Immediately upon walking in the hotel there was a dirty smell. We got to our room only to find out there was no elevator so we had to carry all of the luggage up a flight of stairs. The hotel is extremely dated, the carpets had severe staining and did not feel clean. Our blinds did not close and were broken so we had only a sheer curtain all night. The WIFI worked and was the only positive thing about this hotel. The layout was extremely weird with a pool in the middle of the rooms and not all rooms were accessible via elevator. I do not recommend staying here even for 1 night!

Manager told me during check in that the pool was open. But was closed during the whole stay. The pool cleaner told me there was a party the day before. Which to me doesn't negate a reason to lag on pool cleaning. The vending machines and arcade area is not working. The rooms have doors connected to the next room which I don't mind, but when I asked for non smoking, I was placed next to a room where they did smoke and we could smell it through the gap in our door. The website says pet friendly, but during check in you are told no pets. Did mention it to the manager after seeing a dog coming out. Then was told a pet fee would be charged. Obvious. The staff was very friendly. Just not everything you see in photos online.

Not sure hire this place has a 4 star review. Building is aged. And it shows it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent and the person preparing it was friendly. WiFi never worked. Could connect but no internet access. Room smelled like sewer gas. Ac could be adjusted from off to freezing but little control in between those extremes. Good for penguins not for humans. Toilet wasn’t bolted to the floor so it was like an amusement ride each time. Carpets were dirty building shoes it’s age and found what looked like blood on the bed spread. I don’t recommend unless you have no other choice.

When I got up to use the bathroom, I found a roach crawling on the toilet seat and two more running on the floor. We immediately packed up and checked out at 2:00 in the morning. I expect a hotel to be relatively clean and have a comfortable bed and pillows. I couldn't stand the thought of staying any longer knowing there were roaches in the room.

Saw the recent reviews, but figured why not, maybe my experience will be better. It wasn't... Pros: Great location with restaurants in walking distance and one located inside. Bar, pool, arcade stuff. Comfortable bed. Cons: Room had two doors with one to hallway and the other to the center area. Loud loud loud. Room had poor lighting and wasn't cleaned good as I found food crumbs. Shower doesn't drain good. Took a second to figure out adjusting AC. Fridge setting wasn't cold enough for food storage. Never saw convenience area appear stocked.

Check-in was a breeze. Room was big enough for our family. Location good for our needs. I really enjoyed the pool with my son. Very relaxing warm water with light music playing. We were the only ones there lol Very quiet place.

My flight on Frontier airlines from OKC to Denver had been delayed until the following morning. It so happened that the new owner of the hotel, Mike Saifie was on my same flight. He actually offered us stranded travelers a reduced rate to stay at the hotel and opened up the restaurant that's normally closed at the time. This was so helpful. The staff was all so understanding, friendly and helpful. The hotel is older but you can see how they're making improvements and the room was nice and clean. The hotel really came through for us and I'll never forget it. That's Mike in the blue shirt. Thank you!

We were there 2 nights, shower was broken, toilet broke the second day. Ants in room. Mattresses were new and room was clean. AC worked well. I am surprised this hotel is part of a national brand. Front staff and cleaning staff were very nice. I would chose another hotel.

I am pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It’s affordable and seems to have a good quality to it. The room was clean, the lobby and the amenities areas were all clean. It’s definitely a relaxing place. The pool is really nice. They keep it heated. The only downside was some of the alternative entrances card reader didn’t work, but that was just inconvenient, not a dealbreaker. It has been an enjoyable experience.

This is an interesting place. It’s large and laid out like a puzzle. It was clean. The room was clean. The people friendly. I’d say for the price it’s nice. They have a restaurant and a pool. It is well maintained. Better than I expected upon arrival.

Room was clean and nice! However, very shady place. I pull up and it’s dark in the parking lot. There are guys working on their car. Walk in and go to desk, desk attendant is sarcastic and rude. Homeless looking guy walks up and ask for another cup of water. Leave in the morning and wanted to get something from the continental buffet but there’s 2 shady looking women in there grabbing food and putting it back and grabbing something else.

