This place needs a lot of work and money. I hope the new owners are up to it. There were no blankets on the bed and none available. The curtains wouldn't completely cover the window because they were improperly hung. The heater didn't work well. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain. There was evidence of dry rot and the room smelled of mildew and stale cigarettes. The good features were that the sheets and towels and bathroom were clean. I feel bad about posting such a horrible review, but it was one of the worst rooms I have stayed in.

Worst hotel there is in okc. Go to the crack head hotels on meridian before you come to this one. There is no breakfast. There are no microwaves or fridges in the rooms. There are burn holes in the blankets. The heat and air is broke. Carpets are torn.

This was the nastiest room I've ever reserved.. smelled bad walking in, bathroom light flickered like a horror movie.. the bed was broke.. door barley shut.. 2 of the weakest pillows I've ever seen and mattresses that felt and looked like labor mats from the 70's.. totally gross!! We reserved for 3 nights .. they refunded only 2 and up charged me from $80 too $112 because I was mad 😠 .. of coarse I was mad!! Lady was rude and wouldn't work with me .. and they were hosting a cool event that we now won't be attending either.. Sounds like Holiday Inn and the strip club instead.. Lame, lame, gross! Do not recommend!

Lobby was locked to the public. Check in was via a window hole in the wall standing outside at the motel next door. I was freezing as I waited to check in. Booking clearly indicated that breakfast was included but it was not. The room was gross with water damage, broken plugs, and mouse droppings in the drawers. Avoid!

There were roaches everywhere and with no refund we lost the price for 2 rooms after having a roach crawl on myself and my mother in law. It was horrible, my room wasn't even clean, the maid did come by without a cart just a bucket, spray bottles, and a vacuum cleaner. The bed had been slept in and they didn't even change the bedding just made the bed up and nope we left and got a room at a better place we just couldn't stay in such a place.

Worst place ever. Take hundreds of dollars on 800 give confirmation only to be kicked out. They don't accept their corporate office to pay them I guess. No room service for linens, beg for towels the size of hair towel. No vacuum of floor, we there six days. Had to take our trash out. Rude mgmt

Please don't ever stay at this hotel unless you are extremely desperate. There is no fridge , no microwave, rooms are very old. And please be careful walking up the steps they have been welded over so many times I was scared I would fall through. There is no breakfast,no vending machines, no swimming pool. Don't be fooled by there profile pictures. Deposits are high and there is nothing worth it in the room.

I booked a room there awhile back through Priceline . I was quoted a price , And when I arrived I informed the service window clerk of my reservation thru Priceline and gave him my trip or reservation number . I was charged almost $20 more than what I was quoted , they were very rude , the room skunk , the bed was broken , old comforters from the 60's , stains on the carpet , walls , sink and tub and the television was old and out dated. There was also no refrigerator or microwave. . I wouldn't recommend this Super 8 location to my worst enemy!!..

Looking for a roach motel? Then this is your place. They are so bad they are crawling around when the lights are on. Didn't stay long enough to test out any other facilities because I was disgusted.

Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Bugs all on the walls!!! No light bulbs in any of the lamps! The only lights that worked were by the sink and in the bathroom! Burn holes in the blankets! I would have left but it was late and last minute! Highly regret staying there! Lesson learned to READ THE REVIEWS on a motel before getting a room!!!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars . The room was disgusting and infested with roaches. I was charged $100 online for this place and when I complained to corporate headquarters they did nothing . Honestly this place should be bulldozed to the ground . Absolutely disgusting. There should be penalties and fines for the owners who run these roach infested motels who rob people of their hard earned money to stay in such filth. It ought to be a crime !!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! SLEEP IN YOUR VEHICLE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE $100 .

Crack head alley. Looks nothing like the images when booking. Felt very unsafe. Rooms had roaches and stink. I left all my bags in the car . I didn't even get in the nasty tub. Put my own blankets over the bed to sleep on then trashed them. A lot of foot traffic all throughout the night. Checked out of this dump first thing in the am.. kept an eye out on my vehicle all night and kept my firearm near me. They don't even open the lobby cause they probably been robbed on multiple occasions.

