The valet worker on Sunday, June 18, 2023, went above and beyond. He was working by himself and did some quick strategic thinking to get our car to us. The hotel was very nice, with quality pillows and sheets, which, to me, is an indicator they care about quality. Room was a really good price, we stayed in a junior suite and paid less than $200 for everything, including valet. I asked if we could check out 2 hours later than normal. They allowed us to without an additional charge. The pool and gym were clean, the staff was positive, nice, and didn't look like they hated working there. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

From the brief interaction with the staff they were nice. The valets were a awesome. That being said, THERE IS NO PARKING! The valet guys park in the drive way of the hotel and then once that’s full the cars are parked on a city street. So beware of valuables. Next, the beds were comfy but that’s it for the nice stuff. The tub was half full of water after a couple minutes because the opened plug would not drain. Also the toilet would not flush after the first time I used it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. It is a shame for such a big company and for a downtown location.

Great looking on the outside and it slowly peels away on the inside. Was told that there is a heated pool, pool heater is broken and has been for months. Tv in room did not work on first night then was “repaired”. Now up volume will not work up. Was told there was a trouble call on it, was not fixed during the next 7 nights we were there. Bath tub is dented in and does not drain, shower head leaked and sprayed the ceiling that was fixed. Outlet cover missing. As a heads up for anyone that does choose to stay here parking is in a parking garage that charges double on game days or valet. The valets are very nice. Would I stay here again, nope.

Honestly I won't stay again. Regular room was 120 bucks. There was nowhere to park for 5 blocks unless you can afford 30.00 a day for parking. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable. We were charged 57.00 for a vending machine breakfast and the most disgusting eggs I've ever tasted. Shame on you for profiting off something that should come included and needs desperate work. The most inconvenient and uncomfortable hotel I've stayed in. Freezing cold pool that I couldn't even use. 1 out if 5 since I can't give a 0

Location and lobby are great! The room is dated with 70's style carpet which had a huge stain between the bed and television and there was large amounts of dust against the base boards. Outside window is dirty and filmy with cigarette butts laying in the trough outside the window. Advertisement made the bathtub sound like a lovely special item, it was just a typical small shallow tub. Toilet had no lid, just a seat. The a/c was set at 60*f and we slept with only a sheet and sweated. Last but not least, $34 plus tax for valet parking is ridiculous for what you get, although the attendants were very efficient. I rate it just barely a 2 at best. Very disappointed. Just a FYI, I stay at motels about 70-90 days a year. We won't be back. Larry

Pros: beautiful when you walk in. Great location near the garden and other attractions. Great view from our room. Cons: paid for club access but they did not restock the bare club even though they kept saying they would restock it. There was food in-between our sheets so we had to get new linen.. but it should have never happened. There were bugs on the club level.

Service is always good here. My last stay was outstanding. My car was valeted and wouldn't start the next day. After trying to start the valet went and bought a car battery on his own dime and helped to install. He spent a lot of time helping, going above and beyond. He took a bad situation and made it great. Yes, we paid him back but this is the type of service and help you can expect at this hotel. Outstanding.

The toilet did not work, the coffee maker did not work and was missing parts, the plug-in on the lamps did not work, none of the vending machines on any floor worked, and the ice bucket leaked. The only bright spots were the valet, who was absolutely fantastic, and the bed was very comfortable. Not asking for a refund or anything like that, the next morning, we reported all the problems they might want to fix before the next guest arrived. The lady at the front desk we spoke with just stared at us (no apologies or anything) and did not write anything down. She resumed using her cell phone This hotel is beautiful, but obviously poorly managed. We will not be returning.

Great area, nice hotel. Valet was very warm and friendly but the rest of the staff was pretty cold. Room was big and spacious. Couch had weird stains on the cushions. Stains from food or something on the ceiling. They aren’t very detailed cleaners, it could have used a really good cleaning. Bed was insanely uncomfortable with big ruts in the mattress. Most of the outlets didn’t work. Not a horrible experience but I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Absolutely disappointed. $130 for a room with absolutely zero discount on the breakfast which was $71 to feed three ladies 😳😳 even then it was mediocre at best. There was also a lamp in the room that did not work. And the filter had to be changed while we were there and the guy showed me the one he pulled out and it was absolutely hideous and my daughter had been suffering from allergies for 2 days since being there. Lastly I wasn't impressed with the desk staff. None to really witch seem to have a whole lot of customer service concerns but rather their own conversations. I will say kudos to the bartender she was an absolutely lovely lady. No I'm not the one that was drinking and no that's not why she was nice. Oh wait I forgot... The absolute hideous prices in the convenience store. We paid $16 for two bottles of water and two sodas 🤔 we ended up going across the road to Sheridan which had similar room pricing but way less expensive in every aspect. If there's ever another trip for me to bricktown it's definitely Sheridan.

