Well done today! After watching the slow demise of Hooters across the country over the last several years, today was different. Hooters used to be a really great place for a good beer and some great and to have fun. This location in particular as well as several across the country have really gone downhill. From food that was getting bland and tasteless, to waitresses that were not engaging and seemed to resent working at Hooters. Today was different and I am pleased to say that it has restored my faith! The food was great including the butter-based wings which some hooters have taken away. It was hot and flavorful like the old days. My waitress in particular was reminiscent of what a Hooters girl used to be, fun, smiling, actually paid attention to my needs and checked on me! It was a little busy for her to talk to me while I ate but that’s fine. Devyn should be commended as a star of what a Hooters dining experience should be! (Gorgeous to boot) My only complaint was the bathroom was a little dirty, but that could very well have been a nasty customer right before I got there. Haven't been here for about 15 years, and we came for the wings because our usuaal place is closed. Wings? Still fire, and they added other tasty suaces to compete with their modern contemporaries. But EVERY waitress in the whole place was literally walking around with their cellphones. Showing each other tiktoks, listening to reels on IG at loud volumes, and just chatting up their friends that were there. It almost seemed like real customers messed up the little clubhouse vibe they had. I've never seen waitresses walking though a restaurant watching their cellphones. It was wild. Did we gaf? No we wanted good wings and we got that. Everything else about this place is subpar and I won't be back again. B Dubs ftw.

This use to be the place to go, my last visit was my first bad experience. Slow service to be seated, food was lukewarm and fries were cold. Then felt rushed when the check was being pushed on us. Same tables were dirty when we left and we were there for over a hour

Hooters Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. Sandwich was awesome. The girls were friendly which is a big plus in my book. Had not been to this location in years since I do not live in the area, but the place looks the same. Always a pleasure

Terrible service, and terrible quality. Spent $30 for wings and they were way overcooked and cold/dry. Server at the bar gets the take out food for pick up customers but......you have to wait 10 minutes for her to get done doing whatever she is doing and then she will get your food from the kitchen. Oh, and unfriendly to boot. I guess I was an inconvenience....As long as I remember this experience I will not be back. No worries, I will take my $30 somewhere else.

One waitress who kept coughing all over the restaurant I was disappointed that management saw her and wouldn't send her home I'll never come back to this Hooter's again I'm feeling sick imagine that

Me and my wife was on the Southside of OKC, was a CDR getting her the IPhone 11 Pro Max. On our way out the store we decided that we should grab a bite to eat, we looked around us and across I-240 we see HOOTERS!!! My wife looked at me and asked me if I wanted to go there.... I looked at her like is this a "Trap"..... I replied yeah sure let's go. We arrive, we get seated, and I say to her "now don't get mad with me, it's kinda hard not to notice" she chuckled "it's okay, I know duh".... lol. We order drinks, try a couple Alcoholic beverages, eat my 1 pound of Snow Crab Legs and my wife eats a BBQ chicken sandwich. What a great time with my wife, the 1st time visiting HOOTERS!! HAPPY 40 Years.

This Hooters is the worst hooters I’ve been to in the city. Didn’t have our drinks that we wanted the wings that are supposed to be a big deal they weren’t they were really dry. Service sucked. Boss didn’t care and walked around on his phone. They are all about the men. Well should pay attention to the females as well because they are big tippers as well. Would’ve tipped bigger but service was not great.

Very attentive. We go to as many Hooters as we can and the fort worth hooters was awful. This one is great! I'd post a pic of my food but we ate it all.

The food and atmosphere are ok. I really don't get the uniform for the ladies there. Haven't sat down and dined at the establishment but pulling up to get my order and go home I see the screens for the games and the pointless uniforms.

Haven't been to this area in several months. Last time we were here was good, this time, I specifically ordered 2 buffalo chicken sandwiches hot with provolone cheese. One came with very little sauce, the other one came plain. When we asked for it to be fixed they just poured a little sauce over the cheese. We asked the manager about it she said it is a new cook on the line and the server submitted the order wrong on the other. She never offered to correct it, only excuses. I guess we won't be back to this one! 1/28/23

Hostess took forever. She also had a bad attitude, like she didn't want to be there. 06/18/202 Came back to try it out again. Service a lot better than before. I will give them 3 stars.

The grilled chicken sandwich and curly fries didn’t disappoint.

Ordered carry out as we often do i walked up to the area of the bar that I’m always directed for carry out stood their for a very long time the bar tender never even spoke to me and we were face to face on numerous occasions finally a waitress from the floor took care of me I know common courtesy should be taught by the parents at a younger age but at the end of the day the manager is to be held accountable for the lack of respect their employees give to the customer in my opinion that’s bad form

I was asked what I wanted to drink, had it brought to me and then wasn't checked on for an order for like 20 minutes. My server just walked by me like 10 times without stopping to check on me.

