I was disappointed in the flavor and food quality. We order an appetizer spread so we had a sampling of a number of items, and each tasted bland. It reminds very much of premade frozen meals you’d get at a bar whose specialty is not actual food. I would just expect a lot more of an actual restaurant… Servers were super nice, but due to table placement we had to wait 15 minutes to be greeted for a drink order. Next time we find ourselves in the area, just may choose another option.

This was a great visit. I had the Mini-Pizza and Salad, and they were both delicious. Emily and Crystal made sure my meal was just right. This is an upscale restaurant with a huge menu, so it took me a while to figure out what I wanted to eat. I'll come again at dinner time to sample some of the other menu items, but I was impressed at eating here for the first time.

We had went to the BJ’s restaurant in Norman many years ago. I didn’t care for it. We were invited to a get together a few months ago at the BJ’s here on MacArthur. The food was excellent. So I decided to come back today to the I 40 in MacArthur restaurant at about 3 PM. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. There was something wrong about the meatballs. I could not eat them. But I ate the spaghetti. My wife ordered the fish and chips. The fish came out very dark. We wanted to just eat and run. She attempted to eat the fish. But in the end we had to return it. It was just too far gone. So we return the fish.

Delivery. We got skins and 2 salads. The skins were plain potato drenched in nacho cheese. They got tossed. The salads were both rotten veggies and the tuna on one of them was turned hard. Could smell across the room in the bag, dark bruised color. All the food got tossed. Do yourself a favor. Go 20 min north to the good BJ’s your date will thank you.

This place never let's me down. I can't believe I only use to eat the pizza and burgers from here. This time I tried the parmesan crusted chicken and it is by far my new favorite. My asparagus was steamed just right and everything tasted delicious. I can't wait to go back!

At 830pm, Hostess estimated 1hr 45 min for available table to sit our party of 6. Then she said... we close at 10pm so sorry. She actually refused to add us to the waiting list. So we requested to be seated 2 at a time. She said, it will still be the same waiting time. Baffled, we departed, but while leaving noticed a couple, and a party of 3 entering. So we stood outside and watched. They immediately got seated. Of course we re entered and questioned hostess who could not explain why except we were a party of 6. Reported issue to manager kelli who seated us immediately!!!"Much 💕Kelli went above & beyond to take care of us.she took our order, prepared our order, and served our order!! Who does that? THANK YOU for treating us with dignity and respect!!!

The food was good the service was good but the price is way to high the little piece of salmon for 20 bucks is ridiculous a hamburger of 15 bucks not worth it at all my meal wasnt worth more than 15 dollars with the beer

Am across the street eating at Ted’s because sat at bar area and waitress came out and was very rude. Demanded to know who sat us there. We had checked in at podium and was told we could sit there. Waitress was unpleasant enough we just got up and left. Not sure what her issue was but I don’t got to restaurants to be barked at.

Food and service was great, but I'd highly prefer a handheld menu instead of having to use my phone and scan a QR code :/

Usually a favorite go to. Service was slow and it wasn't busy. Waitress failed to bring condiments so we went to the bartender to get them ourselves, drinks were not refilled, food was mediocre. Understanding times are more difficult, but when it's not busy, service should be better than it was today.

Make a quick stop for an early dinner after stopping at the OKC outlet mall and glad we did. Emily was our server as she was fantastic. The menu has been shortened and there was a balsamic chicken I used to get that is no longer on the menu, but Emily was able to still deliver this dish. It’s served with mashed potatoes and is a must try if you like balsamic glaze.

I stop in here for occasionally on my way home. The menu has a pretty good variety and I’ve never had a bad meal. There is a Lange bar with big TVs. It’s a great pace to watch football. There is a very big draft beer selection. The staff has always been very friendly. I recommend and will definitely be back.

Clam chowder was excellent! Main dishes we ate were great! Service was exceptional! The only issue was the timing of the food to the table. We had barely started eating our clam chowder and salad appetizers when the food arrived. No room at the table and our main courses we're getting cold while we were trying to finish our appetizers. Need to work on that! Otherwise, excellent experience!

