I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Renaissance Oklahoma City Downtown Bricktown Hotel and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and made me feel right at home. The hotel's location in the heart of Bricktown is perfect for exploring the vibrant downtown area, with plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options nearby. The room itself was immaculate and well-appointed. It was clear that the staff takes great care in maintaining the cleanliness of their rooms. The comfortable bed, crisp linens, and modern amenities made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. One of the standout features of this hotel is its excellent staff. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The hotel also offers a variety of amenities, such as a fully-equipped fitness center, an indoor pool, and a fantastic on-site restaurant that serves delicious meals. I had the opportunity to dine there during my stay, and I must say, the food was absolutely delightful. Overall, my stay at the Renaissance Oklahoma City Downtown Bricktown Hotel was a truly memorable experience. The combination of its prime location, stellar staff, pristine rooms, and top-notch amenities make it an ideal choice for anyone visiting Oklahoma City. I highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers, and I can't wait to return on my next trip to the area.

Very nice hotel in a great area! Walking distance to a lot of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, the front desk was very hospitable and accommodating. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Downtown OKC area.

Had to park and walk 2 blocks bc they can't even afford to have their own parking 💀 both ppl at the encounter helping 1 guy and ignoring everyone else. Bar closed at 9 and refused to serve anything other than beer/wine that would require effort to clean. Constant whistling in the room so we couldn't even sleep. Worst hotel I've stayed at in my entire life. Told the front desk about the noise problem and they just went 🤷‍♂️..

I received two vouchers in an auction sometime back, each for a 1 night stay. I misplaced them and recently came across them. They were a couple of months out of date. I called the hotel to ask if they would still honor them. They would not. I am disappointed that they wouldn't work with me and because of this will never stay at their hotel. Not good customer service, especially since they are rarely fully booked.

The location of this hotel is truly amazing! The finishes of the hotel and the cleanliness were all top notch. The rooms were cleaned well each day and restocked, etc. Also, the restaurant downstairs was downright AMAZING. The bad: the walls are legitimately paper thin. We had a room that had a shared door with the next door (Room 526) and we could hear every small move our neighbors made and conversations felt like they were in our room. Awful! Lastly, the pillows were extremely thin. Appropriate for a cheaper hotel, but not a Renaissance. All in all, I’d definitely stay here again. I’d ask for better/more pillows and ensure to get a corner room.

For the price , this hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable and the cleanliness was very good. The shining star though, was the restaurant/bar. The food (especially the whipped goat starter) was insanely good. The cocktails were thoughtful and the bar staff was well trained. I will stay here every time I’m in OKC. This hotel is very near the canal walkway and very easy to walk to nearby attractions.

Nice hotel, horrible location if you want to sleep. We could hear every word of every song being played in the bars below and we were on the 8th floor! Even with it being winter and these bars not having the patios open, I can’t imagine what it is like in the summer. Horrible sleep. Also only parking is valet.

the building seemed nice. they do not offer parking aside from valet. add about $50 to the price of your stay. don't book a stay here if you want to sleep. there was some kind of large street party going on while we were here. extremely noisy. the hotel has a party, club atmosphere. definitely not family friendly. among the worst hotel experiences in all my life and i've traveled quite a bit.

I loved my stay. Excellent service. Good bar and food. Room was nice, large and clean. Saturday and Sunday nights there was some noise coming from a nearby night club, but not too loud. The walkable canal area is just next block. Many restaurants are in walking distance

If you need sleep, this is not the hotel for you! After a day full of airport travel, we were ready to go straight to bed. Let the noise begin!! Pulsating party music from nightclubs until 2 am, and room doors constantly slamming in the hallway. We flew here to attend a funeral and we have had zero sleep. This is the only Renaissance we have ever stayed at that does not have a concierge lounge. No coffee this morning because we had to leave before the Starbucks in the lobby opened at 6 am. After no sleep, coffee was definitely needed! (We don’t drink the coffee in the hotel room) We requested our car from the valet 20 minutes before our planned departure and had to wait an additional 10 minutes more for our car. I’m sure this hotel is perfect if you want to go clubbing but we just wanted to sleep. I wanted to warn anyone who isn’t looking to party all night and simply wants sleep!!! So exhausted!!!

