This apartment management is a nightmare to deal with. They keep adding charges on charges for things we already communicated with them about. Move out charges and trying to charge us extra fees for their mistakes. Apartments added more fees to our rent. There is now a $5.45 EMSA charge and parking charge for another $5 dollars. They just added it to the rent. You know they are just pocketing that money and it goes no where. They really are lacking on the security as well. Attempted break-ins and kidnappings. No security cameras at all. The gates are never kept locked and always break. They installed car ports instead of speed bumps! Now we have to pay for the car ports coming soon. Only gave a one day notice to people parked on the area of the car ports to move so they could install them and towed many cars.

(Update) Honest review. It’s not a luxury apartment. Cons: 1. Mail room was worked on BUT your packages will get lost. Ups, fedex, Amazon, Uber eats etc. If you don’t give exact instructions to the driver your package is GONE. They don’t accept your package at the front desk so mail is risky. The community chat has people always asking if anyone has seen their package. 2. The floors are not what was in the model. Instead of the white clean bright pretty floors your paying extra for dark, dirty and old. My apartments floors were FILTHY when I moved in. 3. The bedrooms and living rooms don’t have an actual light. You need to get a lamp. 4. Internet is all you. Your paying for the modem and router because the complex does not have that included unlike other luxury apartments. 5. Most of the tenets have broken screen doors making the complex look like it’s breaking down. 6. Calling the leasing office is difficult because most of the time they don’t answer. The staff work hard but from the amount of people in the complex they can’t keep up with the incoming volume. 7. Maintenance is not the best. I had a work order for something and they put that the order is complete with gibberish. 8. They don’t change out the ac filters. Made a work order and they want to charge 25 for a new filter. Been here plenty of time and still haven’t had my filter changed once. 9. Trash. Jesus it gets FULL. It’s always nice driving by trash on the ground and seeing animals going through it. Really spoke luxury. Pros: 1. Staff seem nice but don’t call back or answer so all I’m biased from when I first signed. 2. The kitchens and bathrooms do look like the models and they are really pretty. 3. Ac has been doing great. It’s always cold and we don’t worry about the heat. 4. A lot of storage. Plenty of space to hide things making the apartment feel more spacious. 5. Neighborhood is pretty quiet. Kids run around and play and there a lot of dog walkers which makes it feels like a nice place. 6. The AREA! Jesus you have EVERYTHING right next to you! It’s AMAZING! It’s a great choice, has ups and downs. Can see they are transforming into a luxury complex but still needs work.

Been here 3 months. My honest opinion is prime location and very nice interiors. Not to mention the walls and ceiling because I live on the first 1st floor seem very well insulated to my surprise. It's always stays nice and cool and I can't hear my neighbors at all. The guy next to me plays music pretty regularly and I can hear it outside at my front door but once I come in and close the door, silence. The whole property is very well lit at night is protected by gates, so thats a plus. I really can't think of any cons other than pretty regularly the garbage bins get too full and trash blows all over the property in the wind. Other than that though, I would recommend this place.

Great location almost everything within walking distance. Excellent management team with security patrol after dark. Awesome rate with big washer and dryer in every unit that you can't get it anywhere for those prices. They also give you first 2 months half off and a welcome gift. Outside the property looks dated with potholes and without any functioning pool but inside the unit still in good condition. They are in the process of mass renovation so a few things maybe put in the to do list.

I have lived at Indigo since 2021. My apartment is one of the newly renovated ones. I love my apartment! No complaints. The complex has gone down a bit in the last 2 years, and that's due to the quality of the residents Indigo approves, it seems. We have tons of families with young kids here (so it can get super loud during the day if you work from home), there are lots of dog-owners who don't mind leaving their dog's massive poop all over the lawn and sometimes in walkways. Sometimes at night, people will park their car under your window and play super loud music. There used to be a security guard that monitored the parking lot, but that is no more. Stuff like this gets annoying, but it's okay. Maintenance requests can take time to get answered or don't get answered at all. Our building's exterior lights have been out for months which is a safety hazard. I put in 2 requests and then gave up on it being answered. Depending on your neighbors, you may get bugs in your apartment or have strong marijuana fumes wafting through the vents frequently. Again, this goes back to the quality of residents Indigo is approving. Please, Indigo check these people's apartment references!! If they do it here, they've done it elsewhere. Overall, I am glad I chose Indigo. It was excellent in 2021-2022, now it's just okay.

We moved into our apartment almost two months ago and we are very happy with it. It's beautifully renovated, we have really good appliances, and the office staff is so nice (especially Chelsie!). The grounds are kept in order and the other residents seem friendly. The garbage is picked up regularly and everything kept in order. Can definitely recommend this complex for value for money and it's a fantastic location.

My wife and I moved into these apartments a year ago. The community is great, office staff is great. They really break down everything before signing our lease. They gave us a quote sheet prior to move in letting us know what we would be paying every month and that our utilities would be billed monthly in addition to our rent. I keep seeing these reviews about “additional charges” when that isn’t the case. On the front of our lease it shows our rent, renters insurance ($11) and our parking charges for each vehicle ($20 total). The grounds are kept clean. Centrally located to Sams, Super Target, Walmart, Cabelas, and a short drive to downtown. Maintenance staff is great and stays on top of their game. If there is ever any issues, they are quick to address it. Our security is better than the one at our last property and can tell they take pride in their work. They have built carports now and yes have been towing vehicles that do NOT have a plaque and they are parked in RESERVED parking. Our dog loves the dog park and our kids love the splash pad. Don’t believe the reviews you read without asking the office their honest opinion first. They are great people, understanding, and break down everything in simple ways. Even our 5 year old son understands it. I highly recommend living here.

Really nice community. Office people are very helpful and nice. The maintenance team is really on top of any and all maintenance requests. Pretty quiet at night. And beautifully lit. The gates do work! The gym is nice and well kept. Very excited for covered parking! This company really cares for the people who live here and I really love that!

Stayed here for a year, and only a year for a reason. Management was extremely nice, but unfortunately there were flaws with the complex. Dog feces all over. Gates were hardly closed. And if they were, it would only be for a small period of time. People driving fast through the parking lots. I had multiple instances where my neighbors blasted their music very late in the night. Management did nothing. Walls are pretty thin. Within the first month of me living there, there were two pretty serious crimes that occurred, which could've been prevented if the gates worked. Great access to grocery shopping, entertainment, you won't really have to leave a certain radius. Smooth move in and move out process which was great. Application process wasn't bad. Better off visiting the office if any questions arise rather than call or email.

The reception is always inviting and welcoming. The ladies are all awesome and great to talk too. They take pride in there work and you feeling completely comfortable looking at different Apts and asking questions. Knowledgeable and helpful kind people. The community is family oriented. They keep up with the maintenance never an issue or excuse given.