Horrible experience. The first room was filthy and the bed was collapsed on the floor. Asked for a new room with a microwave and fridge as well a not broken bed like we reserved. The attendant was rude but switched rooms. The only difference was the bed wasn't broken. Parking is at the Sheraton and if you need a drink of water after 8 you also have to go to the Sheraton. The only good thing about the stay was Jordan at the Sheraton was so kind and helpful. We'll stay there next time! Rex, please don't give your generic response!

I valeted my car when I checked in at 3:30pm. When I picked it up the following morning it had been ransacked with multiple items stolen. The valet was apologetic and said they would file an insurance claim. Their insurance denied the claim stating the car was received at 7:30pm and “audited” at 9pm and check marked as locked. After hearing that information, where was my car from 3:30pm-7:30pm?! The claims company won’t answer my calls or emails. The hotel said it’s a 3rd party so they don’t care and won’t give me the contact information of the valet manager. So just make sure you’re aware the valet working there are stealing not only your belongings but running off with your whole car for hours and no one at the hotel cares.

Not sure where all the 5 star reviews came from, but this place is not at all worthy of a 5 star rating... For how nice the lobby was, the rooms were not up to the same standard, which is unfortunate because the service was great. My room had a broken thermostat, so I couldn't see what temperature it was being set to, and a broken toilet which I know for a fact I was not the first person to complain about. They had an "engineer" come take a look at it and all he did was flush it a couple times without actually fixing the problem. It would fill after flushing and then drain the main tank, but the float would not fall back down to refill, so every time I needed to use the toilet I had to physically push the float down, wait for it to fill, and then flush. My room had a funky smell to it too, and the bathroom towels and toilet paper were very rough. In my eyes there are really only 3 things that must be quality to make for a quality experience: toilet paper, towels, and the bed. The only 3 things I will certainly use and truly care about. The bed was nice and comfy but that about the only thing this place had going for it. On top of that there was a few pieces of furniture that were clearly out of place. Like take the 5 seconds it took me to put the dressers and TV stands where they belong instead of leaving them pulled away from the walls here and there. The plugs in both of the bedside lamps didn't work either and the TVs were both on their last leg. Those are minor issues but made it very apparent that this place is cutting corners while also nickel and dining it's customers. Overall not terrible, but I would never choose to stay here again.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was okay, but not great. While there were no major issues, there were many minor inconveniences that added up to an overall disappointing experience. Here are some of the issues: - The alarm was set for 5:59am, which seemed odd and inconvenient. I’d think they would want to turn them off between guests. - The ironing board in my room (415) was dirty with some kind of food or debris stuck to it. - The iron provided also didn't work properly and leaked water everywhere. - The floors felt sticky underfoot. - The bathtub was gross and didn't drain properly. Rather than fixing it, the hotel had simply placed a mat over the sediment. - I had requested a crib ahead of time and was told they’d put one in the room, but it wasn't provided. - The check-in time provided by the vendor (Expedia) was inaccurate, with the actual check-in time being an hour later than advertised. This should be corrected to avoid confusion. - Despite my stay being multiple nights, no one came to take out the trash a single time. - We asked for a bell cart when the time to leave came and they said no. The person on the phone claimed he was the only one there. I actually thought it was nice that they were honest this time instead of lying; but then when I got downstairs there were multiple workers standing around. - There were no room cleaners during our entire 3 night stay. - We had to ask for new towels 3 times (across 2 days) each time being told they’d bring them up, but then they never did. The 3rd time I just asked for them to give them to me and I'd take them to the room but they said they can't do that because housekeeping has to take them. There were many more minor inconveniences, this is just some of them. If you're okay with being systematically lied to about services and a kinda gross room then it's not a horrible place to be. If you're seeking a more comfortable and reliable experience, I recommend looking elsewhere.