So I ordered takeout and it's very good the food was great but the only problem was it took forever to come out

I thought they did a very good job having conversation with everyone from what I could see everyone was laughing our drinks were always being refilled they helped get the best cheapest deals which is always awesome, the waitresses there were really respectful and nice I wish I knew their names to shout them out but I enjoyed hooters’s service very much

Restaurants was to be expected. But truck got robbed in the parking lot cops refused to even come out and give us a police report.

Definitely do not recommend. Every time we get a to-go order it’s wrong or they are 30 minutes behind As well as we were 5 minutes early to let them know we were there, and 10 minutes later they let us more it would be another 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile customers who walked in for their order after us got their to-go order before us after waiting as well.

Took 7 minutes to get asked what we wanted to drink. Waitress in black shirt was rude and rolled her eyes at me. Our waitress was nice but had too many tables scattered around the restaurant to give any of them good service. I still tipped well but this seems to be a reoccurring issue with this specific location. Food was still really good.

The pretzels burnt ,for delivery, and you need to tell your drivers not to sit outside in front of someone’s house all in the street texting me saying I’m outside! I did not call for an Uber to go anywhere😑 and wait for us to come to the car to get the food they are called a delivery driver for a reason get different people because they suck! That’s why we order delivery to have it delivered to our house, since drop it off to the door! Never ordering from here again !

Hot food and reasonable attentiveness. Ordered sauces on the side for 24 shrimp and 20 wings and none on the wings, due to experiencing over saucing by kitchen staff in past visits. Received 4 sauces and asked for an additional one half way thru the meal, 5 total. Also received 3 ranch dressings total for the above order. When the bill came we were charged for "extra sauces", 6 total and the ranch dressings. Tried to explain to the server how can it be "extra" when you should receive 1 sauce per 6-8 pieces +/-. Got the typical deer in headlights look. She confired with her manager and then came back said because I ordered them on the side they would not take them off. I realized it was futile to continue the conversation. Will take this up with Corporate as well. Will not be going back to this location, check your bill before, not that it matters at all.

Excellent service, excellent wings! Why only 3 star? Atmosphere unconducive to an enjoyable meal. Way to LOUD! Please, I'm deaf enough! Aircraft engines are quieter. Made me hurriedly eat and leave. Did I say way too LOUD!?? Sorry I can't hear YOU! WHAT!?? Bring ear protection with you. I did politely ask for the music to be turned down to just below where I could hear myself think, but she ignored my request as she did acquiesce that is was a bit loud. No matter where you sit don't even try to have a conversation much less an enjoyable meal. Went back after posting and reply. Still unable to hear myself think. One complaint. They don't care.

It was bike night and we thoroughly love it. Beer sold in am outside tent. Raffle tickets for various prizes. Wing eating contest. Lots of different bikes to look at.

This place has gone down hill so badly. We went in on a Saturday night and they seemed short staff...cool we can deal with that. We ordered appetizers and our food. All the food came out at the same time. Cold fried pickles cold chicken. Orders came out wrong. My salad had brown lettuce and tasted unwashed. We used to come in all the time but we'll just stick to twin peaks

Hanna was our waitress. While I know that this is sports bar and flirting with the gentlemen brings more money. Maybe try paying attention to all customers and not just the drunk men. I ordered all flat wings. Didn’t get that and then they were dry. My husband ordered a burger and it didn’t come with Mayo so he asked for a side and by the time the side Mayo came a long time later his burger was too cold to eat. We are usually really good tippers but Hanna will never know that because she didn’t care enough to pay attention to find out.

Service sucked waited 15 minutes to get seated finally went and seated our self then another 15 minutes just get a menu . Waitress didn't know the menu had to leave the table several times to ask someone about the menu. 30min.Other Customers coming in was seated and had their food before we got ours .Seen one waitress seated at a table visiting while we were standing to be seated and served Never will we be back .Prices r high food sucked and customer service sucked !!!

I had great service and great food, HOWEVER, as I sat with my family eating dinner there was a homeless man physically harassing your servers. This immediately caught my attention as I have been in similar situations. I was then told that management continues to allow this man in until he touches them inappropriately and then is kicked out each time. This has been a repeated offense by this man. First and foremost, why on Gods green earth has no one called the cops? Why is this man continuously allowed back when you KNOW that he is harassing your staff? I understand having empathy and compassion for unfortunate circumstances but clearly he doesn't deserve it. As management you are your employees advocates. YOU are responsible for their dignity which you have gravely failed at doing. As a prior restaurant manager, this was appalling to witness. I will be contacting corporate first thing in the morning over this. You don't deserve a job and your employees deserve far more respect than they are given. I'm genuinely surprised that you still have a staff in general. Putting these poor girls in this position is completely unacceptable.

Waiter was just focused on one table and we had to wait for about 20 minutes to even get a refill on water. Had to ask another waiter for refill. Not a good experience at all! Might need to have a talk with your waiter so they could the job they need to be doing!! Totally not gonna be that guy to say names but it was (Liz)

Wings were excellent..shrimp was a little small..service was stellar...karleigh did an awesome job..👌thank you
