Sorta feels like walking into an old Humphrey Bogart movie, even the alley entrance was worthy! Bartender was qualified and knowledgeable. The snacks were very good, order a side of green beans for an appetizer, a bit messy for finger food but tasty!

This little hole in the wall speakeasy on the surface is wonderful. It is very small and that is what adds to the ambiance of the place. We sat at the bar and absolutely love the company from the bartenders. The drinks will bring us back. They were all good pours, tasty, and very reasonably priced. The food on the other hand was a little lacking. We got a couple of appetizers and then three of us got an entree. One of the orders was not fixed correct and they had to redo that which they were able to fix. The other two entrees were good but lacking flavor at some level. I can definitely see this being a bar hang out and maybe catch and appetizer or two. Not saying the food was bad just saying it was ehh, okay, especially for the price.

Last night, my friends and I decided to check out R&Js. We knew because it was the day before a holiday, it would be packed… which it was. We went in, looked around, saw there were no open seating so we turned around and left. I wanted to see if their kitchen was open to get food to go. As we left, another couple had gone in behind us, I imagine experiencing what we had. We turn around to a staff member kicking them out saying they’re “too full” which they were, but the way he handled the situation was very poor and unprofessional. I tried to just ask if the kitchen was open to which he responded, “I’m locking the doors, we’re full.” And then slammed the door in all of our faces. We understood you’re busy, but just the way that was handled was uncalled for. It makes me sad because my friends and I like to go there every so often and then I suggest that place a lot. If you’re over capacity, completely understandable, but maybe just don’t slam the door in people’s faces.

Very strong drinks and solid food. Wife and I tried this place for a date night. The drinks were quite strong. Only had two small drinks and that was enough. Tried the chicken fried steak. The crust is made out of hash browns. Very unique and interesting taste. J quite enjoyed it. Mashed potatoes were only warm, not hot. The green beans were salted with extra onions.

Top of line place! Such a vibe. Drinks are great, and the food is AMAZING. Plenty of seating for everyone, outside more than inside. Staff is kind and attentive. Can’t believe it’s taken me years to finally come. Now I can’t stop! All of the food we got was incredible. Very flavorful, great portions, and solid prices! Parking can be a pain but it’s worth it.

This place was awesome! Right off the bat we were welcomed by the bartender and friendly staff. Eric was just the sweetest and he was very attentive. The atmosphere was dark and moody, perfect for a date night. Drinks were strong and very reasonably priced. We shared the chicken fried steak sandwich and it was great! We weren't very hungry, so that was all we got. This place is a hidden gem. We will be back!

Great staff and outstanding chicken fried steak sandwich. The ambiance is pleasing and inviting. Bar cocktails are creative and well prepared. They have tasty starters and a good selection of entrees. The patio is spacious and cleaver.

Only went for cocktails, so will need to return for the “legendarily good” food. The incredibly intimate and chic indoor seating was alive and vibrant, but sat outside in the nicely enclosed outdoor area. Great drinks. I ordered a corpse reviver and instantly felt zombified (in a good way).

These people are legit. All staff is friendly. Bartenders know their craft very well. The kitchen is open late and has great food. The atmosphere is amazing. Come here if you want a great classic cocktail made by folks who know. I'd skip it if you're looking for Vegas Bombs or frozen Peach Bellini's, this is not the place for that.

Sat at a table inside and got drinks from the bartender pretty quickly. Server took my empty glass and took off before we could attempt to order food or another drink. Waited for 40 minutes with no service before we had to get up and leave. Place wasn’t very busy but the service was non existent. Don’t recommend for dinner maybe just drinks if you can get a seat at the bar to be face to face with an employee.

Great mixed drinks and fantastic food. The bartender at our hotel recommended it and we are super happy to have taken his advice. Try the bacon and the wieners. Salads and cold plate are good also. Didn’t get a chance to try the burgers but everyone else around us had them and they looked awesome. Highly recommend for an intimate liquid lunch with awesome food.

Service was great, drinks were great, We had the steak and fries which were cooked to perfection. The only reason they don't get a full 5 stars is the Brussel sprouts were severely overlooked and charred Be prepared to spend quite a bit but it's definitely worth every penny

They have a really interesting and comfortable atmosphere, the dessert I had (brownie sundae I think) was good and the staff was attentive and nice.

“Is tequila a carb” is easily top 5 cocktails I’ve had in Oklahoma City ! Service is top notch as well - would have taken a picture of the drink but it sorta disappeared … lol would recommend

We enjoyed the atmosphere - small, dark, kind of a vintage feel. It was a little loud/chaotic. The crab toast was delicious, but for the price, we wished it would have been served on better bread. That might have something to do with the 50s inspired theme, though. The bread pudding was great.

RJ’s is a cool little joint with absolutely great food and service! We enjoyed a great Sunday afternoon sitting at the bar. Our bartender was Landon (if I remember correctly), and he was great!! We had the relish tray, hush puppies, the spaghetti & meatballs and the crème brûlée (it’s a must have!!). Everything was great, but the crème Brûlée was one of the best that we’ve ever had! Highly recommend!!

There are few places like this. A posh but welcoming place that superbly balances upscale and down to eath! Classy while feeling comfortable like your neighborhood hangout, as this obviously is for many. Legitimately crafted cocktails. The menu struck me as eclectic and thoughtful. The food was delicious! You should go.