My stay wasn’t like a lot of the other positive reviews so take my experience as maybe an outlier. The front desk let me arrive early, but I had to make several calls and their employee was pretty indifferent and difficult to speak to. It was clear she didn’t want to be there today. I had to walk around for 25 minutes on the first floor to find an employee before yelling into the back for help to get someone at the front desk to answer my question. I literally had to yell for help. 4 star hotel. They charge a ridiculous amount (even compared to 5 star hotels) for everything such as food, parking ($35 a night? That’s almost double what it cost to Park at Disney)- this would normally be expected, but this shouldn’t be classified as a 4 star hotel when they don’t even provide a fridge in the rooms. TLDR: Overpriced, indifferent customer service, no mini-fridge in rooms. Not worth the price when there are 20 hotels in a two mile radius at the same price with more features, amenities, and better customer service. I won’t stay here again or recommend it to others when they come to town. It’s not horrible, it’s just not worth it. I wish I had booked elsewhere.

Rooms were spacious and clean, if a bit dated. The bed was one of the most comfortable of any hotel I've stayed in, and both my husband and I had a good night's sleep. All the staff were friendly and professional. Check in and check out was a breeze. Valet service was exceptional. The coffee shop was almost empty on Sunday morning, and was very good. My only complaint is the room didn't have a fridge or microwave. All in all, it was a great place and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Pillows and bed were comfortable, but the sheets would not stay on the mattress. It was quiet and comfortable. Valet service was very good. Would’ve liked to have complementary coffee in the morning. Our room had the coffee maker but no cups or any of the other things you need to make it except for the coffee. Front desk people were not customer friendly.

I had really high hopes for this hotel and it really let me down. My mother and I are currently on a cross country road trip and had been driving all day when we finally arrived at the hotel. Only to have no help and no friendly service upon arrival. Our only options to park were $32 valet or try to find parking on the busy street. We are traveling with a dog and any normal hotel would have carts to be able to take your luggage up to your room right? wrong. not only did they not give us a cart they watched us carry all our luggage in multiple trips and struggle to carry a very heavy kennel up to our 8th floor room, not to mention the staff working in the lobby was on her phone on what seemed to be a FaceTime call laughing and ignoring the fact that we were having trouble. The same exact thing happened in the morning as we were leaving too. The hotel room itself was okay but felt dirty and the trash didn’t even have a bag in it. Literally the only good thing I have to say about this hotel was the service from the valet staff this morning, the men working helped us with the kennel and our luggage getting it into our car which was nice. However, upon checking out the woman who checked us out said nothing to us and displayed very poor signs of being trained in customer service. I’m really disappointed, please train your employees to actually help your guests.

The lobby was very cool, but the room its self was way over priced for the quality, comfort, and cleanliness. I wasn't impressed with the service of the restaurant or bar. We sat down at the bar and no one helped us while a girl just kept walking past helping no body just had her head phones in. We got up and went to a actual restaurant. We got back hoping we could get some drinks but they decided to close way early when we were told they serve drinks until 10. The gift shop wasn't much of a gift shop the coffee was over priced for the little amount you get. The bed was absloutly horrible! I didn't sleep at all and since they allow pets witch is fine unless you have some lady's tiny dog barking none stop!! I don't recommend at all it made my first time experience of Oklahoma suck. Not worth the money for thos hotel at all.

Terrible experience. The hotel is old and is a bit dingy, but what kills it is the shockingly poor way they run the hotel. I booked a one bedroom suite on a third party site. It was clearly differentiated vs the smaller suite. We checked in and they gave us the lesser suite. Upon trying to correct the situation, we were told that they don't care what the 3rd party site booked, and to take up our issues with them. We were offered no accommodation for them inconvenience nor accountability for the problem. They clearly overbooked and didn't take any responsibility for the issue. Valet was very good though!

I booked my stay with the app, before seeing all the negative reviews on google. I was worried…. But honestly my experience wasn’t that bad. First, great location if you want to be in downtown, and of course the parking is limited. I’ve stayed in several inter city high end hotels, free or on site parking is rare, so this hotel not having that isn’t an issue to me…. Always call the property ahead if you need parking. The suite was nice, but honestly nothing over the top. The chair in my room has seen better days, should be replaced. Room was clean and quite. All the staff I interacted with was great, truly a pleasure. The lobby is nice, and a good area to sit and enjoy some coffee. I was disappointed that they still charge extra for club level room with lounge access, even though the lounge is closed. They need to update the website and price for this…. But, bottom line, for the price, this was an excellent in city hotel, great people to deal with also. I would definitely stay here again, the issues I had were very minor.

