The sad thing is I love cool greens and enjoy their food.. it really sucks to say but one member of the staff ruined that all for me yesterday. She was so rude, treated me and others as if we were stupid, has the worst attitude, and was confusing instead of helpful.. literally stared at you, rolled her eyes, instead of acting like a normal helpful employee. This is unfortunate because just from that interaction yesterday, (I’ve also witnessed her a few other times act the same way in previous visits, but this was my last straw).. it warded me from this location.. I was planning on doing a big catering order for my company but I cannot and won’t deal with that girl at the cashier. I cannot do it anymore when I spend my hard earned money just to get treated unfairly. Hopefully you guys select more friendly members who can actually do the job.

Nice location with lots of seating. It feels a bit sterile inside, but that's not a bad thing.

I’m actually very surprised by some of these low reviews because I have NEVER had anything other than a 5 Star experience at this location and all of the Coolgreens restaurants. I go at least once a week in addition to using them for large catering orders. Staff is very friendly and professional, food is fresh and delicious, atmosphere is inviting and comfortable and my catering orders are always correct and ready/delivered on time.

Trash. When the food actually has flavor, it’s too salty or too sweet. Expensive for what you get. The location itself feels like a box, no personality. I also witnessed a manager talking to a new employee about how training is done….you actually just give an employee one of the menus and tell them to memorize what goes on what? I saw an employee get a talking to for not knowing to tell anyone in a loud voice to put shrimp on the grill, I’m not at all surprised that said employee responded by saying they weren’t given any kind of training other than reading a menu. No wonder it takes so long to get your food, counter assistants apparently get no training so no one under the level of manager knows what to do. I could even hear people arguing back in the kitchen. This place is disgraceful. No, thank you.

Asked for a spicy avocado sandwich with no cheese/ chips, add chicken. They never put avocado on it. $14 out the window. Never coming back. Update: the owner said to email them (see response) to make it up to me. Emailed the correct email. Was never responded to. What a joke of a place.

I lived near Sweetgreen for years so I was excited to try Coolgreens while in OKC, but the flavors of the superfood grain bowl I got were way off. Chicken was too salty. Too many sweet flavors so I took off the cranberries and was glad I got the syrupy honey dressing on the side. Disappointing that the menu is more than healthy salads because the salad recipes are suffering. I'm used to the Harvest Bowl or the fun in-season ingredient salads like Chicken Brussels, Strawberry Fields, or Peach goat cheese salad offerings from Sweetgreen. Please take another look at your recipes' flavors and think about lowering the sodium content, adding more of the healthful ingredients, and fewer sweets!

I really enjoy coolgreens, it is one of my favorite places to eat. The issue I run into is that I order the same salad every single time. Yet no matter what location I try to go to or stick with, it is always inconsistent. The amount of dressing is different each time, there is ALWAYS an ingredient(s) missing, even the packaging is different. Every now and then I get a REALLLLY good one and that keeps me coming back, but I think it would be nice to know what I'm getting each time. ***UPDATE*** I returned to the location on Memorial Rd, and they had recognized my name from the reviews. The manager of the store, Larissa, greeted me by name and had personally made my salad to ensure she had made it correctly. She asked me to take a look and confirm the salad was made with all ingredients, as that had been my main complaint. When I had trouble identifying any Bleu cheese in the salad, Larissa made me a large to go ramekin of the crumbles, which was amazing! The salad was delicious! Larissa really wants to keep her customers happy. I would suggest that anyone who has had a bad experience give this restaurant another try. Voice your grievances and they will be corrected! I am so glad I had this positive experience bc I truly love the food here. Thank you Larissa for going above and beyond! I will certainly be back!

The food is always fresh and tasty! Staff is amazing and so helpful. Great selection for different eaters, definitely a great spot to be able to eat healthy on the go.

Staff was great with customer service, store manager checked on us while we were eating and was so kind. The food was also so yummy! I will definitely be returning to this Coolgreens. :)

Store cancelled Door Dash order without explanation. Called and was not given an option to talk to a real person, only a recording saying they don’t accept phone orders between 11am-1pm.

Food is great but I could make three meals if I bought the ingredients myself of what you pay here for one, I guess it's the convenience

Get the sweet potato curry soup! It is so good
