I was seen in the ER after a short 20-30 minute wait. I was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of the staff and how sincere they were in helping me get to the bottom of why I was feeling so horrible. They communicated well with my OB and kept me in the loop on everything we were doing. I highly recommend this location. Thanks for great care!

I was seen in emergency room by several different staff and a doctor. I also had a cat scan. I was in terrible pain. I had broken two rods in my back. Then I was released to go home. In terrible pain. I needed to be put in pain management in the hospital until I could have emergency surgery to remove two broken rods in upper middle back I suffered all night I was able to get in to see my surgeon the next morning I was immediately put in Spine Hospital for pain management and had surgery. I think the Doctor who attended me at INTEGRIS did not understand my condition

They were very kind, quick about getting me care, and very helpful and informational on details I needed to know. I was not uncomfortable at all whatsoever during my visit. This hospital has the upmost hospitality for their patients as well. I'm normally a patient or person that absolutely hates hospitals, and I am normally only at one through a EMT but my experience with this hospital has changed my entire outlook on hospitals. Thank you Integris!

It took over 4 hours to see a Dr for technically nothing! He is referring me to an ortho Dr, which will take another month to get in to see. I pulled my shoulders & all he would tell me is that my arms were not out of socket. No MRI to see if they were torn or what! Prescribed me Norflex as a muscle relaxer and it didn’t work whatsoever. Total waste of money and time. Everyone was nice and professional, but that doesn’t fix me! It’s a hospital! At least do an MRI. Don’t waste people’s time, especially when you sit there forever!

Hours after mine and my son's visit I sit here in tears of gratitude thanking the Lord for the amazing caring team who took care of us today. We had been battling the flu for several days it had flared my RA up and had my son's breathing very shallow so we went in. We was at the check-in and my 9 year old got his blood pressure and temperature after he stood up he did not look right and he hit the floor. The gentleman who took his blood pressure rushed to him and soon after the triage nurse she was blonde I wish I knew their name. Even though I was in panic mode I could see the team work and I can hear the team work. He was telling her everything he had and knew as they was checking his vitals and gracefully picked my baby up and had him on his way to feeling better. I would truly like to thank these two not only for the excellent care for my son but for the comforting talks to help me through this situation. I'm already sick so when my baby hit the floor I didn't know what to do at that moment I thought my heart hit the floor. They handled it so perfectly it brought my anxiety down. You guys rocked my experience and I'm forever thankful. Dr. Brent O Hale was amazing he had wonderful bedside manners. He had my son talking about Thanksgiving food with in minutes. The respiratory therapist had wonderful bedside manners and gentle with my son. What a team!!!!!! Thank you!!! Thank you!!

The nurse was very nice but the doctor didn't seem to care what was wrong. Tried to rush me out without knowing what was wrong and when I asked him to find out what was wrong before he released me, he said I was rude. They want to send you a big bill for doing nothing.

I had unreal severe abdominal pain, that had me in tears and crying out loud in tremendous pain. I was given morphine through my IV, And said my CT Scan was normal, and I should see a gasterologist possibly, and sent home. These Drs said that they had no idea of my abdominal pain or what was causing it. The next day I ended up at another ER with the same excruciating pain that had even worsened overnight, but at Norman regional. They did a CAT scan and then next morning I was in emergency surgery for twisted intestine, internal hernia, and Ulcer. Thank God that hospital figured out what my abdominal pain was , and just didn't send me home, because this hospital integris Southwest missed it.

Best ER experience I’ve ever had. Went in unsure if I would be considered a “true emergency” and low expectations after being told by 2 different urgent cares there was nothing they could do for me. I was seen and treated right away. I was offered an immediate solution and treatment was very quick. 4 stars because checkin/intake/treatment only took 30 minutes, but discharge and picking up prescription from the onsite pharmacy took 45?

I was very impressed with how fast they got me in and figured out if I was having a heart attack and then taking care of me afterwards. I was not impressed with the nurse that was taking care of me at the end. I asked for something to drink twice and never got one or told why. Then when I was discharged I told the nurse that I came in the North entrance and didn’t know how to get to my car. She kept insisting that I came in the emergency entrance. She just took me to the emergency entrance and walked away. I had to walk outside from Emergency door to north entrance just because she wouldn’t even consider that I knew what door I came in. I’m 72 years old and don’t walk all the time. It was hard to do.

After going back and reading the notes, it was extremely obvious they didn’t really listen. I’ve been in a UC flare for 2+ months, lost 25lbs, haven’t been able to eat/drink in days, with other details that I’ll leave off of here. The notes made it sound like I had a stomach bug or something. A handful of the things they said were just inaccurate and that’s very frustrating! I NEVER go to the ER and this is a good example of why. Just listen to your patients and make sure that what you are charting you actually DID assess or that the information is accurate. Also, the waiting room was nasty with emesis bags and trash laying everywhere and when leaving there was a trail of urine down the hallway.

I had to utilize the ER. Obviously no one ever wants to have to go to the emergency room, but I had the best experience there. Everyone from the admitting nurse, to the nurses and doctors that took care of me and diagnosed my issue. Everyone there was amazing. I recommend this hospital 100%. Wonderful staff and care.

They were fast and they were sorta nice. Honestly I don't know why doctors become doctors anymore feels like just for money not because they want to heal . I went in yesterday 22nd with severe kidney body pain and sore throat , weakness and dizziness etc . Did a urine sample UTI great đź‘Ť so start me on antibiotics. Instead gave me a prescription where there is no pharmacy open for next two days. So I might go into sepsis shock before I get medicine. No doctor came and talked to me about the results or if I needed any additional info.. May God guide people heart to help others.

So the day I was up there my son was having an asthma attack due to being sick . They mislabeled him as abdominal pain which cause us to wait longer then someone who needed to be treated fast. When we got in there were very slow to get respiratory there. 2 doctors a student doctor and a nurse all visited before he was actually given a breathing treatment. Once he received one and a steroid they released him. Normally they give him 2 but felt he didn’t need it. Well when we got home I did indeed have to give him another one. Every other visit was great until this one. Definitely odd but wasn’t happy with this one visit. I won’t come on this day in the week ever again