Check in/out is done through a small window. Bugs on the walls of the room. The area is scary. I truly thought my car would get stolen. Burn holes in the blanket and sheets. Some nasty smell on the chair. Mini fridge was broken. There was no breakfast in any form. I looked at number of reviews, not what they said. Do not repeat my mistake. Avoid this motel!

The lady in the front office is most definitely on meth. Doesn’t even know how to her job. Screaming and cussing because I was upset the room was definitely not ready for any customers. Search for better employees.

The hotel next door charged use 240$ for 3 rooms for 1 night. These rooms at the super 8 were 130$ for 3, clean, respectful, and very generous. Just look up the hotel on google map radius and it should say 40$ but snap travel gives you 10% off,. I got like 40$ off and there's a 30$ security deposit but it's worth it. Just get a room on the ground floor and leave the parking break on. LOCK YOUR CAR!!. A few paint issues but it's still nice, comfortable, and kids safety door in your room as well. Just unlock the door from the other room as well. Management is super nice as well. You shouldn't be needing a refund.

Roaches, cracks in walls, and when I was on my way to my room there was a police officer making his way while scribbling something in a note pad. The general vibe of the place was sketchy, but it was super cheap as long as I paid online through Priceline or Vio. If I still was getting high. I'm sure it would have been perfect, lol.

Stayed the 26th wasn't to bad did find some roaches in the bathroom maitance came and sprayed the whole room the lady at desk on the 26th was amazing and helpful

Horrible room I wouldn’t even shower in the room it’s gross comforter we’re old and dirty they had to change us to three different rooms, I know they say you get what you pay for but gzz never again will I stay here. The lady that checked us in was nice that’s about all, this place needs a make over bad everything in the room looks like it is falling apart

ROACH INFESTED. The first room we walked into last night was NASTY had burn holes all over the blankets from pipes, duct tape on the curtains and all over the door frame, there was dust everywhere on the ceiling, exposed wires, and the last straw was the roaches in the bathroom, went and got a different room it was a little bit cleaner but not much and there were roaches in that bathroom all over the shower curtain, Tv set was a box tv from the early 90’s. Unless you have plans to do drugs or something like that I probably wouldn’t stay here. We got a refund the same night.

Roaches everywhere. Even under the blankets. While on my way up to get my money back, I talked to 2 other people. Both said they said they had Roaches also. The guy at the desk said I had them because I had a smoking room. I do not recommend. Stay far away from this place. If I was super 8 I would pull my name so fast. I never seen Roaches in a super 8 until this one.

Got here and the doors were locked and the bell didn't seem to work, had to call the place multiple times before the front desk finally came down from upstairs and she seemed like she was tweaking. Got into the room and it was OK, tv is an old tube TV and the remote only worked to turn it on or off, no accessible plugins to charge phones, and they have roaches. I will not be staying here again and would highly recommend that you save your money and stay somewhere else!

So disgusting. Roaches, roaches, roaches. Room 136… ROACHES!!!!! Nobody will give us a refund for ROACHES CRAWLING BY OUR FACES WHILE WERE TRYING TO SLEEP!!!!! If I could place a NEGATIVE marking all the way down I would. I am a truck driver and my truck broke down. Company put me in this ramshackle ghetto motel. Didn't tell me they wanted a "refundable" $50 cash deposit for a prepaid room. I had to overdraft my account to pay to get into my already paid for room. The front desk staff were pleasant at first but were quick to anger when I told them they were breaking the law and stealing if they didn't let me in the "already prepaid nonrefundable room." Then They had the audacity to tell me and my wife to wait outside and off the property till I came up with the $50 cash deposit. It's 90 out and humid. Plus I have a dog. Talk about unhumane and inhuman. These egg heads need a lesson in customer service badly. The room was outdated fridge didn't work and the beds drooped like a spineless worm. I was surprised to see the ac worked. Don't nook here unless you have absolutely no choice

Had a reservation for a week. We even called and let them know we couldn't be able to check in until about 9:00pm. They stated they would hold the room. Road in on a motorcycle hoping we could have a place to warm up....but surprise surprise they had given away the room and were booked. Terrible business practice and I will definitely not be giving them any business in the future.