Well first time here. My wife and toddler always have always stayed in a 4 star and five star hotels. Arrive December 31, 2021 1 hour before new year. Arrive at the desk got my room keys ask about parking no parking only options are $32 a night valley parking or find a near by parking. Got to my room it was fifty. Trash and bed not even made. Towels were dirty I am assuming never was cleaned but mark on the front desk clean. Go to front desk gave me a another room. No refrigerator, no microwave and I am supposed to stay here 5 days. So not going to stay. Going to another hotel that have more room amenities and clean. Not a good experience. This hotel is rated 4 star????

Before you finalize any booking, take a moment to visit ʜᴏᴛᴇʟᴅᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ It turned my almost-expensive trip into a budget-friendly escape. In our over all stay, it's awesome! It's quiet and we rested very well. The Valet man- Aaron, he is reliable! He is very honest and wonderful. He's one of the best asset in this place. If you're gonna ask him about the place, he will definitely give you a specific answer. Don't hesitate to think about it, what he can tell you are just about the fact information and his reliable self. I recommend this place and it's in the center of the OK, City. Very near to other places that you can walk in the streets.

Received an upgrade to a suite. Very roomy, small balcony is a plus. It is hot when you get in and hopefully it will cool off. Did find dirty diaper missed laying behind the curtains.

Front desk was nice, didn't have to interact with them too much. I am mad I used my points to stay here though. We upgraded to a suite and it was really outdated. They need to do some major upgrading and remodels in this place. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean so that was a good thing but everything else was disappointing. The wallpaper was peeling, the windows needed to be cleaned, just not my cup of tea.

Love everything about staying here!!! Came here with my 7 year old for a weekend and we are having a blast…. Don’t forget to get the valet parking it is the easiest way to go !!! Clean rooms, great rooms….. and we got to get updated to the 15th floor because my son wanted a great view last min. You will regret not staying here. They have an inside pool and jacuzzi that opens at 6 AM to 11 PM and it has lights in the pool. We will be coming back again!!!!

Great hotel. Perfect location, wonderful staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a bar, gym, pool. Breakfast is restaurant style and not continental. They also have a breakfast shop located inside separate from the hotel service. We enjoyed our stay here.

Room was clean, service was great and message you after you arrive to make sure you are settled in and have everythingyou need. 4 stars because there is no on-site parking. Valet is $32 so we parked in a parking garage a block away and walked. The pool was hard to enjoy with the overwhelming smell of chlorine so we didn't stay long. The bar was also great. Our bar tenders were very friendly and made great drinks I just wish it was open past 11pm. If we come to downtown OKC again we would come back for our stay.

From our arrival we were thrilled. Checking in was a breeze and the young lady was so helpful and welcoming. Israel was our valet and he he helped us figure out how to get to our destination. Yes Google is helpful, but when you are new to an area it is great to have a local give you landmarks and such. He was very professional and welcoming as well. The rooms are very comfortable and the views were amazing! The shower was great and the bathroom was spotless!

location is difficult just because it's downtown and they don't have parking. they do offer valet services though, and luckily enough a couple of the guys knew how to drive a manual. front desk staff was lovely, the Wyoming girl who served me at the bar was friendly, and the server for breakfast was so nice and didn't make you wait despite him being the only one in the dining room. rooms weren't anything special, i did get upgraded to club free of charge so no complaints there.

Kenya was amazing!! She was so friendly and helpful. The front desk staff at check in 9/15/23 3pm was not friendly nor helpful. This was my first time staying at hotel and no directions for using elevators was given. There was not a line for service but they couldn't be bothered. I asked about the restaurants and she said the hours are posted. I recommend retraining or having her work in another department. She did not smile and make we feel welcome. Isaac was also very friendly and helpful. Miriam was awesome and friendly.

The price for the suite was more than reasonable, with its spaciousness and 2 bathrooms to accommodate 5 teenage girls, who could complain. However, the carpet needs a good cleaning and the room needs some maintenance TLC for sure but beds were very comfortable and the view was great. I do wish that the hotel had complimentary breakfast instead of $10-$20 a person. There were 8 of us. We spent $40 for all of us at McDonald’s for breakfast instead. We also had an issue with the neighbors in the room next door where the manager was supposed to come see us and that didn’t happen. Cops got called instead. Nice pool and hot tub as well. Hope this review is helpful.

