Do NOT book here. Booked my room on the phone with the actual hotel, booking a double queen room and when I showed up they had me, my husband, and our 4 kids staying in a 1 king bed room with no available queens to change to. Booked this hotel for the very specific reason that it had an indoor heated pool my kids could swim in on their spring break, even got confirmation when I called that they had a “heated pool” and when I checked in he said sorry our pool is under construction and has been for a year… No bath for my kids to bathe in. No pool. No place to sleep. All because they lied while I’m the phone with me and booked me a completely different thing than I asked for. Just terrible terrible terrible.

We’ve stayed here twice now during different trips. Both times were great stays! We’ve found the hotel to be clean and quite. The staff were all kind and professional. Great views and close to many options for food or fun. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and space of the rooms. The hotel offers many amenities including a wonderful outdoor area with a bbq grill, gym, and pool. The pool room was closed during this stay so we were unable to .. test the waters.. The breakfast offered this morning was amazing. Food was fresh and delicious. Many options to please anyones palette. Our only real “ complaint” is a minor one for us but could be serious for someone else. Apparently when it gets hot the lights in the elevators do not work??? This seems like a serious safety concern that needs to be addressed and not just accepted. Never mind possible electrical issues inside a elevator , this could be a fall risk for someone. Overall I would stay here a third time in a heart beat.

Overall the stay was okay. Generally clean. Usually when I stay with IHG hotels I always get the government discount. This hotel did not allow me to. Then when I arrived to the room you could clearly see someone had thrown up on the doorway. Very unhygienic. I used my IHG points for this stay and am not very happy about it.

Great location. Lots of options for food, drinks, and shopping. Beds were comfortable. Room was big and clean. Staff was very friendly. We would come back again and again! Breakfast was pretty good. Not a fan of the folded cheese and egg things but never have been.

I understand being a holiday weekend, it's going to be crazy and hectic. However, that does not give the hotel the right to blatantly lie to a guest's face. Upon checking in, we had problems right away and it took 45min to finally get our reservation corrected and into a room. While checking in, they asked for a card for incidentals. No big deal. Travel a lot so we're used to it but then they told us they were putting a $50 hold on the card for incidentals and we'd get it back after checked out. That's a first for us. All other hotels we've stayed at just have the card on file but don't put a temporary hold on anything. Fine, whatever. We make it through the weekend and check out on memorial day. Front desk tells us the hold will be released and we'll have our money in 3-5 business days. Cool. Few days later, check the account and they only released $1.13! Why?!?! Come to find out they charged us $48.87 for parking when there was zero mention of paying for parking to begin with. It's not like it was all that hard to get into their "private" parking lot when all the gates were 1x4 planks and one was completely missing. I'll be calling and email corporate until they refund the our money.

I spent the week here for work. The check-in process took a bit due to the line, but that was understandable. My room was a suite on the top floor with a great view of downtown. The room was very spacious, the restroom was well stocked, and the bed was very comfortable. The room also came with a Kuerig and a sofa bed. The hotel had a gym, but I didn't use it. Everything looked in working condition based on the people in it. Breakfast is your standard for Holiday Inn, which I always say is a good thing. Great mix of hot and cold food, but my go-to is always the oatmeal. Parking is $15 a day and right next to the hotel, and with minimal parking in the area, I'd recommend it. The next time I'm in OKC, I will definitely stay here.

This place deserves 5 stars :) it is close to everything in Bricktown and about 10 min walk from Paycom center. Staff was extremely nice, room was pretty, bed and pillows were great and comfy. Air conditioner worked perfect. We had breakfast included for 2, best breakfast included we’ve had in a hotel for a while. Eggs, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, sausage, cereal, bread, bagels, coffee, the orange juice was so good. Parking was easy, hotel has its own gated parking and it’s $15 you can go in and out. Everything about our stay was great! Thank you! Oh

Holiday Inn Express isn’t worth a star. I will not be giving anymore business to this corporation! I tried to cancel a reservation 72 hours in advance because my sister became deathly ill! They stated that since I got such a great rate, it was an “Advanced rate which required a 7 day notice “. My bank account was charged the first night without me knowing 7 days before my reservation. They refuse to work with me and refund my money. Do not give them your business! If you have to cancel due to an emergency, too bad. They don’t care! Lisa Moss, Amarillo, TX

We had a perfect stay here! Thank you again for taking care of us! Due to my job, I’ve been to a lot of 5*-hotels and the Holiday Inn Express in OKC can totally hold up to them - not from the interior design, but from the service. The staff was all very friendly and welcomed us. We also asked if we can change rooms due to some allergy and they immediately gave us a new room. The breakfast was perfect and always full - there was always a really nice woman taking care of the breakfast area. The price per night was fair and worth it.

Location and parking are fantastic. Staff has been very friendly. I do feel like the bathroom could’ve been cleaner and our sink was missing the mechanism that’s makes it drain. Had to reach my fingernails and pry to get it to drain. TV stopped working on last night. Breakfast bar/ selection smaller than most holiday Inns. The bed and pillows VERY COMFORTABLE!! For the price and location it’s worth the stay!