This is by far the lowest quality super 8 I've stayed in my entire life. I don't understand how they are allowed to operate using the Super 8 name. I made a reservation for 4 people and we received 2 pillows total. No comforter, a coffee maker...but with no coffee, no breakfast as they advertised, the bathroom door lock does not work, there is no minifridge in the room and the 2 front desk receptionists barely speak English. If you're going to have a customer service position in the US, you need to be able to communicate in the English language correctly. I don't speak German and therefore wouldn't be hired for a customer service position in Germany. It doesn't make any sense. The staircase leading up to the 2nd floor literally looks like it's about to break. The metal or aluminum is completely rotted away in many areas and the staircase is clearly unstable. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Also, if you're going to operate under the Wyndham name, you should make an effort to keep certain standards.

Cigarette burn holes on the floor was very dirty looking other than the bed it was actually very clean and didn't have any bed bugs on it. Location is a little weird and it is a little ghetto. So if you're looking for a place safe to go and you're used to nicer motels I wouldn't recommend.

Windows were busted, counter for sink falling off, bed broken, stated truck parking that didn't exist. Requested our money back, didn't stay. It's bad. We stay in hotels all over the US and this was one of the worst.

Well can't love that they charge a deposit although I had already paid for the room. Or that none of the amenities like breakfast or even coffee were available and not mentioned on the website. The TV remote only works when you stand in front of the TV. The shower was fun it has enough water to rinse one small spot at a time and the changing water temperature will help wake anyone up. Not sure if I should recommend you wear socks while walking on the carpet not sure if all the black greasy dirt will come out of your socks it took quite a while to come off a bare foot. The pillows are super comfy and probably the only good thing about my visit. I could say the metal edges are good for keeping you from falling off the bed but don't try sitting in the bed edge it's just a bit painful. They are kind enough to put a fridge (that doesn't keep anything cool) and a microwave (that has just as must crud in it as the carpet) in the room. The room was cheap but for the same price the other super 8 in town is worth the drive to stay at. I will not be recommending it staying at this location again. It's a shame that the super 8 motel chain let's place like this exist under it's name.

Rooms are small and nasty. Furniture is outdated and uncomfortable. Seen a couple of roaches. I didn't want to shower because it was so disgusting...tub looks like it hasn't been clean in weeks. Staff is horrible, harassed and chased me off the property and down the street!!! 0 stars.

Not bad. It's really cheap. It was clean and located close to a relative. There was a sign that said you wouldn't have a microwave, or refrigerator. No dogs allowed or smoking in rooms. I felt safe and I did have the tv with a microwave and refrigerator in the room.

Room had nasty smell, bath tub was very rusty and there were roaches. I would never stay in this hotel again. Stay out of it, it might be cheap but I rather pay more and sleep on q clean place where I feel comfortable with no roaches and nasty old stairs.

I was very unhappy with the state of the room at this super 8. I only needed to walk in and look around to see the filth on everything. The bed looked broken, the door didn't have gaps properly sealed in the doorframe to the outside. The bathroom light wouldn't turn on, so lucky the probably awaited filth was unseen. I went to the window and asked for a refund as I wouldn't even allow my dog to stay one night in that room. I was told I would be charged one night I demanded a full refund and was not given that. I was still charged more then the going rate at $100 for the night. Horrible customer service and experience!

I was actually super surprised with the room quality of my stay. The air quality in my room was acceptable, and it was very clean other than a few wall stains here and there. Would recommend if you need a motel to stay in, as most other motel options in the area are dirty and moldy.
