    Took my daughter in for an obvious sinus infection and wasn’t able to get basic antibiotics to help with the infection. Was told to call back in a couple of days if it got “worse.” As soon as we came home she was very sick so I called back to see if we can get a prescription called in and was put on hold for 20 minutes with no response. My husband and I left a couple of voicemails, but no one ever called back. Felt like I wasted an hour out of my day for nothing. It’s not like we go to urgent care on our weekends just for fun. Very disappointed with the lack of empathy and support.

    Today I went today Mercy due to symptoms I was having. Clearly I had some type of infection and not the common cold she diagnosed me with. She had no empathy at all. She literally was in the exam room less than 2 minutes. A common cold does not have chills, fever loss of appetite amongst other things.She also told me my cough would last up to 8 weeks. I have never known a common cold to last that long. She acted like I was bothering her. I ended going to another urgent care and was told I have viral infection not a common cold. So now I had to pay another co pay due to the PA not addressing my concerns. I would not recommend this urgent care. I am very disappointed.

    The receptionist was very kind. The wait wasn't too long, and all in all service was great. But the best part of the experience was skipping signing any paperwork by filling out all my information on the phone.

    Misdiagnosed TWICE. First time I was told I just had swollen throat and ears. She gave me no antibiotics or nothing. I go to my pcp and i have double ear infection. Second time I go in barely breathing and the doctor says I’m fine it’s just congestion, no medications given. I go to the ER the next day because SAME I can barely breathe and I’m told I have multifocal pneumonia and put on breathing treatment and 4 medications. I don’t recommend this UC at all. These NP’s and doctors definitely don’t know what they’re doing.

    This particular clinic is very good. Check-in online, while not required, speeds the process immensely. The staff here, from receptionist to nurse practitioner and techs, really work to make your visit comfortable and efficient. They can x-ray injuries, diagnose illness, and determine what kind of rash you are scratching.

    PA Elder was fantastic. I so appreciate his friendly attitude it certainly made having to be seen a little better. Being in a busy part of town, the slots fill up quick. Walk in will always be a bit rough and wait but when I reserve ahead I’ve never had to wait.

    Went into this location because it was the closest to me and was having an allergic reaction. As soon as I walked in, the front desk asked if I had saved a spot, I let them know I had not, but I was having an allergic reaction and my throat felt tight and hard to swallow. They advised me to check in and wait. They had me standing there waiting and then wanted information before they would take me back there and then when I finally did they wanted to fill out more information to then proceed to tell me that I probably should have gone to the ER. I told them I did not know where one was and that they were closest to me is why I came there. I Let them know it was starting to get worse and I asked them if there was going to be anything they could do and was advised they did not know and that is why I should have gone to the ER. The doctor finally came in and told me that I just needed to go to the ER yet again, I then asked why when I walked in and told them what was going on they didn't just tell me that so that I didn't waste time. They just said don't be mad at them and walked me to the front. I will never go back to this location, it came off as if they wanted to make sure they have documentation for a visit to charge me even though they knew they could not do anything.

    10, already have recommended to a friend. Lacey listened to me tell her my symptoms, & seemed to really care about helping me feel better. Which I did shortly after I took the Rx she prescribed. Glad I went.

    I was in and out in 15 minutes. I didn’t have to wait an hour+ to see the doctor. Everyone was very friendly.

    This location is amazing! We have had to go here twice in the last few months for a sports injury. We chose this one because they have an xray machine. Usually these kind of places aren’t very friendly and just want to get you out. The receptionist, and the nurse were so nice both times we went. I appreciated not feeling like they were just rushing us out.

    The staff was courteous. And Cory Young, FNP was very nice, had good bedside manner and asked if I had any questions. First time at that clinic, definitely will recommend.

    Couldn't get into my primary care physician, so I got on the website and booked an appointment. It was easy, and when I arrived, I checked in on kiosk and was taken back within a few minutes. The RN and the PA were very kind, professional, and efficient. I would feel very comfortable returning to this facility in the future if needed.

    This is probably the most efficient Mercy Urgent Care I've ever been to. I was seen at the exact time of my scheduled appt. NO WAITING! No one was waiting in the lobby "in que." Dr.came in right away, did examination & called in a prescription for me that was ready in less than 10 minutes. And people were coming in to be seen & were being checked in right away. I don't want to go anywhere else.

    This place is amazing. Such nice friendly staff. We got right in and even 15 min early. We did call and make an appointment they sent a link for me to fill out the paper work and checked in at the keypad. Zero issues. We will make this our go to for urgent care.

    Care was good, but had to wait approx. 1 hr to be seen even though I had made an appt. Understand they can't predict how busy they will be , but need a back up plan for help when appts are so far behind. I was unable to get my prescription filled.
