This
review
might
ruffle
some
OKC
pizza
lovers
feathers,
but
I’m
prepared
for
this.
The
crust
at
Dado’s
beats
Empire.
Hands
down.
And
at
the
time
of
eating,
I
had
forgotten
about
the
proprietary
water
treatment.
We
came
here
as
a
last
minute
change
of
plans
as
the
other
local
place
we
walked
into
had
a
full
restaurant
and
would
have
been
a
45
minute
wait
but
am
so
glad
we
did.
They
had
slices
of
pepperoni,
cheese,
margarita,
sausage,
and
buffalo
chicken.
I
hoped
to
try
the
white
pie
or
the
vodka(but
now
we’re
planning
to
get
a
whole
pie
to
take
home
some
night).
We
had
the
pepperoni
and
buffalo
as
well
as
the
cheese
knots.
Everything
was
fantastic.
The
buffalo
sauce
had
a
good
tang
without
being
unbearably
spicy
and
the
blue
cheese
was
not
overpowering.
The
cup
pepperoni
was
excellent
and
not
dripping
in
grease.
And
the
garlic
knots
had
good
flavor
with
excellent
cheese!
(Aged
mozzarella)
Seating
is
a
little
wonky
but
if
you
are
ok
to
share
a
family
style
table
or
sit
at
a
bar
height
table
you
will
be
fine.
And
all
of
the
staff
were
very
welcoming.
This
is
a
must
eat
place
for
an
excellent
pizza
experience!
