Lady at the front desk is non existent. She's sitting in her boyfriends car smoking right in front of the smoke free facility sign. Comes in wearing nasty skin tight yoga pants smelling like an ashtray. Can't get anybody to answer the desk phone cause she's in her boyfriends car out front. Can't get towels because there's nobody there. If I wanted service like Budz Motel or Motel 6 I would've stayed at them or a hotel off of I-40 and Meridian but I stayed here to avoid all of that. Lesson learned and won't make the same mistake twice!

This facility is completely overbooked, understaffed, no cleaning services available timely as they are understaffed and poorly managed by the General Manager Kyle Allen. My cards were over charged by 1k by Kyle and monies can't be returned for 5-7 days. My request for towels, trash liners, dish washer soap, bed sheet changes etc. were continuously fallen on deaf ears. i.e. I asked for towel service in a cleaning and received 1 adult towel and 1 swimming towel for 3 people staying in the room, I would get a trash liner for 30 gal trash container for a 2 gallon trash can. They are never at the desk and you have to wait several minutes before being able to tell them to charge a snack and waters to the room. Their out door hangout areas were filled with cigarette butts and cushions and chairs always disheveled nothing like the pictures online. I could hang out there with the kids as I thought it was like hanging at a frat house. I noticed a corridor mess (crushed chips on the ground) that went a week before being cleaned. Wasn't cleaned until I pointed it out to them. After a week of poor service and my frustration at its peak, I made a very assertive complaint after arriving in my uncleaned and unattended room that I had a 4 day request for cleaning, and the General Manager hung up on me because he didn't like what I was saying. Out of heightened frustration I threw my overflowed trash in the hallway and shared with him there was trash to come collect. He pounded on my door at 10 pm and called my room multiple times. I told my kids to not answer. The next morning as I'm leaving for work, he told me to have my stuff out by 12pm or he would call the police for trespassing. I was scheduled to stay there for 3 weeks with my two young kids. My kids heard his aggression at the door and call that late evening. I then had to take off work for the morning to move hotels as Marriot customer services sided with him saying there was nothing they can do. NEVER STAY HERE!

Hotel was nice and clean. Nice amenities in the room for the suite. Reasonably priced at about $100/night for a weekend rate. Quick access to the highway and many nearby restaurants and shops within 5-10 minutes. Check in/out was super easy. Had concerns about being close to apartment complexes, but they appeared to be well kept. Parking lot had plenty of lighting for security purposes with quick access to the doors, which the parking layout accommodated for. Unfortunately, I didn't get to experience the hotel's dining options. There were a couple things I could complain about if I nit picked, but not significant enough to mention. Definitely enjoyed the stay, and I'll be keeping this one on the list to return to in the future.

Sofa bed was the worst. Stained and basically fabric over springs. Had beg for towels (1 bath towel and one thin one for 2 guests 2 night stay) and extra blankets. Late night check person wasn't very friendly. Room smelled like sewer. Breakfast is good, and day shift friendly. Not what you would expect for upscale hotel. I'm thinking like rest of the world short staffed wouldn't stay again.

The only issue is the delayed breakfast. So push your meds and meetings back and be prepared to be late for work. The staff here is very friendly and helpful though. Update: Someone at the front desk woke my wife up to offer us a wine opener, which was definitely the wrong room. I wonder if the others ever got their wine opener. Smh... Update:. I did appreciate Kyle going above and beyond to help me checking in. Tracey was also nice when checking out. The house cleaners also did a great job. Ratings went from 2-1-3 stars.

No options in breakfast. They'll offer you scrambled eggs every single day. Rooms need maintenance as we see issues with kitchen drainage and hotel is not able to fix the issue giving excuses like maintenance guy has left for the day. Not recommended at all.

Wonderful all around. The room was perfect for working, preparing meals, watching TV and sleeping. The best part of our stay was how accommodating Kyle was during our check on process. People like Kyle are the diffrence between return visit or not. We will definitely return and recommend Residence Inn

We had surgery at Mercy and didn't want to bump all the way home. From beginning to the end was great. They were busy when I called and had to wait 5 mins but it was well worth it. The gentleman at the front desk apologized for the delay multiple times. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good.

We stayed here for two nights and it was wonderful! The staff was amazing, the beds were comfortable and clean. I’m glad they provided extra blankets for the living room. I would definitely stay here every time we come visit!

I’ve stayed at two Marriott Residence Inns. This one is by far the nicer one!

Newly built and updated rooms. Staff is very friendly. One of the best Marriotts I’ve stayed with lately.

Nice place. In another review, I mentioned that there was an"incidentals" charge at check-in of about $25. I was concerned that they wouldn't refund it at checkout. But, thankfully they did, so no complaints now. Room was big and had everything needed for a long stay such as frigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and china and utensils. The buffet breakfast was excellent! Scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, yoghurt, juice, pastries, and at least 4 kinds of fresh fruit. There was another hot food container but I forgot to look inside. Plenty of hot coffee and hot water. Grateful for the hot water because I had to weaken the coffee because I don't like it so strong. About one minute walk to Panera Bread. About a 4 minute walk from the surgical center where cataract surgery takes place. No maid service unless you stay 5 days according to a posted notice near the elevator.

By far the worst staff ever don’t be fooled by these ratings. If they’re real then I’ve been lucky enough to stay here twice and the person working is abysmal. Last stay they were nowhere to be found and finally realized they were watching tv in the lobby with their kids instead of working. This time nobody answered for over 45 min on hold then Marriott customer service also couldn’t get ahold of them. If you can stay at the 4 points down the street answered in 2nd ring and much better establishment. Fire whoever is working tonight 2/18/22 for sure at a minimum

Every time I'm in town, I stay here and I can't ask for more. The staff is very hospitable, bed's and rooms are perfect, and great breakfast. It's a wonderful way to start the day. I appreciate the, Marriott, everytime time I stay. Keep up the great work.

Absolutely TERRIBLE! This is a management issue and should be addressed. However, it is a low budget option, so it is to be expected to receive low budget service. But my experience was beyond that. There is rarely a person at the front desk and when there is someone there, the customer service is the worst. Young, unprofessional, non-caring, no interest in the "customer," dressed as if they came off the streets. Completely unprofessional. Not even a mere thought of providing any kind or type of apology for anything. Self-serving attitude. Over-all definition of a "teen-age" mindset. Just terrible. I am a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite member and I understand that these lower tier hotels are franchised out to the "lower-tier" owners etc. Thereby escaping the true Marriott standards along with the Marriott complaint system of which is very sad. Complaints in these systems typically go unnoticed and unresolved to any level of true expectation. I travel and stay in Marriotts weekly throughout the year. I will make it a priority to ensure I spread the word to NOT stay in this hotel. I will do what I can to ensure this information is available. No one should have to deal with such disrespect and dismissive attitude and behavior from the staff of a Marriott brand hotel regardless of the franchise owner. The management of this hotel should be released and Marriott should investigate the owners. At a minimum, the front desk staff should be released immediately. An Absolutely terrible, disrespectful and dismissive experience. Do NOT stay here. A "motel" would be of better service.

We loved it. The price was very good for a studio. Plus that building is new, so everything was nice. The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, the view was excellent! I had requested an upper floor and they listened and put us on the top floor. We just loved it, and we'll be back.
