Stayed here for 3 nights. My experience was nothing short of awesome! The people that work here are so nice and informative. The room was clean and fresh. And the room I picked online, was huge! Had windows along one whole side, that opened !! The breakfast was super good. Better than most hotels! The bed was comfy and the room was stocked with extra blanket and towels. And to top it off the cost was very reasonable! In all, I highly recommend this hotel if you getting away for rest and relaxation or whatever the case may be!!!

It is below freezing outside and our room heater is not working. My daughter asked Noah, the front desk clerk, if we could get extra blankets. He rolled his eyes and said, "I guess." She asked if she could get hot water because it was out and he rolled his eyes again and said he probably wouldn't get to it tonight. When I went to the front desk and asked about it, he said he wasn't going to talk to me because I was just being mean. Not a great look on the customer service front. I understand that problems happen, but the lack of effort from the staff in solving them for their customer is unacceptable. I definitely can't recommend the place.

I had a bad experience here. My boyfriend and I stayed for 2 days and there was some things about this IHG location that was very disappointing. First . We never got fresh towels and washcloths. We even put our old towels and washcloths outside the room so housekeeping could see that we needed new ones. And she still did not give us any . I had to go downstairs and get them from front desk Secondly, the guest laundry is a complete joke. First they did not have any quarters for the machines. So I walked to the store for change. Then came back and the dryers do not work. So basically I washed my clothes and had to hang them around the room to dry because the dryers do not work. But the do not have an out of order sign . So I warned 3 other guests that the dryers do not work . Third. Breakfast was ok. But tables in the Breakfast area were dirty. Please leave something we can use to wipe the tables off for high traffic Breakfast tables. We had to sit a dirty sticky table for breakfast Forth., the bathroom area behind the toilet has mold, its black mold. Cover it up or fix it because it looks gross. Fifth . We were on the 2nd floor. And there was so much stomping over our heads. Its was so annoying. Please position couples on a top floor or higher floor and position kids and families on lower floors because all the stomping was so annoying. And I really hope that my clothes dry on these hangers. This experience was horrible. Please update or change the laundry machines. Its a nightmare Bad experience

I'm one of the people who reads reviews before visiting a place, since I'm very strict with cleanliness, food, etc. And I wasn't sure about staying at this hotel. From the reviews I had read. But I made the decision to stay at this hotel and I don't REGRET IT. I had a super nice welcome. The room and the surrounding area of ​​the hotel were very clean. Breakfast was excellent. So sometimes it's not good to get carried away by reviews. It is better to have a personal experience.🌟

Our room was not cleaned well. Our pillows smelled like cigars. There was a used cup in our mini fridge. And no towels or wash clothes in our room. The hallways had dirty carpets. The front desk clerk was very nice and tried his best to over come the issues. The location is easily accessed from I-35N. There are several options for food very near.

I never write hotel reviews because I end being disappointed and so I don’t waste my energy but THIS PLACE IS 5 star. We came here looking for a room for my daughter’s 14th birthday sleepover and we met Megan. She was so sweet and kind and friendly. She had a smile on her face from start to finish and even showed us a room that looked like the one we booked. I have never been treated so kindly. She clearly informed us on what to expect as well as hotel amenities. This place did not disappoint. At check in I met Kelly and she was just as friendly. The hotel is clean and beds are comfortable and breakfast is really good. This place has the best employees I have encountered. We really felt at home and the rooms are surprisingly quiet. Thank you Megan. You really went above and beyond. This is what hospitality should look like especially when the world is full of sad things.

Run down and old. I could hear the person in the next room snoring all night. Breakfast was decent but everything else is below average. I could have stayed in a way nicer place, considering the amount of money I paid. It seems they are cutting expenses in every area. No coffee available after breakfast.

Very nice clean, comfortable hotel. Check-in was friendly and efficient. Breakfast offerings were the usual eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, cereal, coffee, and juices and were done well. The room was comfortable, and the A/C worked well and was quiet.

