Worst Starbucks. Zero sense of energy. Lots of standing like no one knows what is what. SOO MANY FOLKS WAITING! Regulars they knew by name They would pull their order to make it Before folks who've been waiting. My food came out then waited almost 25 min For drinks. Who loves a cold sammy after it sits for too long...???? And all three drinks were horrible obviously someone knew making them and fixing drinks out of order. Complete waste of thirty dollars!!! Register lady very rude. This place needs some training, help and soft skill refreshes! And perhaps some new leadership because I saw zero this morning

I love bringing my clients to this location because of the warm and welcoming atmosphere! Drinks are always high quality and my clients and I love sitting here and discussing home goals!😊

Took a bit for a single iced coffee. The employees were messing around. By they seemed nice enough it wasn’t to much of a deal. Good coffee and atmosphere. Just took a while.

We stopped here on our 4 hour drive home. We ordered 2 mochas and 2 iced drinks. Super basic order. There were only 3 or4 other people in the lobby. Order time was 10:33am. Drinks out to us at 10:56am. Apparently they were working with one bar. Which is fine. But they were not making drinks in the order they were received. Literally 20 cars went through the drive though as we waited inside. Not only were we were not apologized to or anything during this time - just told the drive through got priority, the manager came up to the bar and loudly told the poor barista "I don't care about the people in the lobby that are mad." Zero customer service and zero problem solving ability on the side of the manager. (The barista was just doing as she was told. Not her fault.) I finally got in the car and sat in the drive thru line. Sat. At that point they decided to make our drinks, and the other 3 of us were able to leave. Poor POOR customer service and management skills. And they had the nerve to give us a $4 gift card on our over $50 order.

Drivers Beware: this store will not start your order until after you arive and every other customer has their order, even if it takes 20-30mins. They do not respect our time.

Always quick and good, their parking lot is difficult to navigate though when busy

This location is great. Makes my complicated drinks several mornings each week and always nails it. They're really nice too.

Great service. Great coffee and a great place to have a meeting with a potential client. Only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is it is not that easy to get into and the parking lot is tight.
