One star because zero isn’t an option. Mother’s Day, the one day we wanted zero worries, zero headaches and to enjoy a meal prepared for us and to have fun celebrating. Absolutely not the case. We had reservations for 12:45 I would say we ordered food at 1:00 food came out at 2:17 cold, burnt, and disgusting. The “kitchen manager” offered free cake to dissolve the situation and flat out said he would not comp any meals. I left a whole plate of untouched food as the chicken wasn’t even edible. Every table was served before we were to include the party room that served presidency over anyone else. Our children left upset and crying because after a 3 hour ordeal we were completely over the service, lack of respect for paying customers and refused to give another dollar to this establishment. Needless to say the only positive thing is we spent time together and the bartender who was made to be responsible for waiting on a table he had no business waiting on made good drinks, just unfortunately we had to wait an additional 45 min to get a second drink order or refills. So thanks Dave and Busters for the HORRIBLE JOB of making Mother’s Day 2022 memorable.

We had a great time there. Spent about 3 hours between games and dinner. They were short staffed tonight and super busy, at no fault of their own. They had a slow morning/afternoon and then had a table of 55 come in unexpected ... which slowed down how fast they got everyone else taken care of. Our waitress was really friendly and attentive, despite being so rushed and busy

Our favorite arcade!! We bring our whole family and always have a blast. Fun selection of games and definitely the best prizes compared to other places near by. I love that you can eat a nice meal as well. Most arcades have pretty simple food selection, but everything we have ordered here has been top notch!!

We were there for a family reunion dinner. The staff arranged for our group to have a large section just for the family. We enjoyed the atmosphere of western motifs and stained wood patterns. The fish was my choice because I didn't bring my teeth with me. Smile, it was cooked flaky perfect for me and my guest (who had loose dentures). Yet, we had a good time with friends, family, food and drinks. I only paid $73 for dinner for two with drinks and smiles all around.

I promised my grandson a trip to D&B when we were all locked down separately for Covid. Today was the day. I've never been before, but he goes often with his dad, my son. From the moment we walked in, the staff was attentive and informative. My grandson LOVES the Marvel Contest of Champions game and had collected the cards for some time. Right after scanning, the game rebooted and he lost the credit. Lowell was very fast to get it up and running and restored his credit. Lowell also brought him a cup to hold all of his Marvel cards he'd brought with him. He checked on us several times throughout our visit, even making suggestions of games we might enjoy and helping my grandson understand how to play one that had him flustered. We were going to have fun anyway, but Lowell added fun to our visit. We will definitely be back!

Always a good time! Several of the games were broken or out of service and the VR ride/game wasn't running that day due to lack of staffing. Really can't complain because that's a struggle many businesses have had as of recent times. The little staff they did have were all pleasant despite being spread thin and that to me is worth 5 stars in itself.

I came here because they were running a Veterans Day deal. $20 off an entree and a free $10 game card. I was not expecting their salmon to be so good. Very pleasantly surprised! I gave the game card to my daughter and she also had a good time. Thx, D&B for the support!

Not the largest Dave and Buster's but it is good. The fries we got weren't bad, but when we went all draft beer wasn't available. So other than that, we enjoyed our time.

Bartender man tonight was on point!! Loved the drink w infused strawberries tasted like watermelon n strawberries cubes to me ... I made sure I had to try those. Softens up afterwhile but worth the wait... delish .... Games $25.00 + $3.00 fee if you don't have card for 250 coins... Fair prices and lovely drinks... Recommended for all ages. You can walk around with your beverages except food in game area... Seen a party room so there is space for celebrations... visited 3.11.23 2nd visit ..

The quality has gone down quite a bit. It’s conveniently located and the staff is friendly but thats the only attributes going towards Dave & Busters. Some of the games do not work.

Such a great time at Dave and Buster’s!! Came on a Friday night a little early and it’s the best crowd! Fun games that they change out often and great fun!

Really fun place. Great bartender service. Drinks reasonably priced, but go during happy hour to get the best prices. Games are overpriced but that's just the way. Dave& Buster's is. They keep it relatively clean considering all the people that must play the games. Would Go again.

Cant rate on food because we didn't have any. I wish the people working looked happier and was nicer. Some machines were down or when I had issues with a game the worker just seemed to hate life. No small talk nothing so it was awkward. But still had fun with the family.

Came here for the first time with my boyfriend and had the best time!! Kendra was fantastic and had such wonderful customer service!! Everything was great, the food, the games, the atmosphere!! All the employees exceeded all my expectations!! I definitely recommend you come out here if you haven’t yet!

A great place to celebrate or to have a good time. The game machines are clean, functional and full of variety for all ages to enjoy. Check out their weekly specials to extend your budget dollars, our favorite day is Wednesday with half off games! If you happen to come across a glitch with the game due to your mad gaming skills by winning all the prizes then a very attentive and friendly game attendant by the name of Lowell will help you out.

Kids loved it! Food was good but could have been a bit warmer. I had the voodoo pasta and the new blue cocktail. Both were good. Drink was a little too bitter. (Leave out the sour mix) can't go too often because it was about $180 for 1 hour of games for 2 and a meal for 4.

I took my kids during spring break. The service was ok. I think there was some confusion with the waitstaff, or maybe I was confused. One lady came up and said I can order for myself on my phone then a little while later another lady came up and wanted to take my order. I definitely took the second lady up because I go to a restaurant to pay for service not do the ordering myself. The lady was super nice and helpful. The kids loved their food but mine was just ok. The booth we sat at had food on the wall so I would say the cleanliness was subpar. The games were fun and in the words of my son “my mind is blown” by all the different ones to choose from. In the end we will probably eat somewhere else but go back for the games.

We visited this location on Saturday 8/19. Tiaa was our server and she was absolutely amazing!!!! The food and drinks were awesome and so were all of the games. I highly recommend this Dave and Buster’s location. Thank you, Tiaa for making our evening fantastic.

BAR REVIEW* We sat at the bar for about an hour. The bar was not busy. 8 to 10 people max. We ordered 4 drinks. We had to wave down the bar tender every single time to get service. All employees behind the bar would rather mingle with other employees than serve the customer. Returned 1 drink because it tasted awful and there was absolutely no alcohol in the drink. When I closed out my tab the waiter gave me the bill that only had the total on it. I asked for a itemized bill to see if the bad drink was taken off my total. She gave me attitude and said she gave me a free beer to compensate for the "bad drink". Is the beer the same price as a mixed drink??? At this point we just wanted to leave. I gave this review 2 stars because the nachos where great. Drinks and bar service not so much. We won't be back. Main Event will get our money from now on.

After 20 mins of waiting still no server, did I mention we are the only table in the whole place. Then after 20 mins, we went up to talk to the hostess and was informed there was no server for tonight. Yep, I would definitely say come at your own discretion.

Love the food and games. Usually go every Wednesday (half price games). But almost every time games malfunction, but , with little wait, employees come fix and compensate 👍 we always have a great time! LOVE the rewards program.. except..what happens after "legendary!?" ( Getting there...I'll let you know!) Also the prizes have been awesome! Not cheaply made like most, truly everything we bought with tickets still have, works, or ate!!!

I went to Dave & Buster's to do an arcade photo shoot with a friend. The manager, Lowell, was awesome and even let us take a picture with a cute basketball pig that you can win from playing games. We had a lot of fun and I realized that I'm pretty good at axe throwing.