This was the best hotel ever! The lady at the front desk went far beyond to make sure we were taken care of and she always had a smile on her face like she was really glad to be there. It's close to the frontier city if you are looking for something to do. I would highly recommend this place for stay, I just wish it was a little closer to our Dr's office and hospital we needed to go to.

I've stayed at this location twice now. In September I enjoyed the stay and the staff that I encountered. This time in October the 3-11 worker was not the same as last time. He had no name tag on so I can't name him however, he has zero personality, he didn't smile once at any guests that I saw in my 2 days there & when I called to inquire about bedding for the pull out he acted as if my coming to the desk inconvenienced him to get more linen. None of the housekeepers acknowledged guests in the hallways as is the IHG way. The 7-3 desk agent, Virginia I believe, was friendly and at least smiled when I went to get a laundry bag as those aren't kept in the rooms either. However, the room & hallways were clean. The midshift staff & housekeepers are just severely lacking in people skills.

Not in any particular order 1. No one greeted me as an IHG member or thanked me for my membership. 2. My room smelled like mildew immediately upon entering. 3. The carpet in my room was completely wet. 4. My bathroom was dirty. 5. The elevator was filthy. 6. The pool closed with no explanation offered as to why. Just “the pool is closed.” 7. Parking stinks to high heaven. 8. Breakfast and coffee were pretty bad. 9. This was not worth the 15k per night points I used up. I cannot for one minute understand how this hotel overall has a an excellent rating. Not possible.

The staff at the desk was very friendly and helpful, especiallyTyson who was amazing. The pool was great and the rooms were very clean, thanks Erika! We would definitely stay there again.

Staff was really kind and helpful . The rooms were very comfortable. Mini fridge / microwave in room. Breakfast included. There is a Indian food truck in the parking lot of the shop across from flying j. The grandma there makes bomb food. So good. Get the samosa. the potato bread is a little spicy for those who are sensitive. But so so good !

The public areas of this location looked newly updated. I was impressed when we walked in. Then we got to the room. NOT impressed. I don't want to know what the stain on the couch is. The rest of the room was stark. Seemed clean, but just felt ICKY. My husband booked this hotel on sort notice for our long ride home after vacation. We are IHG members and have stopped at many HI Express locations.. This one us not up to par. Had I read the reviews at all, I would have nixed it.

They have family suites with 3 queen beds!😛 Perfect for our family trip! 2 queen beds in a typical double room setup with an enclosed bedroom housing the 3rd queen bed. The enclosed bedroom has a seperate thermostat and TV. My kids loved that grandma and grandpa werent booked in a separate room, while grandma and grandpa enjoyed privacy when needed. There was the 1 standard bathroom for all of us, but it was very clean. Standard household size shower gel, shampoo/conditioner were included in the shower as well as small Dove bar soap at the sink. Pod style coffee maker, dorm-size fridge, microwave, iron/board, and bistro size dining table (tall table) w/2 barstools in the room. Downstairs breakfast was good with a fresh pancake maker-- no waffle maker. Both day and night staff were friendly and helpful. Sonic, McDonald's, Cracker-Barrel, Luvs gas-station nearby... Starbucks about 6 miles away. Easy freeway access!

We stay at this hotel often as our daughter is in college in Edmond. Always clean. Staff is always friendly. Breakfast is great! It's an odd location, but has been very safe and extremely quiet! Great hotel. Great prices. Will continue to stay here.

This Holiday Inn is my favorite hotel in Edmond. The rooms are always clean, I like the exercise room too. breakfast is hot and fresh! Best of all is the staff! There front desk staff are amazing! The gentleman at night is very friendly and nice and always greets us and then Kelly who works during the day is one of the most professional, kind, courteous and friendly managers I have had the opportunity to meet. She truly enjoys taking care of customers and it shows in her friendly and happy demeanor. She always makes you feel welcomed whether you're checking in or out. Great enthusiasm and her hard work ethic are priceless and I truly appreciate the positive caring and friendly vibe She gives to her staff and customers!
