My
wife
and
I
made
our
own
travel
plans
for
a
while
before
we
found
out
about
Bentley
Hedges.
Lots
of
sifting
through
travel
websites
and
reading
reviews
of
hotels
and
places
to
visit
forever.
We've
booked
a
couple
of
trips
with
them
now
and
they
have
always
been
awesome.
They
can
always
do
really
competitive
pricing
vs.
trying
to
do
it
all
your
self
to
save
money.
And
they
are
always
one
phone
call
away
with
anything.
I
think
the
biggest
benefits
to
us
were
that
they
have
some
pull
in
the
industry
and
know
how
to
work
the
system
and
the
right
people
to
call
to
get
a
customer's
concerns
taken
care
of.
They
also
physically
go
to
a
lot
of
the
hot
spot
vacation
areas
and
experience
it
themselves.
So
instead
of
reading
reviews
from
strangers
that
are
usually
not
very
reliable,
I
can
get
a
face
to
face
review
from
someone
that
really
has
been
there
before.
It's
a
really
nice
experience.
Not
to
mention,
they
always
put
everything
we
need
in
a
nice
and
neat,
organized,
itinerary
pouch.
Makes
us
feel
very
VIP
:)