Decided to stay here while visiting a conference. The place was redone about a year or so ago and was still in New shape. Place was busy and really enjoyed that built-in Starbucks for ease of getting more than just coffee right there at the hotel. Would definitely stay here next visit.

My first time here. Very nice, clean, new property. People and room were great. Had a nice surprise at breakfast: the hotel restaurant food was outstanding. I expected generic hotel restaurant food. I had clients meet me in the restaurant and we were thrilled with how great the food was. Our server was wonderful, too. Highly recommend the hotel and restaurant.

I recently stayed at The Renaissance Oklahoma City hotel as a Titanium member, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Despite being a loyal member of their rewards program, I was not offered any upgrades or other perks during my stay. What's more, I was treated with disrespect by some of the hotel staff, which made my stay even more frustrating. For example, when I asked about the possibility of an upgrade, I was met with dismissive and rude responses from the front desk staff. This kind of treatment is simply unacceptable, especially from a hotel that claims to value its loyal customers. I hope that Renaissance Oklahoma City hotel takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their policies and customer service in the future. As a loyal customer, I would like to see the hotel prioritize its most valuable guests and provide the kind of service that truly sets it apart from the competition.

We stayed there while we ran the OKC marathon. Everyone was very attentive and kind. They cheered the runners and treats for us the morning of the race. Valet parking was great everyone very polite and helpful. Ari helped us get our things in our truck when we checks out.

Great new property. Everyone was nice and service was great. The location is also very good. Downtown parking in any city is a pain. Expect a hefty fee at any city property. Rooms were large and clean. I am not a fan of the sliding doors for bathrooms.

Love this place: location, decor, furniture, use of browns and greys, artwork, Aveda rosemary mint products, Culprits. My only two issues concern the bathroom and gym. There is no towel rod for bath towels. There are robe hooks, but they're on the opposite wall from the shower, and they're robe hooks. Then the gym, while nicely equipped, is tight. It seems not as much thought of function went into these two. Regardless, I would stay here again, if not always, whenever in town. The location is right off the canal and surrounded by many good restaurants, especially Culprits right inside the hotel. There's a Starbucks inside too, This location is living up to Renaissance's belief of every trip becoming a tale and turn containing a twist. On another note, I wish they had an M Room for Bonvoy members.

Bricktown’s newest hotel has a very clean and modern design. The staff were friendly and efficient. Housekeeping does a great job of keeping the hotel clean both in the room and public spaces. Parking can be a challenge with only Valet, but manageable.

Valet service was always prompt, especially in the mornings at 5am. Each afternoon I got to see Tyler and Jaymen at the valet stand with my car, and both went out of their way to meet my needs and make my stay very pleasant! (Tyler with my noon trips to pick up lunch across the street). Alex always had a very early good morning. The two women at the check-in desk always had a smile and a nice word after a long hospital shift (I wish I knew their names). I’ve stayed at five hotels in OKC in the last eight months and the renaissance is by far the best! I will keep returning for the remainder of my contract.

The management of this property has taken steps to alienate Federal Employees who are on the road all the time, by increasing the rate by $55 per night. This is there way of saying we don’t want you nor value your business. Definitely don’t deserve the business. Shame Shame! This affects military and civilian Federal Employees.

The valets were really prompt and helpful, the Starbucks staff was friendly and fast, and the food at the restaurant was high-quality, and the staff there was very responsive. The hotel is also extremely close to the canal walk and the Bricktown Brewery, both of which were awesome.

We didn’t stay at the hotel, but me and my wife used the valet service to park our car. Hamza, Jaymen, and Jessie were very friendly and helpful. They even told us about a good food spot to eat at, really great service!

Stayed for just one night but had a fabulous time. All staff were friendly and helpful- especially Nate at valet. Rooms clean and fresh. Food delicious. We will be back. Thank you.

Really appreciated the great service. Nice decor. Love the bar/restaurant and that they have a Starbucks. Only suggestion for the room is have robes, a makeup mirror, and luggage racks. Also, the maid carts are extremely loud in the hallway. We would definitely stay again.

Hotel was comfortable and a great location. Great service by staff when needed. Starbucks in the lobby was great for a morning coffee. Valet staff were amazing and the text for car feature is great for saving time. Mobile key was sometimes tricky with the elevator. There’s a water bottle filler on the second floor.
