Our stay was for 2 nights in Oklahoma City and this hotel was pretty good for the most part. The rooms were nice and big, comfortable beds, and it was kept well clean as well as the whole property. All of the staff members working up front were nice and helpful with anything we needed (extra coffee and pillows). They also have several board games that you can check out for free which made the nights a little more fun. There were a few things that I was upset about though which was the outdoor pool/hot tub. The hot tub broke down the day that we got to the hotel which was really upsetting for us so they closed both that and the sauna. We decided to try the swimming pool which wasn't very warm at all even though it was said to be heated. Breakfast was a hot buffet which was great because they had biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, yogurt, juices, and coffee. My only complaint on this was that the bacon was really hard and the sausage was dry like everything had been made only once in the morning and had just sat there in the pans from 6-9AM. Outside of all of that, I would say this is a great hotel choice for anyone passing through OKC. They'll definitely take care of you and if it weren't for the issues with the hot tub and outdoor pool, I would've gave a solid 5/5 on this!

I normally stay at The Comfort Inn across the interstate and I do love Comfort Inn. But my Company booked me stay here. Wow, for the price that pay to stay at Best Western compared to Comfort Inn. Seems underpriced. This place is very good, the rooms were very clean, the staff were very nice, the breakfast was very good compared to Comfort Inn. The pool was very clean, didn't eat dinner, but did hit the bar. I love the tables outside the fence from the pool. I would stay here again.

Hands down the best & cutest motel I’ve ever stayed in. The ladies running the front desk were super sweet & very helpful. My room was clean, bed & pillows are soft & comfortable. The bar/restaurant was amazing. They have cute fire pits for outside seating and an outside bar next to the pool. Bartender was awesome, food was EXCELLENT. I got the country fried chicken - you get two steaks instead of just one. Couldn’t eat it all! Thank you all for the amazing experience. Will definitely stay again when I come down this way!

Our room was ready when we arrived, check in was fast and easy. Breakfast was good, restaurant was good and the shuttle service was very accommodating. Staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. In particular Trinity was amazing. Very welcoming and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best. We looked forward to seeing her smiling face and chatting with her everyday and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I gave 5 stars because it is ALWAYS a pleasure to stay here. The staff are always really nice to us. And professional, courteous and respectful. And the breakfast is always AMAZING!! This is our second stay here and the last time here we had only one complaint...the tub wasn't clean. And this time again the tub wasn't clean. But other than that I will recommend this location again and again to my fellow trucker friends.

Ended up staying 3 nights due to my rig being in the shop. Their shuttle to get drivers to & from the dealerships was a HUGE Godsend! They are pet friendly, but it's a small daily charge. They were able to accommodate my need to extend my stay with no issue. They have a pool, sauna, clean rooms, AWESOME staff in the restaurant & around the facility. Our room was quiet & well maintained. We will DEFINITELY stay again!

Bait and switch. The entry way at the desk look fresh and inviting. The reality is a an old motel. We got a king suit for two adults and two children. The foldout bed was fine for the kids but didn't have any sheets, blankets or pillows or extra towels . Tried to call the front desk but phone didn't work. The smoke detector was laying on the floor with no battery. Went back to the front desk and got our room changed. Room two was the same problem only the smoke detector was on the wall. We took the towel and sheets from the first room and fixed the problem ourselves. Sorry but I would stay someplace if you have the chance. I have had good experiences with Best Westerns but this one isn't even an Okay Western. Sorry :-(

My husband and I stay here A LOT & we love it here. In fact, we're here so often with business that we call it our second home. Lol! The spacious rooms are always clean & the staff is always top notch! Lana in the breakfast room is the best...she really cares about people having a good stay, but also has a job to do (she will ask for a breakfast ticket if she doesn't recognize you...TAKE YOUR BREAKFAST TICKET WITH YOU). There is security that makes rounds threw out the night & you will see them walking around regularly. Hot tub is great for relaxing & there is a patio with small fireplaces.

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The room was large, clean and in great condition. All of the staff members that we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was hands down the best hotel breakfast we have ever had!! An amazing variety and assortment. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody who is passing through or staying for an extended time in the Oklahoma City area!

This was honestly one of the most ghetto hotels I ever stayed at. I paid extra for a suite and you'd think they'd make sure the room was fully taken care of. We found cereal under the TV stand. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash in our room, neither TV worked, hole in the sheets, a tile broke while we were in our room. We told the staff we had no shampoo and she acted like she had an attitude about giving us those complimentary bottles when the one in our bathroom was completely empty. This place was so disappointing. ONLY good things were the food.. I left a bad review and the manager Basically says we'll do better next time. If you think I'd ever stay here again you're out of your mind.

