It was a very easy transaction to book. And very easy to find in a great location right off the highway near several food places. The staff was very friendly and the lobby was clean. There was one issue, the room I chose and thought I would get wasn't available. They booked me in the next room down and didn't refund any money. There was 1 pair of underwear left in the closet that I asked them to get. Nobody ever came. But the stay was pleasant overall.

Could not sleep due to road noise from outside. Room air condition did not cool the room. Thermostat states 70 , but not cool. Bathroom vanity light didn’t work and door handle lock didn’t work. Mentioned this at 5:04am with the front desk and was advised that maintenance would look into it that day. Left the hotel for the day to return to no action taken along with the room was never cleaned. I spoke with the front desk that afternoon at 6:57pm that nothing was fixed they stated that they will inform the manager. Fifteen minutes past the manager arrived at our room to see that the air conditioner was not cooling the room and advised that it would take time and to only change the thermostat in small increments. She also found the door handle and lock not to be working and she would see about getting someone to look at it. She also claimed that she would return in thirty minutes to check the air conditioning to see if it was cooling down. We left to have dinner to to return again with no action taken nor any message that things are being taken care of. I voiced my concerns with the three front desk employees and was assured that someone will take care of thing first nothing in the morning. I guess I will wait to see if this is true. Lastly, if call the customer relations number they state to hang up and address the issue with the front desk or if you have checked out then they can help. NO ACTION or CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Beware of this hotel they will steal money from you right in your face. There is only one person at this property that can cancel the reservation supposedly. Apparently this one person has been out of the country for over two weeks. All the other managers and employees can’t do anything or refused to. All phone calls voicemails emails have gone unanswered. My company has Stayed at this property many many times since it has opened it has gone downhill dramatically and quickly. The level of service is a joke. I would avoid staying at this property they will charge your card twice and a week later one of the charges will fall off. It’s just not worth the hassle of dealing with thieves that refuse to refund money that is owed to the customer. The general manager should be ashamed of the lack of service is staff is able to render. If in fact the excuses given are even true. Which are very hard to believe that there is nobody on the staff that is able to cancel a reservation except for one person especially with that one person is unresponsive and supposedly out of the country.

While my dad was in the hospital I was staying at this hotel. My room was good and the breakfast was not bad. I had to extend my stay so I asked the front desk agent to reserve my spot for the next night. She said that she would but at the moment her computer was being dumb so she told me to come back down later. Once I was in my room I got a call from the front desk and it was that agent. She told me they were out of king beds so she would upgrade me to a king suite. She told me to stop by the front desk and check out of that room the next morning. When I went do to recheck in the other agent said that I didn’t have a reservation and they were sold out. There was no manager on duty. The agent then told me that she wouldn’t call the manager because she was sleeping in. They finally ended up trying to get me to by a room for almost 300 dollars at a different location. I do not recommend this place.

Stopped in on our way from Kansas city to San Antonio. Great because ot was right off the highway. They didn't have 2 double beds but a king with a pull out sofa worked well. The fan in the bathroom didn't work and the air was off when we came in and it took a little while to cool down. The breakfast was nice and the price was $150 for the night.

No carpet in hallways and stairwell smell unbearable. We arrived late at night and was assured by front desk that a late checkout would not be an issue. Hotel charges a 250 deposit and takes several days to be refunded to card according to staff member who checked us in. She suggested a cash deposit so we could get it back as soon as we checked out, except we did not get it back so dont fall for that. Called to front desk about 30 minutes before checkout and were informed that they charge for late checkout. We were still in bed expecting to be granted late checkout as we were told. Expressed my frustration however we got up and were rushing to get ready out before checkout time. At about 11:50 there was a knock at the door. I opened it and hotel staff barged into my room and refused to shut the door until we left the room. Checkout was at 12:00. We recorded the lady standing in our room prior to checkout and stating we were not getting our deposit back but we could request it from general manager. After arguing with her for several minutes another staff member came and assured us that we would get our deposit if we vacated room and let housekeeper inspect for damages. Of course there was no damage. Went to front desk to retrieve deposit and guess what, yep you guessed it, that was also a lie. I've never had a worse experience from the smell to the staff. I plan on exhausting every possible option to get my deposit back even if it requires a lawyer. Don't ruin your trip by staying with these scam artists.

Hotel and amenities were fine - nothing special but clean and maintained. The customer service was very rude, and by far the worst I've ever experienced. The front desk clerk called back to back to back more than an hour before check out, while I was in Zoom work meeting. She then came to the room banging on the door. (to confirm I was leaving as the cleaning staff was short and they wanted to start cleaning) I complained to the front desk person and she was even more rude and told me to go ahead and leave a bad review that it wouldn't matter as they have lots of good reviews. I think she is one of the owners. I have never been spoken to so loud and rudely in a place of business.

