I was heading to Albuquerque last month, and staying at this hotel was very pleasant. A friendly staff with a nice clean room. It was really quiet, so I slept really well. The price was within my budget & all I can say is, great job for making it pleasant for me after a long road trip.!!👍

Booked a room at 8 pm. Got there at 9:45 and nobody was working in the office. Waited a half hour before going to a different hotel. Still trying to get a refund. Called the front desk at 10am the next morning and it said the desk was closed. I would suggest avoiding this hotel.

I've lived here at this ESA for 6 months and it's been a great experience. I needed a place to live while looking for a house, and it's worked out very well as a place to live long term. The staff are friendly, kind, and professional. When I first moved in I was having some serious health problems and was almost shocked by how understanding and accommodating the staff were to me. (Because I have had negative experiences elsewhere). Also it's quiet and low drama which is nice. The other residents are great. I haven't had any issues with anyone here. Also I'm a woman living alone and I've always felt safe here. So I'm very grateful to this place and recommend it!

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in! It is beyond clean, the rooms are spectacular, cozy and provide everything you need to make you feel right at home. It is very quiet. The location is close to many restaurants and shopping centers. Even with it being right off the highway, it's not overwhelming with traffic. The surrounding area is very safe and well maintained. On top of all that the staff is beyond amazing. Every single employee I have had contact with is polite, very friendly and just over all welcoming. Today Shane the GM helped me redo my reservation so I could get a cheaper price. I was mind blown this gentleman was helping me to seek a cheaper price for my stay. You don't get that often anywhere in today's society and it was a refreshing experience. I am so grateful to Shane and his incredible staff here at Extended Stay America Select Suites! Thank you for being so above and beyond amazing!

I reserved a Queen Suite. It turns out that the beds in all the rooms are the same size, double. It was pointed out to me by the G.M. that the name of the hotel is Extended Stay Suites, so all rooms are considered suites. The room I was given was what I would consider a standard room, with a double bed, 1 chair & a table/desk. The description of the Queen Suite I reserved included a queen bed, a sitting area & dining area. The G.M. said this was the "Deluxe Suite" which cost a considerable amount more. The G.M. said the only thing he could do was refund the rest of my 1 week stay (4 nights) if I was ready to check out. The nicest person in the place was the housekeeping person who reported me for having a dog. A 25 pound terrier mix for which I willingly paid an extra $108. In short, the room I was given was NOT AT ALL the room I reserved by the description on their own website. The staff, except for housekeeping, was rude, uncooperative & unwilling to make my reservation right in any way.

We have been at this Extended Stay in OKC entering our 3rd month. Manager and crew are nice and helpful with us. Our room was clean and comfy for a family of 3. Our son has entered school now so we will be here a while longer as long as they will allow us to stay. I recommend if anyone needs a place away from home the Extended Stay of America are the place to go. Have a good day everyone.

Cancelled my reservation because no one would work with me on the pet fees. By what they charge, it would cost $400 per month just for my pet. The competition is way ahead of you on that one. When the girl in reservations realized that she couldn't make any money off of me because I already had a reservation, she punted me and that was the end of it. Surely you can do better than this.

I have been at this Extended Stay in OKC entering my 2nd month. The manager Shane is the man! and The crew are fantastic and helpful with us. My room was clean and comfy for me you just have to love that, lol. I recommend if anyone needs a place away from home the Extended Stay of America's are the place to go especially this one. Where do I start! I love this place rooms are very clean and nice staff is super nice place is very safe no bad people live there a lot of hard working family people no noise I love all rooms are non smoking! Mark and Elizabeth are the best they really care and make this place to feel like home if I could give this place 10 Stars I would if I ever go back to Oklahoma this place will be my go to with no doubt thank you guys so much please keep up the good work!♥️♥️♥️ P.s bug free!

We stayed for one night and felt extremely comfortable, safe, and clean! Alejandro checked us in and answered all of our questions. The hotel was quiet overnight and was extremely easy to access from the highway.
