Tried
Charleston's
in
OKC
this
week.
It
was
a
Saturday,
so
we
wisely
made
a
reservation
for
8:30.
The
parking
lot
was
packed,
but
we
only
had
to
wait
about
5
minutes
till
we
were
seated.
We
were
given
a
nice
booth
on
the
mezzanine
level,
and
the
restaurant
was
nicely
cozy.
The
menu
was
quite
varied,
I
chose
the
Chicken
Piccata,
while
hubby
went
with
their
specialty
Pork
Chops.
YUM!
The
chicken
was
moist
and
covered
with
artichokes,
tomatoes,
and
asparagus
(all
things
I
love).
And
as
I
like
to
try
different
things,
I
went
with
spagetti
squash
as
my
side.
I
didn't
know
what
to
expect,
but
it
was
really
good
and
paired
well
with
the
piccata
covering
my
chicken.
Hubby's
pork
chop
specialty
was
great
👍.
It's
difficult
for
pork
chops
to
be
served
juicy
and
tender,
but
that
is
exactly
what
he
got.
His
side
was
a
red
mashed
potatoes,
which
he
said
was
super
good.
Hubby's
a
basic
meat
and
potatoes
guy,
and
Charleston's
didn't
disappoint.
So
anyone
who
is
a
basic
"meat
and
potatoes"
only
kinda
person
will
really
enjoy
Charleston's.
Lastly,
the
wait
staff
was
very
attentive
and
friendly;
though
a
bit
slow,
which
is
to
be
expected
on
a
busy
Saturday
night.
We
enjoyed
ourselves
very
much,
and
next
time,
I'm
going
to
try
their
Shrimp
Cargot
(I
SAID
I
liked
to
try
new
things
😉),
which
is
shrimp
in
a
butter
and
havarti
cheese
sauce,
sounds
delish!
There
are
several
locations
in
OKC,
so
pick
one
and
go.
The
prices
are
moderately
expensive,
which
is
to
be
expected
for
a
restaurant
like
this,
but
you
actually
do
get
what
you
pay
for
here.
I
hope
you
enjoy
it
as
much
as
we
did.
Bon
Appétit!
🥰