I want to be careful in giving an honest review and differentiate between the hotel and it's guests....the room itself was clean and spacious but smelled horrible like body odor.... The front desk person was super nice but couldn't keep up on a full hotel. People left the pool area trashed. Instead of asking them to leave, she complained to the lady coming to replace her....in our room at 10:30, two ladies yelling and using extreme profanity. Called front desk and she said she would come up...never did . Food this morning was cold, and the lady had a hard time keeping food out. Coffee was great. Again, some of this was hotel, some of it other guests. For $180, was not worth the experience.

Ladies at the night shift were great. Got me checked in quickly. Hotel was clean. Bed was comfy. Pillows were small. The walls are SO thin. Kept waking up because people were so loud. We booked this hotel at $124 a night specifically for the hot tub and the hot tub was broken. So that was a bummer. A bit over priced for the lack of amenities. Probably could’ve gotten this room $50 cheaper at any other hotel.

The entryway is really pretty with the colorful water bubbles. This place is very modern. The bed was soft. The breakfast is okay. I feel like they could benefit from having a second elevator. Maybe I expect too much for a room that's $150 a night but it was just okay here nothing exceptional. I made a lot of trips in and out the building. I stayed two nights and by the time I was all night too I was ready to go from the people people staring as you walk through the lobby to go to and from your room.

Stayed one night on a Saturday. Very well kept and updated hotel. The staff were pleasant. The room was clean and well equipped. The breakfast was top notch for a continental breakfast. Served more protein options than most hotels do which was very much appreciated.

Booked a suite 2 months in advance through choice hotels. The day of check-in they charged me a days rate, no biggie. Check in and have to pay for the stay with the day already charged, then they told me an additional $250 deposit because it's a suite. So grand total was over 1k for 2 nite stay but you get your deposit back at the mercy of whenever you're bank decides to process the refund.

I do a ton of reviews trying to help people decide whether it would be something they would enjoy. We traveled from KC all the way to Port Aransas Texas. I decided ahead of time heading back home something right off I35 in OKC would be a good stopping point. I'm a Gold Member with choice and it like to support them often do I chose the Comfort Suites. First off this is a beautiful hotel. Unfortunately customer service and Hospitality is not one of their strong points. They called me in Port Aransas and charged my room. Again when we got to OKC they charged me again. Also another $50 fee on top of that. That's insane to me. I asked where the Gold members special parking spot was. They said we're independently owned and we make our own rules here. I've disputed the charges with my bank and it will with Choice as well. The pull out had potato chips all over the mattress. I brushed them off and put on a sheet. I was surprised they hotel appears clean. My wife and daughter always play cards everywhere we stay after showers. It helps them unwind. They kicked them out of them lobby and said at11 everyone has to be in their rooms. They closed the pool a little early as well. This hotel was so unwelcoming to use. It felt like we were in a correctional facility. The breakfast was pretty good bacon an egg patty and the potatoes were delicious. They also had waffles and cereal. On the journey we stayed in 6 different hotels in 8 nights. If you want to be over charged with an attitude and feel like your in a detention center this hotel is for you. It is a beautiful detention center at that. Lucky for us customer service and friendliness mattered at all the other hotels. We had an awesome vacation. Just can't recommend comfort suites off i35 in OKC. Hope this helps you. Reviews matter.

2nd time at this location, I actually like it ,hallway, elevator and room was clean my does white gloves test ,linen, and bathroom. You've passed test twice, she's tough, front door and lobby was well presentable, even lawn is mowed nicely. Staff was polite provided much knowledge about the area

I booked 2 rooms for my employees. When they showed up the hotel refused to honor the booking and sent them away. I had to pay for another hotel for them instead. The next day I noticed that I got charged for the rooms anyway. They said it was a no-show charge even though my team showed up. They said it was because their policy required a credit card authorization form to be filled out. I was never contacted about this requirement nor was I contacted the day they tried to check in. They also admitted over the phone that there is no way I could have known their policy because I couldn't have seen it on their website when I booked. They refused to refund the nights and got into a yelling match with me over it. I contacted the manager and the manager wouldn't even get back with me to discuss it. Super unprofessional and dishonest. Where I come from you can't just refuse service and then take someone's money. Congratulations on your $248. You've lost a customer for life. I have already blocked Choice Hotels from my companies credit card program.

Sandra was outstanding and made me feel at peace. We had been to another hotel and got treated very unprofessionally and they didn’t want to work with two preachers who had been in meetings all day and hot as Oklahoma Summer days. Sandra made us feel welcome, and should be recognized for her untouchable professionalism.

I went on choice to book a jacuzzi suite for my anniversary on the 28th for the 29th to the 30th. I called 10 minutes later to confirm my reservation through Comfort Inn and was told I did not have a jacuzzi suite. I then told them that is not what was advertised on choice and I want to cancel. After being transferred multiple times within a Two hour period, I was told by the front desk that my reservation was canceled. I woke up the next morning and looked at my account, and 183 dollars had been taken out of my account. I called comfort inn and asked why money had been taken out of my account as I was told it was canceled. She told me she was not sure and that there was nothing she could do and gave me the owner Kaleb's email. I emailed him immediately and informed him of the falsely advertised room on the choice site and asked for a refund. No response whatsoever! I then followed up and gave him my number to call in regards to this matter. No response again. Every time I call and ask to speak to a supervisor, she is in a meeting, and the owner is out of the country. I have given my number and nothing! This place is horrible and their scam artist. I disputed the charge had to change my card and everything and was just told the dispute was reversed because I booked my room at 8 am and because check in was at 3 that is less than 24 hours the credit put in my account at the time of the dispute was taken again today and after paying all my bills I couldn't afford that and now I am completely broke until my next pay day. I will never use choice or this comfort inn ever again.