We had one room out of five with bed bugs. They never offered a discount. We cancelled one room and had to share a room with one of my kids. Hotel is dated and can seriously need some updates. The bed bug thing and no discounts were the deal breaker for me. My families were not impressed. I usually place positive reviews for those who follow what I rate.

WOULD NOT STAY HERE!!! From check-in being a long process, with no diligence or concern for any guest to check-out—awful experience. Front desk personnel was on FaceTime and, to not fault of the hotel, the system was down. There was no sense of urgency and no accommodations were made. Upon entering it was easy to notice the dirty room where there were fingernails on the ground from previous occupants and filthy bathrooms. This is a poor representation of Wyndham as it lacks decorum. The account manager refused to provide any assistance/accommodations for any difficulties that were faced. After receiving news that required an emergency trip back home and cutting the stay short, I called the front desk where I was notified that Melissa would be able to assist in refunding the nights that were unoccupied. When calling her the next day, she rudely and unprofessionally told me she would not help simply because I returned to the hotel to leave the keys in the room so she had no “proof” that I checked out. Her story later changed to “I want to help, but I can’t because you booked through Priceline.” After reaching out to Priceline, who then contacted Melissa, got back on the phone with me and notified me that Melissa would not relinquish any funds because I checked-out after 3 PM, and that room could have been sold. I then call the hotel back to speak with Melissa, where she states that “the conversation between [her] and Priceline, are between [her] and Priceline.” She implies that Priceline lied about what she said, but says that because i checked out at 3, the room could have been sold. I thought she didn’t tell Priceline how I checked-out at 3? In case it was not obvious, the hotel was far from full capacity so the idea of selling my room would have been impossible. Keep the tip melissa, your hotel needs it more than I do. I haven not dealt with such an incompetent and inconsiderate group of individuals. Highly recommend finding a different hotel when staying in OKC.

This hotel is very close by the airport in Oklahoma, so if you have a flight you need to catch the next a.m then this is it. The room were very nice And clean. No Leakey faucets, no rocking toilets, the shower is kind of small but it will do what you need. The room itself is very clean and spacious. The room I had gives you two types of view and garden area view and the normal hallway view. The lights in the room were very dim which is how I like it but it was hard to get good pictures in there.

I'm not removing the stars but amending my review. My ac went out at home and reserved a room at Wyndham and stayed no problems. Today when I asked to extend my stay the front desk clerk said they were booked and needed every room. Well I had actually checked availability and knew that to be untrue. I called the corporate number and they put me thru to a supervisor within reservations. He said absolutely he would extend my stay and that the clerk was entirely mistaken. I'm leaving anyway and I'll go somewhere else where I'll tip the staff generously as usual and be a courteous and respectful guest as usual.

Very accommodating!! I needed early check-in and when I called I was told my room was ready and I could come on and check in. Ms. Alexis was so kind and patient and very welcoming. She was equally as pleasant over the phone as she was in person. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Clean rooms and clean grounds. Also the complimentary breakfast was delicious. I will definitely be staying here in my visits to Oklahoma!

Rooms were not cleaned properly, there was a huge blood stain on the mattress, the toilet and shower did not work properly either. When we arrived to the room the soap bars were already opened and looked used. Customer service was good but overall was not very hygienic. Would not stay here again.

Quiet, mostly. Love the layout. The fact that the pool is in the center of the building and there’s trees and plants everywhere is really neat. The breakfast could be better, and there was a mixup where I was charged both on Priceline and at the hotel; but the manager fixed that really quickly. They’re nice people for sure.