Great stay. Room was nice and location in a good spot. Someone decided to smoke in the hotel and had the fire alarms going off at 1230am. Kenya was the only one working the front desk and handled getting the issue fixed and identified with the fire dept for hundreds of people staying the night. And she did it AMAZINGLY.

The location makes it really close to Bricktown. The rooms were so outdated and the carpet and furniture were so worn and old it was uncomfortable. The first night I realized that the hairdryer was broken and let the AI assistant know that I needed a new one and none arrived despite its promise that one would be up shortly. Later that day a staff member reached out to ask about my stay and when I complained about the hairdryer, she said she would inform housekeeping and yet none arrived. I was so thankful I only had to stay here two nights. I would never stay here again. With so many other choices at better prices points go with a newer build at less cost for a better experience.

Just like the Omni there's not very much to eat at this hotel, especially at check in time. The restaurant is permanently closed apparently in the evening, you have to get a sandwich at the bar. Fancy foo foo sandwiches with all kinds of disgusting sounding bits on it. Looking around at workers workstations they have old soda cans laying around, trash, and cardboard boxes all out where the customers can see them this place is a pig sty. I would say the manager is doing a piss poor job. Room is a bit on the small side and dated. Best thing I can say about the room is it was clean. Do yourself a favor if you're looking for a vacation do not stay at these hotels in Oklahoma, they do not understand what luxury is. Go to Dallas.

Stayed here for one night with a family. Location and interior were satisfactory. However, encountered multiple issues. Shower was clogged, rendering it unusable. Front desk was unhelpful and unresponsive. The second time I called them they hung up on me for no reason. Printer on first floor was broken, wasting 40 minutes of my time. Overall, disappointing experience. Update: the manager reached out to me quite quickly and helped resolve the problem

If you’re looking for a place to sleep and you don’t have any food or drinks that need refrigeration, I’d say go here. Otherwise, don’t waste your time. The rooms were hot, there was no fridge OR microwave, the vending machines were either busted or sold out, and breakfast was not continental. This wouldn’t be an issue if it wasn’t $24 a person for the most basic and bare minimum food!! The beds also stunk, and valet was $32 a car. If you left, you’d have to pay to park again. To top it off, the biggest issue was my brother forgot the room number and tried a room he thought was ours. Since his key card didn’t work he asked the staff for a keycard to that room thinking it was ours and card just didn’t work. The staff asked no security questions whatsoever and handed him a card for that room. When he entered he realized this room was already occupied, and not ours! He quickly returned the key and called to find the proper room under our name. Had this been someone with bad intentions, someone could’ve have a lot stolen from them. Would not recommend this place at all. For $200 I expected so much more, at least in security!! Let alone amenities!! The only nice thing was it was close to the hospital where our uncle had surgery.

Staff was friendly and efficient, for the most part. In room coffee maker was broken and after 2 days they never replaced it or even acknowledged my complaint. Room was hot and stuffy. Sofa was so uncomfortable we had to watch TV from the bed and really couldn't see it very well anyway because it was anchored to the stand which was anchored to the floor and the TV would only swivel about 45 degrees. Only one of the electrical outlets worked to charge phones, etc. And all of this was in an upgraded mini suit - definitely not worth the upgraded price, let alone a standard room price. Valet service was pretty good, but rather expensive, especially with all the tips. However, it was really the only option for us as my wife is particularly disabled and the nearest free parking was over a quarter mile away

We only stayed for a quick turnout trip (one night) at the Wyndham Grand in Oklahoma City, but everything went smooth. The front desk quickly and accurately answered what few questions we had, the room (1105) was spotless with a fantastic view, bed was one of the best I've ever slept in, and the valet staff was the shining star above it all. Every single valet almost literally sprung into action as soon as they saw us in their peripheral and talked to us with the utmost respect, like we were celebrities (maybe someday yet I will be)... among them, Aaron B and Dylan stood out as exceptionally courteous: holding doors for us and smiling from ear to ear the whole time. Would definitely come back to this location.