The management and staff at this hotel have been fantastic. I had to come into town because my father fell ill. What was expected to be a stay of a few days has so far turned into a couple of weeks. During our stay the management and staff have been very accommodating with my chaotic needs as I have had to extend my stay several times. The rooms are very nice for the price, especially considering the amenities for the rooms and property. My room had a fridge an a microwave which became a necessity as the length of my stay increased. The laundry room was also very convenient considering I hadn't brought enough clothes for my lengthened trip. The maintenance staff checked in regularly and gave me space when needing to focus on work form my room. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel for any purpose because although my stay was primarily for person/family, I had no issues being able to work from my room as needed.

Great place. Rooms were clean. A lot of supporting staffs work here. Normally can’t see these many employees in another hotels. Breakfast was good. Enough parking. Lot of people travelling stay here it seems. Dennys is nearby and some other local restaurants as well. Carpets were clean. One negative thing is bed pillows are size of a cushion and thickness of two Normal pillows. They have a bunch of them. Toddlers and short people would find it difficult to sleep on those pillows.

I booked thru travelocity and expected to pay at the property as I've done many times and the day I was to arrive they automatically took half of the fees of the room from me, and then after I got their they charged me for 2 nights on top of one night so a total of 3 when I was only staying 2, and a security deposit so it really sent my card over board (hoping I get it all back besides the two nights), and the next day when they came in to clean room they took all the dirty towels and left is with none so had to go and ask for them. Then the day we were to leave the housekeeper just walked into our room unannounced, I was definitely not ok with the stay. We used it cause it was convenient to Children's Hospital as my daughter had surgery but we had so much more stress added with this hotel stay that should have never happened.

Rooms were very/overly fragrant. I had to have the window open for quite a while to air it out. But, let me say, the front desk manager Kori Gouldsby went above and beyond to check on a room for me. Very impressed! and the front desk agent Bianca Salinas also went to great lengths to get me into my room a little early. These two ladies are amazing! Never have gotten that go to service it any hotel in the past! I will return because of them!

We came from California to a military ceremony. Staff was nice, courteous, and friendly. Rooms, bathrooms, and location was clean. Breakfast was all fully serviced. Fruit was even fresh. Totally recommend this location for any military stay.

Very pleased with our stay. This hotel looks to be brand new. The staff was very nice. Everything was nice and clean. Impressive hot breakfast bar. We plan to stay here again in the future.

We had an excellent experience here during our 4-night stay. Room was comfy, quiet, able to be completely darkened at night. Beds and pillows are not the best but fine. Room is cleaned daily and very well. Breakfast is good and is very well attended to and restocked as needed no matter the time. Again, everything very clean. Staff is accommodating and friendly. Pool is very chilly, but the kids adjusted fine. Adjacent hot tub is very toasty and inviting. Overall, no complaints. We would definitely mark it as a rebook if we ever come this way again.

When we arrived no one was at the front desk, the she came out and said their computers were down and took a while to manually just give us our room keys that were already ready. Rooms were excellent and clean, parking lot was well lit, morning breakfast was hot and fresh (biscuits with egg cheese and meat on them, other good items). We stayed one night. There was a $50 incidental fee which will be refunded. Not sure what the deal was if it was actual customers or not but there was some sketchy people hanging around the front of both of these hotels, not great

The staff was on point. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast selections were plentiful, and most importantly, it was quiet at bedtime. The only slight problem was having to get my key reprogrammed, which wasn't really a big deal. The person working the front counter helped without complaint. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

I honestly cannot even begin to describe my experience. I stayed there this past weekend with with my whole family. Usually when we stay somewhere the check in process is just so repetitive, but the woman that checked us in actually made us feel like we were wanted. Im pretty sure her name is Sabrina. We showed up early our rooms werent ready yet but within an hour she contacted us letting us know it was ok to check in. Not only did we get everything we asked for, but 15 minutes after checking in she called to make sure we were settled in and comfortable. If her managers happen to see this, you need to give her a raise!!!

Don't book on choice hotels app because if there is a problem they can't fix it. Nobody at the counter can do anything to help if there's a problem on the app. There is a so called general manager that can't be contacted via email or phone. But then that person is the only one that can do anything.

This was nice. The bed slept so good. It smelled really clean and the linens were crisp. It was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was sooo good. There were so many different options and it was open for 3 hours. Plenty of time to get woke and ready. Great service and friendly front desk staff :)
