What a dump. Don't be fooled by renovations. The new road they built around the property is higher than the rest of the land so whenever it rains there are massive flooding issues. Tons of plumbing issues too. Water always being turned off. Live elsewhere. Recently trash pickup has stopped and continues to pile up. Good opportunity for the homeless who pick through the garbage.

They charge you 50. amonth,yet the city shut the water off today. So sad. Run,run away from this place!!!!!!

Please do not buy into the December lease special! The Big Apartment Site erases their bad reviews. They work for them. Not you! WATER has been SHUT OFF, by the City, as of 10-09-2023! For non-payment. Again! You should consider buying a kayak to get to your vehicle. And bug spray for all the mosquitos and the current pest problem. Only one visit from pest control since they took ownership. The roaches flock to computer modems btw. The new parking lot has created more flooding into apartments and is deteriorating rapidly. Look for recent "repairs". The abundant mold is, simply, painted over. All better!!! Take pictures of your online maintenance requests. Dynamic will delete them. No on-site management or maintenance. They leave vacant apartments wide open for the homeless camp across the street to visit. So thoughtful! You will also want a Ring doorbell or something similar. Interior cameras are also a good investment. They have and will enter your apartment without notice. For a non-emergency. No Handicap access. And… finally, DO NOT drink the water. Invest in Ozarka. Their inability to identify a problem and create a real solution is disturbingly evident. The way they treat tenants is inhumane.

I moved in recently and was told my apartment would have all the blinds put up everything would be clean. But as I was moving my stuff in I realized there was a window looking into out living room did not have any blinds. After that’s I went to the restroom that’s should be put together for us moving in and the lights are not even in the restroom at all very disappointed for our first move in

After experiencing the worst management with this new company, I look forward to moving and would never recommend living here. They changed all the locks on a Monday while people are at work, I requested a key be left for me and they did not leave one, would not answer my calls for an hour, did not send anyone to give me one so I was locked out for 3 hours until they called a locksmith. Awful.
