The dr and service were fairly quick and I was in and out in less than two hours including the observation time after getting injections. They finally did what I’ve been saying I needed for six months and on my first visit to them about this issue. I finally got the care I needed to get better. Next day and I feel much better and just from the shots the gave me.

The nurse that triaged him was AMAZING. Very kind and personable. The doctor was the complete opposite and we saw him ONCE. He didn’t come back with test results or even bother to tell us why he gave us a prescription for medication. The nurse that did his nose swab was also amazing. And the poor nurse the gave us DC instructions was also great even though we were beyond confused as we hadn’t even gotten the test results back and she was telling us we were good to go. All in all, the nurses here are WONDERFUL but I’m not sold on the physician at all. Hopefully they have others that are better.

We were there on Wednesday Nov 22nd and the urgent care missed diagnosed my daughter. We were back at the emergency Friday Nov 24th. The emergency room staff took excellent came of my daughter. Her nurse was extremely caring and if I had to bring my children back or go to the emergency room myself I would love to have her every time! They made sure every symptom that my daughter had was being treated. Thank you emergency room staff

The PA seemed to have no clue what she was doing. She suggested so many things it “could be” with my throat and ear. TMJ, perforated ear membrane, strep, abscess, dental problems, etc. It was like she wanted to tell me everything it could be, instead of telling me she didn’t know what it was. She wanted to give me antibiotics, steroid shot, and a shot for pain. Yet, she never told me she knew what was wrong. I denied all of the shots because I didn’t want to be treated for something that the PA had no clue I had. It was a terrible experience and I will never go back. I would like to request that any bill be waived due to poor practice on her part. I shouldn’t pay for terrible service.

The staff there was absolutely amazing!!! Everyone there was kind and my nurse actually took the time to make sure that I understood my diagnosis. She sat down with me and explained and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend going there to get your medical needs taken care of!!!

The staff was so friendly. I was freaking out and they made me feel comfortable and safe. I appreciated the ladies that helped me and talked me thru it all. It was such a wonderful experience.

All the staff were incredibly helpful, professional, patient, knowledgeable, and kind. No one likes or wants to go to the ER, but it was truly the best ER experience I've had in my life. I felt well cared for and listened to. They saw me immediately and were extremely fast with their tests and care. Actual test results were posted onto MyChart the next morning too. This is 100% our go to for Urgent Care and Emergency services. Could not recommend it more. The only downside is you have to make 2-3 left turns to get into the building.

Very nice people the front desk, nurses, doctors. As always. That’s why I keep coming back and tell other to do the same. I have had a not so pleasant experience with a nurse once. She wouldn’t even let me have a pillow for my head. And was pretty hateful. But no place is always perfect. And people have bad days like we all do.

I had a wonderful experience! I was pleasantly surprised with how quick, how informative, kind the staff was! As an OU employee I know sometimes adult care doesn’t have the best ratings but I HIGHLY recommend this ER/Urgent care for any adult needing treatment. If I need urgent or emergent care I will definitely come back!

I was the only patient in the urgent care when I arrived and waited 45 minutes for the results of my Covid, flu and strep tests when I was originally swabbed within 5 minutes of me arriving and they told me it would only be 20 minutes to get the results. After the PA came in and told me my results I waited another 35 minutes just for discharge papers until I ultimately got up and went to the front desk to tell them I was leaving. There’s no telling how much longer I would’ve waited for. I am pregnant and was very sick and there was no sense of urgency shown. I will not be returning.
