20 min DT wait time. Only one lane so you’re trapped until you get to the DT window. Food was ridiculously sloppy, made incorrectly and cold. Service from the front of house was excellent however. The DT employee spoke clearly, was very personable & apologized for the delay. I fully recommend just going to another restaurant.

July 16 everytime I go here it's either no workers, they sleeping , when there is workers came at 530 didn't get my food till 615am... the lady in the front she will ask million questions if you don't answer you are ok or whatever she takes longer.

Great place and employees but bum central. Inside dining sockets for electric doesn't work. Probably keep them crack head meth head whatever kinda head bums out . Oh excuse me homeless out or underpowered drive thru superb though. Worth the stop and risk the hey man....or anything will help god bless bless my sole signs . But yeah the food service cleanliness is all there .

Clean, friendly, and tastes great. I love the 2 tacos for a dollar. I usually get 10 of them for 5 bucks and some taco sauce. It's my favorite place for tacos both because of price but also the taste.

Icy cold bun and old dried hamburger meat. They ran out of poppers, even though I paid for it on the app. The lady at the window offered me fries. I said no. Asked how to get a refund she said go to the app for that. It’s been over a month and have not got a refund. Got a 20% off coupon before I paid so I guess that’s my refund. Coke machine not working. They ran out of ranch this place has gone down hill for many years now. Not the same like when they first opened!

We just came to this location and Debbie was on headset taking orders and she was just so nice and polite which was really refreshing because we have come here before and it wasn’t the best experience. Also the food was great, and hot that’s a huge plus thank you to those one making it, and thank you so much Debbie for being so kind! 💕

I haven't had jack in the box recently but I've never been too upset with it. I always loved their tacos after a long night.

Nov 12 830 am I came in drive thru to get some food I gave the fat lady my debit card and tax exempt card she looked at me and said she said ok but when I got receipt she didn't do it. I asked her to remove the tax and refund me the tax part she wouldn't and slammed the drive thru door. Guess Jack n box hate veterans

My wife loves Jack in the Box. She calls it Jack in the Crack. 😆 I have never been impressed nor excited to patronize any of their establishments. We were in OKC for Thanksgiving 2023 and we were hungry. The entire family wanted to stop at the Jack. I obliged since I was driving and it is cheap. This was the first time we've dined in and it was great! The tacos were filled with the right amount of meat and grease wasn't dripping all over. I wish this location would have a spotlight shown upon it and a Golden Jack given to them for their excellence. Thank you to this location for igniting my Jack light. Hopefully the next one we visit will be the same as this.

Every time we order from here they cannot give me my burger correctly. I am allergic to a lot of burger ingredients, and especially the sauces, and yet despite asking still they put ketchup and mayo on it. The tacos are soggy, and every time we order from them they stuff an improperly sized bag full of food, crunch it, and half our food is destroyed. Fries are left out, oil is old, and me and my wife cannot eat their food without illness. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
