family in these crazy times! Rebecca the manager is doing a phenomenal job making sure everything is done right and keeping up, from what I see, a VERY positive work environment! Even thought the coffee is really over priced the two people mentioned above make it work every dime! I TOLE YALL I WAS PUTTING YALL IN FOR A RAISE!! I’m doing all I can to make sure this store is really taken care of! Thank you guys for your positive vibes and making my morning a little bit brighter, with you guys, you help me get my day started with with a great go get ‘em attitude!!!!

They know my name by now since I stop by there most mornings and they always have a friendly attitude, which is pleasant since most people are still waking up. When you are getting the fuel for your day and not always at your best they seem to brighten the morning.

The music is a loud and makes coffee and conversation a bit challenging. But over all it was great!!!!

Ban me I'm ok with that but teach your drive through not to assume the customer is rude with out even speaking to them . There first words should be hello your total is .not your rude .I wasn't rude till u told me 🤣 then I showed you rude ! Maybe it was because I didn't want a drink with out the inclusions n was told that doesn't affect the drink ,well to me it does n I said no I don't want it please take it off because to me it does affect the drink if not in it . So don't get made cause I didn't want what you said was good in your opinion !!!!

WAY understaffed with the volume of customers. Three people working and it still took 10 minutes to get the employee in the back to come to the register and another 20 minutes to get one drink. Obviously poor management.

Not sure how they ran out of new drinks they're promoting I sat here long enough to do a mobile order now it's magically sold out.

Wasn't taking online orders. Had to go inside. Didn't have the dark roast. Had them put a shot of expresso. Coffee was Luke warm not hot. Not impressed with this location. 29th and I-44.

Music was a bit loud so we could barely here our names being called. Other then that it was great!

Went through the drive through super fast and probably the nicest food service employees I have ever talked too.

Did not get order correct & could not go back to get it corrected due to an appointment. Parking is super tight. Location is decent due to being near an airport but in and out? Yeah nightmare

Ezra was very nice at the window but where is all my coffee 😭
