    This is the worst taco bell. If you want your order incorrect 100 percent of the time, this is the place for you. Orders are always missing items and made incorrectly. Ordered a taco with no lettuce, got one with lettuce. Didn't receive the burrito nor the nacho cheese that came with my meal. The burrito my fiance got had a stale crackling tortilla. The drinks taste like soda water and the lids leak everywhere.

    The insides of my boyfriends burrito supreme was basically soup. And my black bean crunch wrap supreme was squishy and was not wrapped properly.

    This is supposed to be bean and rice burritos with extra beans and red sauce. There was barely anything on them. This is the second time this has happened.

    Worst Taco Bell experience ever. Waited in line for over 25 min for them to tell me they don’t take $100 bills. There is no sign at all and the staff was rude and extremely unhelpful. If I could give them zero stars I would.

    We had a pleasant experience at our local tacobell today. I had to repeat my order a couple times and the wait was a little long, but they came thru gave us a free taco and a coupon and apologized about the wait with reason and the order came out perfect. Eating it currently lol. Great job, good food, keep up the work!

    Without an explanation, this location just refused to accept my cash payment when I visited their drive thru. They repeated that they would only serve me if I charged a debit or credit card. Unfortunately, my debit card was recently compromised and I'm still waiting for a replacement by mail; so cash is my only means of payment for the next few days. I intended to pay with exact change, so there was no reason for them to refuse my payment, since they wouldn't even need to make change for me. I was asked to pull through if I couldn't pay with a card, so I had to leave without any food or any apology. [This visit was at 5:50pm on October 27, 2022.] Edit: I returned to this location at 1:48 on October 29, 2022. The situation has not yet been remedied and my offer to pay exact change was rejected again. They cited no reason whatsoever except that it was their manager's instructions. Edit: I returned to this location at 5:55pm on November 8th, 2022. They will still not accept any payments except by card. This is apparently the manager's long-term decision for this branch. They've not posted a sign that they will reject cash payments — that is only communicated at checkout.

    Guy who took my order was nice but whoever cooked and prepared my order was very sloppy with it and didn’t give me one of my burritos. Tortillas were soggy and the meat in the burrito didn’t seem like it was drained. I’ve worked fast food and this is not okay. Service is terrible and I love Taco Bell but this location I highly do NOT recommend.

    Line was long( Ice storm 2020) to the edge of the street, food was perfect and fresh,hot,and accurate. Only thing they ran out of Mexican pizza's too early. Double up on Mexican pizza's until they're off the menu completely.(Hopefully the Mexican Pizza's will stay as a Staple item for The Bell)

    Store closes at Midnight, they say due to short staffing while there is 6 of them in there loading up bags of food for people in the parking lot and to take home… Taco Bell Computer is always down. Don’t waste your dime or time

    Do not recommend this location as they refuse to provide service to bicyclists, ev m after waiting in line for 30 minutes (fyi, there is no signage stating that bicyclists are being discriminated against). I raised the issue with the manager and he claimed it was a policy. I guess it will be my policy and to avoid this location.

    I got a Mexican pizza here yesterday. Couldn't even finish it.. tasted like there was some kind of cleaning product in it. Very strange taste. I won't be back.

    The table was dirty a needs to be wiped down after it has been used by a customer. It was dirty and wet when I ate there today 8/30/22 @ 1405. Also a takes too long to place an order. The staff will usually apologize. Apology and excuses should not be a substitute for a good customer service.

    I ordered two chicken chalupas and a soft taco. I received what had to have been 2 day old chalupas and a crunchy taco. I took a few bites and fed it to my dog. He liked it though so you get a star.

    I was really in a bind this morning so I ordered a couple items for breakfast to push me through the day. I placed my order at 10:42am and rushed over as fast as I could. I arrived at 11:01am and they told me they couldn't make my order because they stopped serving breakfast. If I placed my order before they stopped, why was my food not made? Why was I denied my meal? Because of their refusal to make my food, I went hungry and I was late for my appointment because of their slow service. Why does it take so much time to tell me you can't make my food? I also was told to go to the app for my refund. I have yet to receive that but I understand this can take time. But if I didn't receive my items today, then I need my money back now.

    Went through the drive through got an order of nacho fries the total was like $3.25 I gave the cashier $2 and asked her to put the rest on my card and she kept trying to charge my card the full amount instead of the difference it kept declining but I guess 3rd time is a charm because she finally it figured out. I suggest if you want to pay part cash part card then move the rest of your money into a savings account or a different card because the cashier doesn’t know how to cashier there

    Decent quality food. However, It would be nice if this location could give the amount of hot sauce that is actually asked. Also, the girl at the window never says anything to you when you’re there, a nice “hello” would go along way for customer service

    Completely messed up our order. Asked for extra steak and cheese on a quesadilla with no creamy jalapeño sauce, got extra sauce and the basic amount of cheese and meat. But still charged for the extras. This location sucks and will rip u off

    This place is completely messed up. it’s 10pm and they’re “closed” unless you have a DoorDash order? I pulled over and ordered on DoorDas, the prices are higher and when I picked up they basically threw my bag in the car and said nothing. What the hell is going on at this location?