Room was adequate, worn carpet , entry door had a large gap , shower wasn't stocked with body wash. Just had an "old feel" to it . The food at the restaurant was very good. The server was friendly but absent-minded at times . To be fair, she was busy and working alone . Was very disappointed with breakfast . The first day of my stay, it seemed hot and fresh , it went downhill from there . Worst coffee I've had in some time . The price was good , the experience was passable for a solo business stay , I don't think I would bring my family here.

We had a large group event at the hotel and found this hotel to be perfect for meals all day and the bar in the evening. The pool area is perfect for lounging and enjoying the pool. Rooms were large, well maintained, and clean. The staff went out of their way constantly to make this an enjoyable event for us.

Our room was clean, and the a/c was wonderful. We have stayed at a lot of hotels, and this bed was one of the most comfortable. Very important when you are traveling. Staff was friendly and the location was great for getting around OKC.

Great place to spend some quality time. The management and staff of this older but classy hotel are top shelf, but grounded and down to earth! The area is a little rough and you'll surely run into homeless people. But for the most part, they're harmless! I'd stay at Best Western before I'd stay at one of those on the other side of The I-40 overpass that would surely cost two or three times the price, just because of the management and staff!

Great place to stay. Rooms are clean, front desk staff friendly and helpful. The saddle up restaurant has great food and excellent service. I am staying again at the Saddle back inn.

I stay here all the time and usually love it the staff is great! All the girls are extremely nice but I had a run in with a newish boy/girl? Not sure but it was ridiculously rude and didn’t know how to work the system, every time it ran into an obstacle it just said “card didn’t go through “. When there is more than enough funds. So overall a nice establishment except for that thing.

I’ve been here with my family multiple times. We are locals and just enjoy weekends out and in a pool sometimes. A huge shout out to Melanie and Trinity who do a stellar job at the front desk and do amazing work, and Ms. Rachel from the restaurant who loves what she does and is wonderful. Kristina from morning service who went above and beyond! I appreciate y’all. I hope best western and management gives those ladies a big raise. Seriously.

Raising your breakfast buffet from $5 for non guest to $14.95 will probably cost you most of your outside customers and raise your food costs greatly. I ate here every morning before this happened. The food is pedestrian and many times I got spoiled milk or count mold on a muffin or bagel but you made it right. But $14.95 Is no mistake money

The room was clean. That's all I can say positive about our stay. No hot water for our 3 day stay. That really sets the tone for the day not being able to take a shower. Lights were burnt out in the room. The hot tube and sauna were not working. Staff were not attentive except for the Hispanic gentleman working in the breakfast service. He tried to stay on top of things. The hostess lady stayed on her phone the whole time. We will definitely not be staying here again and I recommend you find another hotel.

We just wanted to boast about the amazing service we received at the Best Western Plus Saddle Back! The pool was amazing and clean! The bar tender was an absolute sweet heart all around just amazing and so hard working! The staff was so kind, and any time we asked for something they were sweet and quickly accommodated- so our event could run smoothly. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all on point, hot and ready for 3 days straight! Rooms were very clean and spacious. Can not say enough about our stay, and we are very excited to come back! P.s. security is always on site and very quick thank you so much for your hospitality!

Horrible experience, no useful response from staff. Adjacent rooms (at least three, but walking back to the lobby it sounded like a problem across the whole facility) had their smoke alarm low battery warning sound going off. Every 30 seconds. Every thirty seconds, a horrifying 3d ring of repetitive chirps circled me. Notified the front desk gal on night, she said she’s send someone, nothing happened. I didn’t get a wink of sleep, and my next day is suffering badly for it. Also, the toilet flusher was missing it’s chain, so it couldn’t flush. I’m sure it’s an easy fix, but I shouldn’t be having to deal with that at any decent hotel. I’ll be posting this everywhere I can, I’m absolutely furious.

Upon arriving we were greeted by Trinity. She was so AMAZING!!!! Super friendly and genuinely happy to meet us. Every day she had a contagious smile and was always there to help. Our stay was better because of her. YOU’RE THE BEST TRINITY 🤗 All of the hotel staff was very good. The room was very nice, great breakfast and shuttle service and drivers were great too. We would definitely stay again!!

Not enough staff to provide service especially towels and mini room service, plus you have to schedule room service by 8am. Now, for the good stuff, breakfast is awesome and easily past continental. Coffee is ok not great. Great lobby, pool, dining, and check in and out is not to bad. Hot tub is confusing to enter and gates to pool is not clearly identified, so searching on how to enter is required. Other than that, appreciate the veterans discount and the stay.

This hotel advertises shuttle service to and from the airport, but it is unavailable if you have a 7:00 am flight. Main men’s room in the lobby is out of order. We stayed four days, room clean up and refresh is available only every three days, but we never received housekeeping. They advertise full restaurant and bar, but it is not open for breakfast or lunch (only open from 4-11pm) When we were made aware that the shuttle service was unavailable for an early flight, we asked for assistance in finding a recommended taxi service in the area… The front desk stated, “You need to get on your phone, and find something yourself.” 🤷‍♀️ The food in the restaurant was really good, and the male bartender was very professional, and nice.

