hallways
and
stairwell
smell
unbearable.
We
arrived
late
at
night
and
was
assured
by
front
desk
that
a
late
checkout
would
not
be
an
issue.
Hotel
charges
a
250
deposit
and
takes
several
days
to
be
refunded
to
card
according
to
staff
member
who
checked
us
in.
She
suggested
a
cash
deposit
so
we
could
get
it
back
as
soon
as
we
checked
out,
except
we
did
not
get
it
back
so
dont
fall
for
that.
Called
to
front
desk
about
30
minutes
before
checkout
and
were
informed
that
they
charge
for
late
checkout.
We
were
still
in
bed
expecting
to
be
granted
late
checkout
as
we
were
told.
Expressed
my
frustration
however
we
got
up
and
were
rushing
to
get
ready
out
before
checkout
time.
At
about
11:50
there
was
a
knock
at
the
door.
I
opened
it
and
hotel
staff
barged
into
my
room
and
refused
to
shut
the
door
until
we
left
the
room.
Checkout
was
at
12:00.
We
recorded
the
lady
standing
in
our
room
prior
to
checkout
and
stating
we
were
not
getting
our
deposit
back
but
we
could
request
it
from
general
manager.
After
arguing
with
her
for
several
minutes
another
staff
member
came
and
assured
us
that
we
would
get
our
deposit
if
we
vacated
room
and
let
housekeeper
inspect
for
damages.
Of
course
there
was
no
damage.
Went
to
front
desk
to
retrieve
deposit
and
guess
what,
yep
you
guessed
it,
that
was
also
a
lie.
I've
never
had
a
worse
experience
from
the
smell
to
the
staff.
I
plan
on
exhausting
every
possible
option
to
get
my
deposit
back
even
if
it
requires
a
lawyer.
Don't
ruin
your
trip
by
staying
with
these
scam
artists.