Pure magic in bar form. They've managed to perfectly capture the charm of a restaurant from a bygone era, and showcase it through the excellent food and perfectly designed digs. A real OKC gem! Don't miss the cheese crab toast or the perfectly seasoned fries!

Got the lamb burger and a french 75. Despite the fact that they’re swamped, I got my food and drink within 5 minutes of ordering. I hardly know how this is possible. Really really delicious. Top notch. I’ve paid much more for much less. Edit: stuck around, has a caesar salad (medium-good) and a whiskey sour and old fashioned (both very good).

Went here for the first time the other night and it was a neat little pub. I ordered the Fired chicken thighs and i must admit is was way better that I would have ever expected. The staff was very friendly and I will definitely be back.

Cute little Lounge and Supper club in Midtown! The place is DARK inside. The first time I went in I could barely see to get to my seat! However, let your eyes adjust...peruse their excellent cocktail menu and start drinking! I didn't have any food but the one drink I ordered (Blood and Sand) was excellent. The drink prices are very reasonable. It was around 4pm on a Thursday and there wasn't a single open spot at the bar. That should tell you something. I will be back!

Went in and had a Chicago Handshake. Good food, good atmosphere, and excellent bartenders. If you only have one place to go and you want travel back to the 70s check it out.

This is the after hours spot for great drink and good food. These guys consistently deliver a great time, and a relaxing environment. Attention service industry folks, this is a great place to frequent, as they'll likely be open and there's a heated patio area that allows smoking. Stay awesome guys!

Went here for the first time for a friend's birthday, or server was pretty much non existent for the entirety of our stay most drinks ran dry half way through dinner and we never got a chance to order any more. I have the chicken fried steak and the flavor was ok at best but the breading was so crispy it was scratching up the roof of my mouth every time I took a bite. We also ordered some of the "bacon" which was so terrible that it became a joke at our table to try it and out of the 6 different people that tried it every single one said it was one of the worst things they had ever had at a restaurant. Calling that bacon was more of a stretch than calling the stuff in a jack in the box taco meat. I informed our worthless server of how terrible it was and he couldn't offer to take it off the ticket or replace it with something that wasn't utterly trash. If you want to have some pretty below average slightly warmed food with some of the most non existent service I have ever seen this is the perfect place to go

The music was too loud and the drinks were way too strong. The cocktails all tasted like straight alcohol. I would have liked a beverage that didn't taste like I was drinking out of the bottle. The food was good. The shake was undrinkable. The service sucked. We had 2 waiters but we had to flag one down every time we needed something.

Came in with some friends. Waiter took 10+ minutes to even bring water and acknowledge us although he told us what table to sit at. One of my friends IDs was expired by 2 days (mind you we’re all 30+) and refused to serve him. After putting in drinks and checking every other ID, he came back and asked one of the girls when she graduated and quizzed her on the ID. I’m in the industry, and everything here was extremely rude, have some class… Needless to say, we won’t be back.

Tequila sunrise was amazing. Brunch was great. Honestly was a bit too warm to be on the patio, but still a great time.

We came in for a late dinner after being downtown. Wait staff seemed very disorganized. Wandering about passing our empty table for more than 10 min before someone asked if we'd need help. I had just gone next door to try to go to Ludvine but they were closed for a private party. The Trout was done well but my wife ordered a burger and somehow the bun and the burger was charred. The Mac & Cheese was the highlight for sure. Maybe we caught them on a bad night but I won't return. Many other places close by with better food and service.

Stopped in for an appetizer and drinks after seeing reviews about this place having a great atmosphere and food. It didn't disappoint. It has a vintage vybe with a dimly lit lounge and also a sunlit patio where my husband enjoyed a cigar. We ordered the margaritas made with fresh squeezed juices and not a mix and they were fantastic! I had heard about the bacon for an appetizer and Wow best.bacon.ever. It was $8 for 3 pieces but so worth it. We also enjoyed the hush puppies with a tangy mustard dipping sauce. Our waitress, Jes, was on point and super friendly. She was very easy to chat with and we plan to be back with friends!.

This place was pretty rad. The inside is pretty modestly sized, but they have a very big covered and enclosed patio that looked really inviting despite the 100°+ weather. We ordered 4 cocktails and the relish tray. The Pimm's Cup was good...a bit too simple to really be considered a great Pimm's Cup. The Negroni was good, non-offensive but not mind blowing. Paloma was the highlight for me, simple and refreshing. The last was the Back that Lemongrazz Up, definitely recommend. It was light, refreshing and highlighted the ginger really well. The relish tray was awesome. The pickled collard greens were ootw.

The drinks are awesome! Food was pretty decent and I can see why so many people recommend this place. The only negative was that smoking is allowed inside and that kind of turned me off. Other than that, I would definitely recommend and be back!

Cam made us some very nice old fashions. It was 60° outside so we decided to sit in the garden. It looks like they have plenty of fans and heaters no matter what the temperature is. We only have the drinks so I can't say anything about the food. However, the inside portion of the bar it's very dark but eventually your eyes get used to it. A very nice place to go for a cocktail.

The drinks here have unique names and hit the spot. The food on the other hand is very bland. Both of our dishes and sides need some taste.
