We traveled to OKC from Dallas, TX just to do the rooms at The Sanctuary based on NUMEROUS recommendations from excited escape room enthusiasts! We escaped La Famiglia, The Lost Dutchman’s Mine, AND Seed of Hope! These were our first out of state rooms and they were ALL definitely worth the trip! We met some great people who love escape rooms as much as we do. Everyone at The Sanctuary Escape was great. They were all so welcoming and passionate about what they are doing! The rooms were so immersive and kept us guessing what would happen next the entire time. You can definitely see the care and love they put into this establishment. Not sure what the previous reviewer is talking about, but we definitely had the thrill of escaping here! We escaped all of the rooms and I would STILL go back and pay to do all the rooms again! I loved that they were all challenging, but definitely achievable! If you love escape rooms, and have never been, this is the one to check out! I can’t say enough good about them. Top tier from the rooms to the experience to the people.. 100% for sure!

We've done dozens of escape rooms, and La Famiglia was great. Probably the hardest we've been to. The aesthetics were great, the puzzles made sense with the theme, it was very immersive and just kept on going. Thoroughly engaging and fun. Highly recommend. Only issue, if you have any kind of mobility issue, have someone(s) in your group that can use stairs. There were 5 of us, and 2 couldn't use the stairs, so at one point, we couldn't move forward with them, and one would come back and forth to have us help with some clues. The staff is welcoming, engaging, and very helpful. I have knee issues and cannot stand for long periods and they made sure I had a place to sit so I could keep joining in.

One of the best escape rooms that I have ever been to! I have played every single on of their rooms some multiple times ,even after already beating them. The rooms are so greatly put together and thought out that I have replayed all of the rooms just so I can show all my friends and family how great this place is. I have never ran into a broken puzzle, wrong hint, missed reset, or even a game master just not paying attention to the game. You can tell that the staff their love their jobs and do their best to make your experience the best it can be. Although the rooms could be pricey for some they are worth every single penny. You can tell the amount of work that the owners and all of the employees did to make this place amazing. Walking into any of the rooms, or just the lobby, you are instantly transported to a new place. Hands down one of ,if not the best, places I have ever been to. Couldn’t recommend more!

3rd time here!!! So much fun and so much detail. Our first time here we did Seed of Hope, but did not escape and had 5 people. Pretty creepy at times lmao! We weren't sure of what to expect but we caught the itch and have done all three now!! We had 5 people for La Familiga and 6 for The Lost Dutchman (prepare to get a little wet and dirty lmao), both we narrowly escaped. We have successfully completed 2 out of the 3 rooms and we aim to come back to pass the very first one we failed to escape. Can't wait for next time!! Awesome place with awesome people! If you are looking for interactive, fun (or creepy lol), and immersive escape rooms, highly recommend.

Amazing place for escape room fun! My family and I love their Seed of hope game. It took us 2x to beat the original game and this last Halloween (10/29/23) we played their special version and it was so much fun! It was definitely more scary but in a suspensful way . In general the game is set up very well and precise. It is a large game and definitely a thinker at times but so worth it in the end. We talk about our experiences in the game for hours! We recommend!

LITERALLY THE BEST ESCAPE ROOM. If you haven't experienced this, there is NOTHING like it. We started at there original location and when it moved to the outlet mall we were worried how they would make it happen, well all I can say is it's fantastic and keeps getting better and they keep adding more games which it so AMAZING!!!!!! 100% am not a huge escape room person but this is not just that, it is a full on experience!!!! Go with a group its so fun and seed of hope is a game changer!!! There are SO many different rooms and we didn't even finish. Can't wait to finish it as well as the new room to come!!!! Thank you for bringing an A+ and friends from out of town said they have never experienced an escape room like yours. There in MN, NM and CO!!!!! Thank you for all the details, sounds and clues!!!!

The Sanctuary Escape is not your ordinary escape room. There are other franchises and places that do decent jobs at an escape room. What they all lack is passion and character. This is why the Sanctuary is different, the amount of effort and detail that goes into these rooms is immaculate. They go above and beyond will all 5 senses. They create not only a fun and exciting escape game, but a whole experience that truly transforms you into another atmosphere. The passion from the owners is truly shown, they care about creating experiences unlike any other escape room out there. They truly are one of a kind and create extremely unique sets and puzzles. They are such nice people too, they are passionated about their craft and it shows. The workers there are energetic and friendly, they all enjoy escape rooms so they want to create the best possible experience. Their puzzles can range from being simple to quite elaborate. With almost no pad locks or simple cheap looking locks. They can be quite challenging at times, but I enjoy the physical aspect of the puzzles and the creativeness that is put into them. Some puzzles I never would have thought of and they all have a logical meaning to them. Not just opening a box because it has a lock, but opening that box because it means something. The puzzles can only bring so much to the room as the set designs truly immerse a player. The sets are phenomenal and world class I have gone to rooms that make you feel as if you are in a castle or a locked cellar. They ultimately lack those fine details that truly immerse you, with bare ceilings, electrical outlets exposed, those small things that can ruin the immersion. But when they say you'll be in the Dutchmans mine or an abandoned orphanage. You will smell and feel completely immersed as if you are in those locations. They think of every detail and do not put something in the room with out a reason, they want you to feel as if you are living in the experience. Not just say you are in a certain area or location, but actually feel as you are. After playing over 25 games in different states, I can confirm that this underrated Escape Room is needed to become more well known and have their word get out there. They are one of the best in the nation and I look forward to their future games and see how they are able to top the next one after the other. They make it difficult to experience other escape rooms as none compare and always make my self wanting more. I highly recommend experiencing this attraction. It is well worth the price!

First time ever going to an escape room and I feel so spoiled the experience now. It was such an immersive and stimulating time. The room (Seed of Hope) and puzzle design was fantastic and the staff was super friendly. My group failed to clear the room in time, but I just want to immediately go back and give it another try! Definitely looking forward to returning soon!

I’ve never been to any escape rooms and I started with The Sanctuary Escape… and WOW! The bar is set so high now! You know they go above and beyond with these rooms with all the details and specifics of it all. My friends and I have enjoyed our experience here and made it a highlight of our summer! The staff is something else too! You can absolutely tell they love what they get to do. You will not be disappointed!

We just completed our 3rd and final room at sanctuary escape. To say that this place is an immersive experience is a huge understatement. My husband and I really enjoy escape rooms …but this one ruined all of the other escape rooms for us (in the best way.) Not only are the rooms incredible..but the staff is amazing. We can’t wait to go back!

👍👍 Super fun activity if you’re going there with a group of friends. I’ve never done in escape room and didn’t sound like something I would be into but this was the perfect place for a group activity and I surprisingly had an absolute blast. Came here twice.

👍👍 Pros (1) Multiple room escape rooms (at least for the Everest escape room there were like 3 rooms and 2 small rooms) (2) Puzzles not too hard Cons: (1) Was a bit dark for some of our older family members (we were provided one flashlight for the five of us) (2) Something about the theme just didn’t...