Went here for a work lunch. Good place for lunch. Little pricey for what you get but not too bad. Service was good.

The atmosphere is relax. By that I mean, it's a bigger restaurant, but it feel cozy. Our waitress was excellent and was very patient as I asked all of my questions. Our food was delicious and arrived at the table hot! The restaurant and the restrooms were clean. Overall an enjoyable dining experience!

Would not order anything from this restaurant for pickup. They have yet to get the order right and argue with me when I get there to pick the order up. The last time I gave the food back. Still waiting for refund. Would absolutely give zero stars if I was able. Do yourself a favor and choose to eat somewhere else.

The first time I ate there it was the best. This time I was really disappointed. I think it's because of everything that's going on.

Place was empty so we thought we would have good service. Our waiter was slow, our food did not come out together, my husband and ours came out first while our son's took forever, he sat there and watched us eat. My porkchop was pink, I didn't send back because the taste in my mouth made me nauseous and I did not want to continue eating it plus it would have taken forever! I asked for mandarine sauce and got the dijon mustard sauce instead. Not pleased at all and not planning on returning or recommending at all to family or friends!

We love BJs! Just a heads up for take out… This is the $5+ side of fries lol. So yes you might need more than one.

BJs always has great food and always a lively atmosphere. Had the Asian Salad and Peach Margrita. It was delicious. We didn't have to wait to get a seat even during dinner time and the food came out quick. Always been a good experience here.

I arrived with 13 people and this is my experience. I Love the environment, my waitress was wonderful. The food was great sounds cliche, but overall I had a fantastic experience. I had the enlightened lemon thyme chicken it was delectable! Highly recommend this location/food!!

After spending the afternoon at the Outlet mall shopping, we were looking for a restaurant to get some drinks and appetizers. The building is so huge that we saw it from the highway and decided to try it out. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we made on our weekend trip. We sat at the bar the first time and came back the next day for lunch. The bartenders were awesome. The beer selection was great, and they had a fully stocked bar with awesome liquor selections. The inside is amazing, and the decor and atmosphere really enhanced the dining experience overall. The menu has an enormous amount of food selection. From steak , burgers, sandwiches to BBQ, fish and pasta, the list goes on and on. The dessert items are wonderful. Very clean establishment and plenty of parking available too. We were overwhelmed with the choices in food and drinks and definitely will be back on our next weekend getaway. I highly recommend this restaurant. It truly was an enjoyable dining experience.

I had the Tri Tip Wedge Salad and it was wonderful! This was a great choice for my keto diet, but if you're not on a diet there are so many tasty options here! They have a dessert option with a large cookie in a pan with ice cream that looks amazing! The atmosphere is nice. The staff was friendly and efficient. The prices here are what you would expect from a mid-range restaurant. If guess most meals are going to run between $20 and;$30.

We really enjoyed our lunch here. Love the atmosphere, plenty of TVs to watch games on, but still a very intimate vibe. The service was great, everyone was friendly. Our waitress did an amazing job, we never went without something we needed. She checked on us plenty of times. The food was delicious as well, there's gluten free options and several different salads to choose from, which was a huge plus for me.

We are from San Antonio Texas , my parents live in OKC along with my sister's family. It's really nice when we get to visit them. We talked everyone into visiting BJ's restaurant which is a total of 13 people in all . We always enjoy your food and service. Today that changed on a count of 1 person in BJ'S STAFF not sure his roll was at the restaurant but it started my day off wrong. Here is why . For some reason he personal felt our party was to large made me and my wife feel like we are to much to deal with to seat us. It was very off putting to us ... Manager and the rest of staff , very awesome and helpful look at the food we got and enjoyed

The food was amazing we got the nachos, sliders with fries, some chicken burgers, and a salad my friends loved the chicken burgers and said they wouldn't change anything and the nachos were huge as well as delicious. For chicken nachos though it didn't really have alot of nachos. The sliders were amazing and the salad wasn't to my liking just because i thought the mahi mahi would have a different texture. so I had it swapped the a chicken salad which I enjoyed more. Fries were nice and crispy too. I didn't take a photo but the smore pazookie was amazing but extremely rich on the bottom which was good but also to much at the end lol.

