The staff was super friendly and actually took the time to explain everything and answer questions. They listened to what I was saying and most important they UNDERSTOOD what I was saying. So many times I have been to the hospital and told the doctors and nurses what was going on and either they weren’t really listening, lack of communication between departments or they don’t even bother to read your chart. But everyone here was all on the same page and everything went seamlessly! And despite the fact they were busy I was still in and out rather quickly especially for having to have scans done as well! Great hospital with great staff!!

The staff, Barry, Debbie, and Maximilian were all super friendly and the epitome of professionalism at a time it mattered most to me. Also, the doctor answered all my questions and concerns and really listened to me. All of the staff members I encountered (including the female x-ray technician but I forgot her name) made me feel like I was an integral part of my care and that they were helping people not just symptoms.

Everyone is so caring and they they make me laugh, even when I am in pain I'm a jokester. If I can laugh through the pain and tears and they go along with me it's great. Besides their job is stressful so why can't I make their job easier. I love Ssm never had a bad experience! Keep doing great 👍🏼 👌

I brought my daughter in complaining of stomach pain. Out male nurse Douglas was absolutely amazing, along with all the other staff. Her Dr was able to answer questions thoroughly and was able to figure out what was causing her pain. The five hour wait was rough but we had alot of tests done and they were very busy. I will go back to them if we have an emergency again.

I brought all 4 of my daughter in today and they were going through it. And the nurses and Dr was so so patient with them all even kicking and screaming. Sam was the female nurse name and there was a male nurse who will remember who we are and he was just absolutely amazing. My kids liked him and so did I. Just great and the Dr was terrific. Explained everything so well and did very test he could. My experience was great. A 6 hour wait but that's probably bcuz u brought in 4 kids who were all tested. But great.

I think it is the best Hospital around. I am always seen in a timely manner. They also listen to concerns about medication I do not like and the way they make me feel.

Staff was friendly, but all they did was gave a Covid test it came back negative. So they sent me home. They didn't try to address my sinus infection. It was as if they didn't care.

I am in my early pregnancy. I went in with swollen lymph nodes and obvious signs of being stuffy & congested. My swollen lymph nodes were painful. I heard that can be a sign of infection which in pregnancy is not a good thing. I gave them a pee sample. They did not check the pee sample just left it on the counter... The nurse that was taking my information was rude. I wish I would have gotten her name but I had expressed some concerns in my pregnancy and she basically told me I was being dramatic and showed no concern or compassion with how I’m feeling. As somebody that has had 2 miscarriages..this pregnancy so far I have been super worried so for her to say what she said to me and show no compassion really upset me to the point I was in tears. The doctor that I was seen by came in and told me that lymph nodes can be a sign of infection but they’re not swollen enough so just keep an eye on it and sent me home.. he didn’t check my ears or anything for infection. I’ve never in my life received such horrible care. As a daughter of a nurse, I grew up around people in health care and one thing I’ve learned is if you have no compassion for people.. you should have no business being in the health care field. With that being said.. if you want to actually be heard by actual professionals, don’t go here. Because the professionalism and compassion truly lacks.

You never want to have to visit the ER but SSM Health on Douglas in Midwest City is the best ER I have ever been to. They are extremely polite, caring and have your best interest in mind. The nurses go above and beyond to make you as comfortable as possible and the doctor is as professional as they come. I hope I never have to go to the ER again but if I do I will be going to SSM on Douglas in Midwest City.

Candise was an absolutely amazing nurse! She went the extra mile to make me feel more at ease. I greatly appreciate her. Both doctors were very helpful and supportive. This is the only emergency room I feel comfortable going to. Thank you for all you do
