If your looking for a low carb choice at the mall, you can substitute the rice for extra vegetables and your chicken teriyaki extra well done with extra sauce while its being cooked extra. You have to babysit your plate for it to be done right but if done right this place could be first instead of second for my teriyaki chicken choice. I'd go to mo bettas if i don't need to go mall shopping for good teriyaki chicken, still this place has a signature taste to their chicken that you have to try.

The food is delicious and portions are hefty. We can't wait to come back! Update: The cashier was difficult to understand and got our order wrong. Lots of glares from the workers when I explained it was wrong.

Favorite chicken teriyaki at affordable prices in OKC. I live 90 miles away but since there isn’t a Sarku in my town, I make sure to stop in every time I visit OKC. Even at closing time, this restaurant is bustling. Stop in and enjoy ☺️

The food is good. Just a suggestion that on the vegetarian menu, please use the sauces to add flavor to the vegetables and the veggies and rice don’t have much taste. I think adding sauces you use for chicken can make the vegetarian menu good

While I love the noodles here, I have tried using the app and have been very disappointed that I have to use the app instead of the stamp card they used to offer. If you think you can order on the app and just pick up your order you are wrong. They will not even begin to prepare your food until you arrive, wait in line, then tell them what you ordered. Then you must wait with everyone else for your food to be made. What is the point of ordering ahead on the stupid app?

Every time I come to the mall I must go to Sarku Japan for the teriyaki chicken. It’s amazing, the flavor and texture are perfect, golden brown! I always order with soba noodle, it’s juicy and chewy.

Food is good but I wait 25 minutes for my order! Workers are slow they only are playing and chatting between them

Haven’t been there maybe 3 years obviously the price was up like everything but the portions are way less than before even after paying for extra portions the cashier was hard to understand took about 25 minutes to get our food not as good as when it came in a a big white box now it’s a small black box that’s not even topped of like before won’t recommend!!

For in the mall food... I'd definitely eat it again. However, the price of $15 for a combo and egg roll with a cup of water... not so great.

I don’t like the fact that I order on the app and it gives me a specific pick up time but, when I get there its not even ready yet still have to wait 15-20 minutes and the Japanese guy always messes up my $5 dollar reward coupon he has no idea what he is doing. But the food is delicious.