This location was so delectable and deliberate in their food, service and ambiance. I highly recommend this location for all 3!

Great food and ambience

It's been a few months since I have been into Bjs on I40 and council. My experience was great. Sat at the bar. There was a belligerent patron that was a bit of a pest when I arrived and I watched and listened as the bartender along with the manager handled this individual with the highest level of professionalism and got him to exit without any issues. My service was excellent and I wanted a dish that happened to not be on the menu anymore, but without and push back at all they happily accommodated my request. I need to come here more often. Very impressed!

Nice restaurant, clean, nice atmosphere.... Wait staff not very cheerful....only came alive when it was time to pay and when we were leaving..... Food overpriced , especially the pizza. I had the Philly steak sandwich because they were out of the special they posted. Meat tasted like it was sitting in some refrigerator absorbing all these other smells.... The sandwich itself was lifeless with no real seasoning, very bland the only thing that saved it was the jalapenos I put on it... Barely any cheese barely any mushrooms. I really don't recommend dinning here. Food was just ok at best.

Today I order the Tri-Tip & shrimp scampi with two sides. I am not real sure why the meat was tough and I thought the description said roast style. Everything else was fine, except had to reheat meal when I got to office. Maybe someone can explain the cut of meat. Thanks

Food and service are excellent!! I liked the BJ beers, I tried two types of lager and trot. Nashville wings were great, we tried first time and our server suggested. In dinner we tried chicken sandwich and meditation tacos, and both were amazingly Delicious. Service was great, and server had good knowledge of food and beer collecting they had. Will recommend to try, with friend or family.

The food was OK, but our server Jennifer was either having a bad day, or just not a good server in general. She came to the table... didn't introduce herself or seem happy to serve or be working. We had to pull things out of her that a server should be forthcoming to tell you. I pray no one else has the experience we had with her

Bryson our server rushed us through our meal. appitizer,soup/salad, and entrees hit the table at the same time. While still trying to eat all the food that was on the table, he offered boxes and dessert. I am not sure why he wanted us to leave so fast but he was not rushing his other tables in the same manner. I am in the industry and this was not okay. The food was good and ambience was nice just wish the server gave us the time to enjoy everything.

I've ordered from here a couple of times, this being my third time and I haven't had a issue so far until this. Why would I be given a half cooked cookie, you can tell only one side is cooked and the other is RAW. I love the food but I definitely will not be ordering anymore desserts from here :/.

Ordered a takeout ahi tuna salad. Got home to find out my salad didn’t have ahi tuna... just vegetables. I called and spoke to a manager who said she’d mail me a gift card for the inconvenience/price of the salad and I never got it.

The baby was with a table, so there’s no reason for her to be walking everywhere with it. Called corporate office waiting to hear back.

Wow!! The food here is amazing. I had a Wedge Salad with Tri-tip. I’d never heard of that before, and it’s my new favorite. Service was fabulous. Never had to wait for anything. I drink a LOT of Dr Pepper and my glass never got below a 1/3 of full without it being replaced. Which is a number one priority for me and my boyfriend. Always great food and service and the prices are reasonable. Two adults with steak for under $50!!

I never been to bjs, went in ordered a beer i give beer 5 stars. Service was horrible, they have a dot to scan for menu on phone, app kept closing, waitress was gone forever, seemed annoyed that we didnt know about app. I dont know who came up with that idea, but its horrible, menu became a 2×5 screen. No personalization and waitress too busy for human interaction, might as well just order take out. Food pricey and dining room unbearably cold. We ended up just going to garage next door, we got 2 burgers for their price of 1. Seriously if you are going to charge prices like that, then waitress needs to be around, we just drank beer and left. Doubt I will go back, we went in during happy hour times, no happy hour we knew of.

So my bartender Nate and his manager Kelly 2 of the greatest people I have ever met. Nate was very conscientious and was caring of what I wanted and helped me and Kelly was all about taking care of my issues. If you're an Oklahoma City you need to come here. Great people... great food
