Absolutely love daisy she listens to what I want and has never rolled her eyes at me like I’ve experienced else where. The people at urban are very welcoming with drinks as a short wait time!! They are very busy on Saturdays but I have not left disappointed. As long as you are sticking up for yourself you will get what you came for!!!

Me & my daughter went here on 10/29/23 just yesterday on Sunday. I tried to treat myself and her as birthday gift to myself, & a fun experience for her. I was very satisfied with the woman that did my pedicure she took her time and was awesome. My daughter loved the lady that did her nails and toes! Now when it came to getting my full set. The man they claimed was the best in the house was VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I felt like he was rushing and he was definitely handling me rough! He CUT ME WITH THE DRILL GUN 3 TIMES!!! I was bleeding on my thumb and my pinky as well as my ring finger. He then sprayed alcohol on my hands which made my cuts burn and hurt !! I would usually speak up when I get this type of BAD service. But by that time I was ready to go home !!! (It was a man that was chunky, black hair, Asian, he just had a mean look on his face.) when he buffed my nails he was SOOOO ROUGH!!!!! I’m soo upset I didn’t speak up. They charged $65!!! For basically a SHORT set and they called it a short-medium set my nails I came in with was the same size as the length I wanted.I would’ve had them do my original natural nail if that was the case. Then I switched up what I originally wanted design wise so it could be easier for them to get me out of there. If I would’ve known the price was going to be that high I would’ve got what I originally wanted ! Posted some pics you can see that my original nail is still showing within the set on the sides, and the white tip they charged me $10 for wasn’t fully filled in on the top crease. I just think they squeeze in getting tips out of people that way ! & I will never go back here for a full set again! Just a pedicure IF EVEN THAT🚫‼️ (people can get infected getting cut by them drill guns !! I don’t even think they switched out a NEW DRILL TIP)

Best experience!! Super kind technicians and they did exactly what I asked for my nails and my daughters polish/design will be going back for sure!

Tammy the nail technician there, did my nails and pedicure. She does such an amazing job. The majority of the time when she is doing my nails or pedicure, I'm so relaxed and almost falling asleep. That's how comfortable I am with her. She is really good delivery in what you ask. She does my nails so well, and never disappoint, they last a long time. I have heard this from other clients, who's nails that she has done. She comes very highly recommended. Thank you Urbane Nails & Spa, for being friendly, kind, helping one other and having a very beautiful well kept establishment and a great technician. (Tammy). Great job keep maintaining.

Diane (maybe Diana) did such a fantastic job on my nails! I made a last minute appt before my cousins wedding and she was so meticulous it was amazing. My nails were simple but her putting so much effort into them was appreciated. (My photo taking skills are horrendous). And the massage she gave during the pedicure, I didn’t even know my feet were tight and sore until she started.

This place is horrible it’s dirty and the employees are not trained well. Waste of money and time. This is hideous and the nail polish is wearing off “apparently it’s gel” I can’t properly clean under the nails because they didn’t even remove the excess glue. Plus this is only the next day it’s bubbled up and the nail polish wore off from washing dishes. “Coffin” not to me it’s not.

I had a regular Pedicure and I was totally pleased. I got right in. The Tech was very attentive and patient, he did a great job. This was my first time back in years, because I had a very distasteful experience thr last time that I was there. I will definitely be back.

I have not been able to treat myself in a while and I went in on a whim. I was greeted with smiles and was taken care of immediately. Thi was my mail tech and he listened to what I wanted, did not try to upswell, and was attentive. My manicure and pedicure both look great and I am ready for fall 😊

Omg this was an amazing experience lovely hospitality and MK was my tech and she did my brows so clean!! She had did my sisters Lashes the day before and revered me! She is very talented!! The urbane nails team is an amazing establishment for any woman:girls spa day!!

I am fairly new to this salon. I have been very pleased with the service. Everyone is always so sweet. The wine is nice too, not gonna lie. There are also the choices of water or a soda. I will keep giving them my business. 😃💅

I’ve come in twice for the $35 acrylics, got a solid color, they said the length I wanted wasn’t long enough for them to give me the shape I wanted, and I denied getting gel which is the only service that indicates an up-charge. I keep getting billed $75 with no explanation. I feel like the bare basics should be the basic price. Edit: they’ve been lumpy and had bubbles/debris in them both times. It’s just wild.

My man is Seven 🥰 he does and outstanding job on my pedicure, he takes his time absolutely no rush. Made sure I had my drink of choice, and a heated neck pillow, I was so comfortable I could sleep. Lisa is my girl for my medicures, I literally love her she is so much fun and sweet. Please stop by to see my friends, you will have the best experience ever! ✨
