Location is awesome! Staff is amazing! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Love the bathrooms giving me the redesign my own bathroom. The pool is located inside so it's private and beautiful. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room with a nice size desk and TV. There is a chair with a reading light. We were comfortable and safe here.

The beds were not fluffy soft but the hot tub and indoor pool were awesome. Breakfast was not 4 star but it was different food items each morning. Biscuits and sausage gravy were really good. There was cheese omelette one day and veggie omelette the next. The fresh automated pancake machine was fun to watch. Different types of sausage too! The rooms were clean and well kept. Nothing broken or missing. The king suite I was in had a little built-in sink, microwave, small refrigerator in what almost looked like a tiny kitchen, all that was missing was a stove and cookware! Small dining spot with a table and two chairs. The couch, chair, and other sitting area was in good shape. Bathroom was nice. They had a few toiletries that was forgotten. Customer service was pretty good too. I'd return!

Got called up to the city for an overnight stay and had to find a hotel close by after 4. Called the first place and they didn't offer parking without paying and I wasn't into that. This was the second pad ve in the list. Called and spoke with the gentleman working the front desk and he was very pleasant and answered all my questions happily. Drive over and noticed I still wasn't in the best part of town, but, he again assured me my truck would be fine. The hotel lobby and outside was very nice, really not what I was expecting considering some of the other places I've stayed in lately. I asked for references for dinner that night and he referred me to the restaurant next store, that didn't look like a great place but he assured me it was fantastic. He was actually eating dinner from there when I came in. The rooms were very nice, clean and I love the soaps, shampoo and lotion available. I only needed a toothbrush and paste out of my bag, but could have also got that from them as well. Three things I would suggest. First clean the remote for the TV. Mine had something on it from previous people. Second, update your windows for something that is a more sound dampening. This hotel is right next to the interstate and if noisy cars bother you it could be a problem. Third, start breakfast earlier. This is the third hotel I've stayed in that breakfast doesn't start until 6:30. Not everyone is lucky enough to be able to be at work after 7am. Other than that, enjoyed my stay.

Room was not cleaned! We waited 15 minutes at the desk before anyone showed up. We paid for an executive suite since there weren't any other rooms available (concert in town so hotels were booked up). When we walked in there was a large wad of toilet paper in the toilet. I passed that off as an oversight, but when we went to get into bed, we found stains, dirt, and a large amount of pubic hair on the bed sheet. It was disgusting. The bed was made but the sheets had clearly not been changed from previous occupant. The hotel desk moved us to a different suite, but offered no compensation and couldn't even bother to give an apology. EDIT: The manager reached out after posting this review. They apologized and comped the room. Raised my star rating.

Got here and the person was outside Taking a break but went in right away and waited for me to go in. She was very professional and helpful, she gets 5 stars for sure. She answers all my questions and gave me toothpaste because I forgot mine. The rooms are big and clean, the whole place is clean. I will be back.

Nice hotel but wasn't worth what I paid. The tv didn't work or I tried calling the desk both phones in the room didn't work. It had hair strings on the microwave door. I should of check to see if the clock had the right time before I went to sleep but for like a $150 I shouldn't have to but it was wrong made think I was late for my appointment. I did love the bathroom and the pillows

Excellent hotel with spacious rooms and amazing service. Parking is plentiful and the breakfast is decent MIKE SANCHEZ took really good care of us during the check in process and explained a lot of things to us upon arrival. Everyone was polite and very friendly The rooms are extremely spacious and comfortable, great if you’re taking kids! I’ll visit again for sure :-)

Room was nice, staff was nice, breakfast was great! Eggs didn't look watery like most hotels. Cinnamon roll was amazing & looked whole made, freshly made to. I didn't get down there til 8:30am. Very clean

This isn't the best holiday inn location I've been to that's for sure. The lady at front desk could of been way more friendly to the guests. I did think the rooms were alright though and fairly clean. Again not the best holiday inn or hotel I have stayed in for that matter. I would recommend going to the hotel down the street if you don't feel like dealing with staff that's less then friendly and not eager to help or please the guests in anyway.

Our rooms were large and very clean. It's only about 6 minutes from Bricktown. Free parking also. Non-smoking rooms. Must smoke outside. We'll visit again if we're in the area. ( πŸ‘)

The staff was great! The room was clean, large, and comfortable. If I had one "suggestion ", it would be to have a printer or printer access in the business center. Most other Holiday Inns have one.

It was great, starting with the staff! Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Terrific shower! Breakfast was good but Chelios Diner nearby had excellent food and staff as well!

Rooms are nice and pretty clean too not a 5 star hotel so i dont expect 5 star quality but definitely better than others i have stayed in. Easy to get to right off the highway only downside to that is its right off the highways so you can still hear cars going by all night long.