A Great location and experience; freindly staff who showed great enthusiasm for the weekend Oklahoma City Memorial run. I appreciated them serving breakfast early to accomodate the race start time and allowing late check out.

This was our first time staying at this location. The staff was pleasant. Although they were having issues with their computers due to a new system change over, they worked to make our check-in seamless. The room was comfortable though the bed was not as high quality as we have been used to in other Holiday Inn Express locations. There is a charge for parking but due to having a handicap parking placard, the fee was waived. Thanks for the stay!

Holiday Inn Bricktown worked out great as a stop-over on our cross-country trip. The hotel appeared fairly new (or maybe recently updated), and in great condition. The staff was very friendly. Since we were traveling cross-country, we have a lot of stuff. We can put most in the hotel room, but not really all of it. The parking seemed very secure, as it was key card access. We were there on Labor Day, so the big weekend was over and it was very quiet in the area. Bricktown was a nice area to walk and eat, and this hotel has a great location for that. Also super easy access off/on of Rt 40 (do not need to go into the downtown area). Would highly recommend.

We checked in between 8pm and 9pm on Thanksgiving night. The room that was assigned to us had a roach on the wall. I went to inform the front desk attendant and requested a room change. She informed me that I needed to take a picture of the roach, which I thought was strange. I didn’t like it and thought it was poor customer service. It seemed the attendant did not want to come to the room to verify and took awhile to apologize for the infestation and/or the inconvenience. She offered a room with only a king-sized bed. I asked if there were rollaway beds available and she had to check. That went smooth. As a customer obviously I didn’t like the roach (because where there is one there are many more), but I also didn’t appreciate the attendant acting as if we were bothering her to do her job. This morning I realized I accidentally left my bag in the previous room the other night. I went to the front desk to inform the attendant and the conversation with the attendant from the previous night and the morning attendant was night and day. I was able to retrieve my bag and all was well. I gave it an overall three stars because of the morning attendant. This was my first time here and I’m not sure if I’ll be back. So-so experience. The building probably needs to be exterminated. Thankful for this morning’s experience.

Employees were great!! Addressed concerns and promptly relocated me. Hotel is in a great location to food and entertainment. Unfortunately each room that we stayed in only had water just warm enough to shower quickly and produced absolutely no steam/fog. Typically when water valve is turned all the way to hot the water is scalding.

A good and dependable place and excellent value for the price located within many Bricktown highlights. There is a pool, spa, and business center. The complimentary breakfast from 6:30 to 9:30 has options for every taste. The only thing to keep in mind is if you don't have a car, there is no airport shuttle, but Holiday Inn Express has various car service options.

Excellent location and super friendly service. Rooms were very comfortable, and breakfast was good. The lady serving breakfast seemed agitated, but we all have our bad days. Overall was a great stay.

This hotel should be removed from ihg. They're terrible to guests. From housekeeping banging on the door in the morning (even with the dnd) to being charged to send items forgotten. Management is totally responsible for none of their staff acknowledging my rewards status (requested by ihg). They are also responsible for the short breakfast hours, as well as the total lack of care I received at this facility. Totally disappointed, will not return.

Good breakfast. Great central location. The room was spacious and clean. Enjoyable stay. Hate we had to pay for parking, but that's starting to be the trend for all hotels located in a downtown area.

Loved our quiet visit to your hotel. Room was clean and comfy. Our evening front desk staff, Kate, was super! She gave us reassurance area was safe and gave us several restaurant suggestions. We were wishing for more time to explore, but daughter's search for a wedding dress was our "mission!" Kate, she said yes to the dress!!!

I was pleasantly surprised with how much I actually liked staying here. This was my second trip to Oklahoma City and the holiday inn express was such a better overall hotel to stay at. The rooms are spacious, clean and have all the essentials. The rooms are quiet, the beds were comfortable and the linens were so soft. They provide plenty of pillows also. The staff was kind and helpful. I’ll definitely be staying here next time I’m in town.

The ladies that checked us in were very nice and the room was comfortable. My issues come from an encounter with the overnight desk clerk. He was incredibly rude and inhospitable. My partner came back to the room and was not allowed back up. The clerk called the room (I understand for safety reasons) and I confirmed his name so he could enter the room. He had forgot the room key and the clerk said the room was not checked out to either of us. I’m not sure how we were charged and given a room key then. Which is dangerous because if we were put into a wrong room a stranger could have entered at any moment. He kept my partner in the lobby for 30+ minutes, mind you it was already very late. If you stay here make sure you remember your room key & triple check they have the room checked out to ONLY you. This is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The room and location was nice. Only issue was we arrived early and they were doing some construction so we had to go without water for 3 hours. Also $45 for parking is a bit ridiculous but it is what it is. We will stay elsewhere next time we are in the area.

This was my first time staying here. When I checked in the man that helped me was very friendly and it was a fast process of checking in. I really liked that the parking was a gated area and close by to many things to do. I am giving it 2 stars mainly because it is advertised as an indoor heated pool. As the pool is indoors it is definitely not heated. The water was ice cold and it could not be enjoyable at all. The bed was not the comfiest to me nor the pillows. I also did not know we would have to pay an extra $50 for a service fee of the room. I would have been appreciative being told that in advanced. I honestly doubt I will be back.
