Response
to
the
business:
It's
not
transparent
when
you
don't
warn
a
patient
of
a
fee
till
AFTER
the
cancellation.
Some
of
these
initial
forms
are
signed
months
prior,
so
it
would
be
common
courtesy
to
warn
of
a
fee
at
the
time
of
the
cancellation.
Regardless
of
further
conversation,
we
understand
how
the
process
works.
I
just
think
it
would
benefit
everyone
for
your
clinic
to
remind
their
patients
of
possible
fees.
Also,
pushing
patients
to
continue
their
treatment
when
they
no
longer
want
to
use
your
clinic
is
annoying.
Common
courtesy
would
be
to
warn
patients
if
they
are
cancelling
within
the
timeframe
to
be
charged
a
fee
when
they
are
calling
in
and
not
waiting
until
the
next
appointment
to
charge
them
a
$35
fee.
Also,
if
you’re
“waiving
the
fee
as
a
courtesy”
one
time
that
gives
the
impression
a
fee
does
not
exist
unless
you
are
informing
the
patient
it’s
been
waived.
So
don’t
be
shocked
if
the
patient
is
surprised
by
the
fee
when
you’ve
set
a
standard
initially.
If
you
have
an
unreliable
work
schedule
and
potentially
will
have
things
come
up
that
may
make
same
day
cancellations
possible
I
definitely
do
not
recommend
this
place!
Find
a
physical
therapist
that
is
more
understanding
and
won’t
charge
you
a
fee
without
warning
you
first.
Also,
I’ve
literally
never
visited
a
PT
clinic
where
they
tell
you
you’re
contracted
for
a
certain
amount
of
visits
and
MUST
attend
them
all.
That’s
just
weird
and
seems
like
you’re
money
hungry.