Looks nice superficially. Went to room after check in, was trashed and had not been cleaned. Went to get another room. The people behind us had same issue. Must be issues with cleaning staff not doing their jobs. People in room next to us screaming all night. Security eventually went and knocked on thier door many times. They did not answer and pretended to be quiet. Don't plan on getting much sleep here.

My boyfriend booked this hotel and I really wish I had read the reviews first before I let him book it. The website and outside of the hotel are very nice, however our room was filthy! Staying on the furniture and carpet, bed skirt was visibly just dirty, and there was trash literal trash under the bed!! And someone had been smoking in the room even though it's a no smoking hotel because there was ash along with the trash under the bed. Apparently they used pop cans as ash trays and stuck them under the mattress. When I told the front desk about it all they did was send housekeeping up to give me a trash bag to clean it up myself! Will never EVER stay here again. I was uncomfortable sleeping because I felt like everything was dirty. Will be taking a shower the minute I get home

The hotel is clean and from my experience the staff was great. We had issues with toilets that didn't flush and our TV screen kept messing up. It was super frustrating but the manager Dillon and the sweet lady working with him lastnight did everything in their power to make it right. I think the hotel definitely needs some updates to fix those issues but overall, it was clean, quiet, great staff and the pool and hot tub were nice!

We went to Oklahoma City for business. We had three rooms and five women. I had a suite and it was absolutely lovely! We had a full bathroom, half bath, beautiful view of the city, a small little balcony a living room and a huge bedroom. One of the things that I liked the most was the bed. I'm really picky with sleeping conditions and it was absolutely perfect!! The bar downstairs had really great burgers but not much else on the menu. The bartender who also served as the waiter tried his very best but he had a lot of work to do for one person. I definitely recommend their burgers in that bar! The only thing that I would fix is the club level lounge. After walking outside, we wanted hot chocolate but the machine was out both days. Even after we requested it be filled back up, it remained not fixed. They didn't seem to refill The items at all. I do recommend this hotel especially because of the location, their bedding, The front desk staff was extremely nice and it was a beautiful hotel.

We had a fantastic 7-day stay. The room was very spacious and very comfortable. The hotel itself is located in a great area to walk to restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel was very good as well. We valet parked, and it was the best situation for us. We texted about 20 minutes before we’d need the car, and it’d be there waiting when we got down to the street. Mitchell Morris was one of the valets. This young man was extremely polite and attentive to every guest, and we watched him run every time someone called for their car. He made an incredibly favorable impression on behalf of the hotel.

We were greeted right as we drove up by some very friendly valet staff. Next we were welcomed by a really fun front desk team. Within minutes of entering our room I was contacted to see if I needed anything and I did. A small request was handled within another few minutes. Our room, a small suite, is perfectly appointed and features that rare 2nd bathroom. Last night we managed to walk to nearby eateries and find quite a few local amenities, making this location very convenient. We will definitely look to stay here on our next visit.

This hotel was very comfortable.. nice area. Perfect for families but we went for work meetings. Lots of things to do in walking distance. You can walk to the Paycom center, Oklahoma city bombing memorial, myriad gardens and other neat historic places. The room was large but definitely needs some updating. We had to move rooms at 11:30pm our first night. But they were wonderful and helping us quickly get things taken care of.

Hotel was fine. The valet guys were beyond amazing and I really loved how nice they were. The front desk employees seemed a little confused by any out of the norm request. there is a bar, and a breakfast place inside that was great. Location is great, and you can talk to anything around. The rooms were nice. Security was always on the look for randoms that didnt stay in the hotel, and would ask " do you have a room here", in an effort to rid the hotel of random people who are just wondering in. .

Stayed here for 4 days, checking out on Saturday. Good location for events at the convention center. Bell hops were very helpful. Some outlets in the room didn't work. Didn't have refrigerator in our room. Breakfast was good until the weekend crew came on. Weekend waiter was rude, said his boss, the chef, told him I couldn't order the same breakfast I had been ordering all week. I didn't think it was an issue since I'm paying for it! Anyway, Thanks to the rest of the staff. Probably won't be back.

Beautiful hotel!! Danny the valet was awesome! He was so helpful to me & my disabled mother. The rooms are nice but for the price it should have a microwave & refrigerator and the breakfast should be included. You have to pay extra for the buffet breakfast, but it's so good! The best breakfast I've had at a hotel by far. Great location,it's around alot of stores in downtown Oklahoma city.