I checked in the night of July 25, 2023 (actually early AM on the 26th) due to a redeye flight in to the airport. I was greeted with a friendly smile and check-in was as smooth as could be for a bleary-eyed traveler. The room was clean and nice. In the morning when I checked out, I asked the front desk if they had a shuttle that goes to the rental car place at the airport. I was told they didn't, but then one of the people there, Mike, volunteered to run me there! I was really surprised and happy because the airport ride to the hotel was $25! So thanks, Mike, for the over-the-top service, and thanks to the staff for making my brief stay as smooth as it could have possibly been.

This hotel seems to be 2 hotels in 1. We checked in and the person at the desk gave me directions. Down the hall, turn left, pass through the courtyard, keep going to the elevators. around the the corner, down the hall again. Funny thing was; this hallway used to be the outside entrance to the room!! The courtyard used to be outside as well, they just enclosed everything! The room was fine. Everything was operational, at least everything that was plugged in. The Bluetooth CUBE was unplugged. The light in the corner was unplugged too. There was only 1 coffee for the coffee maker. These are all small things but it just comes down to attention to detail with the housecleaning staff. The chief complaint that I have is that they didn't have transportation to the airport as was stated in their web page. We were told that they were training someone for the evening shift so "they should have transportation when we return from our trip" Sadly this was not the case when we returned. This was the reason why we chose the hotel.

Bit of a mixed bag with this place. The service was good and friendly..but slow. The rooms were very clean, the bed was Very comfortable, but the TV shut off randomly and I had to push the cable in the back of the TV to get it to work again not to mention the cable service was garbage. Also the toilet flushed once a #1 by the way, then backed up and wouldn't flush again. Overall I would totally recommend this place. It's really clean and nice for the money, just a little quirky I suppose.

My husband and I stayed overnight for business. The hotel room was was great! The bed linens were clean , and the appliances in the room were in good working condition. The amenities were functional. The gym was opened ,and equipment worked well. It was very quiet there ,and we didn't have any trouble getting a good night rest. I loved that their check out time is 12 rather than 11. The staff was great! This Wyndham Garden definitely maintained the high expectation!

Rooms were clean. Everything worked. Only issue was we stayed the same day as a convention and were told they would be at the pool from 3-6. No biggie. Apparently, no one could tell time and at 930, they were still being loud and disrespectful. But the hotel is overall pretty good.

Hotel had a smoke smell like someone has smoked in the building. The rooms are not up to pare. The curtains were really dirty the sheets didn’t even smell clean. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that the breakfast wasn’t free which is really ridiculous. The pools 6ft isn’t naked right and I almost lost my life behind it. This building definitely needs to be gutted to the bones and started all over I’d give this hotel no stars if possible the only pleasant thing was the shampoo in the restroom 🥴

Were planning a national conference for our veterans ministry. We got an excellent price arrangement for the event and good deal on rooms for our out of state guests. The staff that we met today were absolutely professional and seemed to understand our needs more than we did ourselves.

The rooms smell musky/stinky. I was moved to another one just to have the same problem. Believe it's the air conditioners and/or water. Staff incredibly friendly and do all they can to accommodate your needs and requests. Breakfast was very good. In room coffee very tasty. On a 1-5 scale u would rate cleanliness a 3.5.

First hotel I’ve ever been denied breakfast because I booked through Travelocity or a third-party. Are you serious $8.99 if I want some powered eggs come on now. So your less of a customer if you book 3rd party that’s the take away here

Someone had an office set up right beside our room and were smoking cigarettes nonstop in there (marked non-smoking). The smoke was seeping into our room. Our daughter with asthma had to go stay in a different family member's room because it was so bad. Staff were told repeatedly but nothing was done. We were only allowed 1 key per room (said there was a shortage🤷‍♀️). Towels were very scarce. There was no bedding for the hide-a-bed. Pool signs said it opens at 9am on Sundays. Kids got up and ready to swim. Front desk (kind, patient girl) said the people that open the pool don't get there until 11am-12 on Sundays. She did end up making some calls and got permission to open it. Rude staff ("Phoenix" and a blonde woman).
