Pros: fast & friendly service, good coffee, outdoor seating, free wifi, good vibes I tried to order ahead to avoid lines but the app wanted me to reload a card for more than my order amount. That was annoying so I just ordered when I got there. They run the place efficiently and the service was friendly. Maybe it was the 90s music but I was impressed! Too bad you can't order ahead without Starbucks card (also cannot earn rewards without Starbucks card) I'm not sure why this location specifically is set up this way. They stay busy so maybe it's designed to slow traffic. That aside, this would be my favorite starbucks location.

My entire break is being wasted. I only ordered 3 things and I’ve been sitting for 15 mins already. Why? Because the people that are supposed to be working are standing around talking to friends. The person that took my order was great, but otherwise the service sucks.

Don’t order and pay for extra toppings at this locations because you will be disappointed. I paid for extra crunch on my caramel ribbon and got the same amount of toppings as my sons who didn’t order extra. I even brought it to their attention and was dismissed. They looked at me like I was dumb for bringing it to their attentions. My home Starbucks would have added more. The customer service here is poor and rude. There is nothing worse than paying 18$ for drinks you’re not happy with.

One of the things I love about Starbucks is the consistency of their quality. No matter what one I'm at I can always count on getting a great cup of coffee and a bite to eat. This location I don't visit often , but I like the layout pl÷nty of cushioned hairs to sit in. Got the ice coffee with half and half and Stevia also one of my favorites the double smoked bacon Cheddar and we egg sandwich. The friendly staff, as usual, helped make for a great experience .

One of the nicest Starbucks I’ve been to locally! Very open floor plan, lots of nice windows, contemporary clean seating, very inviting. Thankful for the attentive staff and how clean the building was.

I've been to A LOT of Starbucks locations in my years on this earth. By far this location is the best! Coffee is always consistent and the line moves FAST!! The drive thru will be wrapped around the building and Im out of there in under 5 minutes. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Every time my wife and I come here, we’ve always gotten something that doesn’t have coffee because we don’t drink it. It’s gotten to the point where we can’t even order hot chocolate because they’ll put coffee in it. Only once have they ever caught it before giving it to us and they nicely redid the order, but it’s not worth our time going to this Starbucks where they get our order wrong every single time.

We just showed her coffee. The girl was very understanding and knowing that I just had dental surgery and needed my coffee in a larger cup so that was able to drink out of it. So kudos to her

You can never go wrong with a Starbucks treat! I get a shaken espresso with oat milk 1 pump classic & 3 pumps of pumpkin my friend Emily recommended it and it’s delicious!! Highly addictive!

I love coming here and getting my favorite coffee, hot chocolate, turkey bacon sandwich or the banana loaf. I loved the service everyone gives when I come.

Very well managed. With 10+ years of rather consistent experience with Starbucks stores across the world, this team are above average in every way. They are consistently clean, quick, happy, quietly lively, and inviting. That the food is 1 star is not their fault.

My day took me off track so I visited this store instead of my usual one. I generally love Starbucks but this will be the last place I go in the future. I placed a mobile order and picked my order up in the drive thru. My cheese danish, which the sticker said “warmed”, was cold. Obviously had not been warmed in any way. My drink was given to me with a stopper in it and I sat it down in my cup holder until I got to work. Once I got to my desk I removed the stopper and took a sip. The coffee tasted burnt or at least more bitter than normal. I removed the lid to add some sweetener and I saw a dead fly floating in my cup. Again, the drink had a stopper from the time I had gotten it so this had to have occurred in the store. I was appalled, grossed out, and angry that I’d spent the time and money for this experience. I contact Starbucks HQ and they gave me a $10 credit and said “this is not the experience we expected you to have”. Me neither, I didn’t sign up for sick game of Fear Factor. Needless to say, I wouldn’t recommend this store. And, at this point, I’m not sure I’d recommend any other store either.

This place is unique among Starbucks. Always friendly and the manager gets to know his regulars, is super friendly and even remembers their usual orders. He will ask if you’re order is different than usual just so they don’t miss something! Much respect!!

when everyone was sat doing their own things, a kind man asked everyone if they wanted waters. very appreciated and great customer service! the baristas are also very nice people.

It smells great in these stores if you like coffee ☕I have yet to visit for myself.

Former black apron. Partner numbers 1713310. I must say Starbucks as a whole has really nose dived. However this location really let me down when I showed up just wanting to grab a quick water after skating and the employees there couldn’t make that transaction happen in a timely manner.
