I've been coming to the location for forever!! It's always clean, the girls always have an amazing attitude! they keep a relaxed, up beat atmosphere. If you have a question and they don't know they jump on the phone and go above and beyond to try to find the correct information!!! Since Holli has taken over this store she has improved the way it looks and i never have to tell her if something is wrong she keeps her employees up to date on everything that is going on in her store and her customer service is outstanding she always makes time to talk to you no matter what's going on. I love coming to tan here and seeing the employees that work here. This is a great place to tan.

So I signed up for tanning services at the beach tanning, and on April 20 they sent me a text offering a 50% discount if I upgraded. So when I got back from vacation I went in to upgrade on Friday 4/29/22 and was told that their system was not allowing them to upgrade my account. She asked me to come back the next day so I did. I went in on Saturday 4/30/22 and again I was unable to upgrade. So later that afternoon I called to ask what my options were since the offer was expiring that day. The lady told no worries that they would be running the offer for another day. So I go in Sunday 5/1/22 to try and upgrade and by no surprise they tell me that they were unable to upgrade my account because it was in the process of debiting my account for $79.99 which is $50 more than what it would have been if they upgraded my account on the 29th when I originally went in. So I asked if I would be able to upgrade on Monday 5/2/22 and she said no because that promotion is no longer available. So I feel like they just delayed me upgrading until the promotion ran out and they could charge me full price for month to month which is more expensive and they make more money that way.

Love this location! The ladies that work here are so friendly and helpful. They have quality products at great prices and the store/beds are always clean! Every time I go in to tan, I’m greeted with a friendly face and am treated so well. It’s definitely a nice little break in my day! Highly recommend!

The employees are great. But it is really difficult to get a bed if you paid for the Level 1 tanning package. Only one "level one" bed and probably 20 beds that you can't use. It's frustrating. I could wait but that is often a 30 minute or more wait. Most of us try to drop by before or after work and you can't plan for that kind of wait. I feel a little ripped off.

So glad to have PBT in okc. My favorite location is on S 240. N May is also great.