The rooms were definitely outdated. The shower didn’t drain. Toilet ran both nights we were there. Didn’t feel completely safe. Floor was dirty. Pool needed monitoring. Breakfast was good. They had bacon.

This isn’t a (3-star) hotel as google says, it is a MOTEL. There is a reason it is cheaper. Mattresses are uncomfortable; as a side sleeper my shoulder and hips hurt. It has been updated, for example there’s a curved pipe to lift the shower head up higher. Air conditioning is run by a temperature controller on the wall which is nice. What’s not nice is it blows right on the nearest bed in a queen double. At least it’s quiet? So you get the hot breakfast just like every other Best Western Plus. I wouldn’t stay here again as I primarily came here to sleep and despite keeping it updated and changing things for the better from whatever it was before, uncomfortable mattresses left me just dozing for the second half of the night as I constantly have to shift around as each side gets tired of having hip and shoulder jammed into a firm, non-cushion mattress. Get a decent mattress in here, 4 stars. And fix the google listing, this isn’t a hotel. Oh yeah, and the door lock latch is busted in 1062, I had to screw it back into the door because it was dangling just so it would align with the swing arm, but even then the screws barely hold.

The entire staff was absolutely fantastic. From arrival and being picked up at airport to checking in to food to helpfulness from maintenance. Mike night staff so accommodating beyond expectation. OWNER please be so pleased with your entire staff. They made our stay the best experience. Many blessings to you all.

Very accommodating, my room smelled like cigarette smoke but that's not the fault of the owners or attendants. They gave me everything I needed, shuttled me to the airport no issue. Great selection of cable channels. Roomy vanity area and lots of storage. VERY dog friendly. I deducted one star and that is because they removed my dirty washcloths without replacing them with new ones, which I found strange.

Very great hotel with outstanding service. There's a hot tub and sauna indoors in a small area with a heated outdoor pool. Walls are thin and there's no lunch service (lack of staff apparently) . Dinner menu is very limited but not bad. All 'honemade' items. If there was breakfast in the room or a larger menu with options it'd give it a higher rating. Trappers restaurant next door has a fantastic bourbon collection and a seafood centric menu and it's always busy there. Good option for food, but higher in price point.

The amenities in the rooms could use a little updating, but what the room lacks in sophistication the overall feel of the hotel makes up for with a family or home type environment. It's easily accessible from the road, and there is more than enough parking to allow "room front" parking. Unfortunately I didn't get to try the hot tub area due to a part being previously damaged and the one specific part needed on back order either due to COVID or the fact that it's winter, but the GM had already tried literally every other idea I gave. The breakfast was amazing, buffet style with grits, biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, eggs, potato's, cereals, oat meal, fruits, juices, coffee, milk. They do something that most hotels, even pre COVID, don't offer, they offer a shuttle to take you places near the facility such as Walmart, rental car locations, different truck shops and more if it's not too far out of the way. I didn't get a chance to eat from the bar, but through talking to other guests I heard it's amazing, and the food definitely looked the part. The staff is really what made this experience great, most places you go it feels like their smile is forced and they're just there to get a paycheck. That isn't the case here, it honestly feels like I never left home and each guest is treated like part of their family, for instance I was having a conversation, in the restaurant/lobby area, with the GM and she noticed a guest start fidgeting a tiny bit while eating, the same way most people fidget in their seat after eating at home and came over just to ask if they needed anything, then promptly returned to our conversation. Whether you need a place to stop for the night, or just somewhere to get away for a little while, I'd highly recommend stopping here and basically staying at a second home.

This hotel has been my favorite for several years. I live outside Oklahoma City and am a performing musician. Most of my shows are booked in OKC, and it's just a lot easier to spend the night at this Best Western than it is to drive home very late and usually alone. Service is always excellent here and the rooms have no unpleasant surprises. Breakfast is wonderful, and the staff are caring individuals who want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I took my dog with me once, and they put us into a room where people traveling with their pets stay. There was a large courtyard "doggy park", and they had nice bags of doggy treats in the lobby. I thought that feature was a very strong indication of the caring nature of everyone in this establishment. This hotel is a wonderful convenience for me, and truly is my home away from home.

Really good experience. Made traveling with dogs much easier (only a $20 fee). The room amenities were nothing special and a little dated, but we were satisfied and had a good night’s rest. They have a security guard who patrols the parking lot all night which made us feel safe and knew our car would be safe. Staff at front desk and breakfast were great. Full menu for breakfast, including the option to take it to go in containers which was awesome.

This is an older hotel that has been kept up very nicely. It is located just off two main roads and is very quiet. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with several hot and cold options. We did not use the bar nor restaurant, but the area looked nice and the menu was tempting. We give this hotel two thumbs up.
