I love this place, but the men's department smells like open sewage. Really hard to shop for more than a couple of minutes due to the rank dook smell. And this isn't a one-time issue. Dude's Dillard's been smelling like #2 since before the pandemic. Just a shame! Pro tip: shop online! Dillards doesn't even price match for their own stores. Great selection, just super turned-off by the stink lines that are actually visible in that particular department store.

The fragrance department manager Taylor Wilson was fabulous! I really had my heart set on a particular fragrance for my birthday and she went above and beyond to triple check if they had a discontinued fragrance. The sales associates were also wonderful! Excellent customer service!

I went shopping yesterday to find some new bras. Mitra in the lingerie department was so helpful! She fitted me first, then asked me what kinds of bras I was looking for, brought me lots of bras, and made sure they were all adjusted properly. Best bra shopping experience I’ve had! And I found several bras that were comfortable and fit great.

Pretty good selection on women’s bathing suits, I had a hard time finding my husband one they don’t really scary big and tall! And I didn’t get an associate to help me until I was almost done shopping.

We love Dillard's but we love them more when they have half off the lowest price. They keep the place clean and neat for easy safe shopping.

The womens swimsuit department staff needs to be recognized for the fitting rooms being clean and organized. The staff was attentive.

Store that won’t let you down. You will be getting prices that make you happy here. And although line at the cashier might look long, they get it going quickly.

Fragrance counter Creed reps were very friendly, informative, helpful and patient getting close to closing time. Smiling faces greeted us everywhere in the makeup and fragrance area. Love our purchases and experience.
