Rooms and interior is very outdated. Rooms dark and gloomy. Furniture is damaged. Gym is patheticly small and crumped. Close to the airport though.

Great place to stay, our daughter was moving into Heartland Baptist Bible College and this place was a great place for the parents to stay as we helped her move into her dorm. Comp. breakfast was really good every morning, the staff was awesome!! We really appreciated that the main lobby doors are locked at all times. We have rebooked another stay there already. can't go wrong staying here. as of 8/25/23

Hotel front desk, housekeeping and all staff were super friendly and always accommodating. I stayed for two weeks the first time I stayed and the breakfast was something different daily. Great stay.

Check in was smooth but I have to say that all of my kudos goes to Sebastian who was very accommodating and welcoming. Very helpful with all of the question that I had and almost felt like I was talking to a best buddy of mine. Give this man a raise please! Rooms are nice and clean as well. If I’m ever in okc I will definitely stay here again.

The PM clerk was both exceedingly pleasant and efficient. He even bothered to visit our room to fix the TV since we are not techno-savvy at all. The building is clean, secure and pleasantly decorated. The breakfast fare is basic as usual.

The service was great and the room was awesome. The location was great for us close to the outlet mall and family.

Was nice room but loud. Kids where running up and down hallway late at night plus other people where yelling outside their rooms. Plus marijuana was being smoked in the hotel which just heavy in room/elevators.

I have a professionally trained, accredited, bonded, and insured service animal who's only purpose and only time it's on duty is when I am asleep for sleep apnea. The rest of the day the animal isn't needed. Normally during my trips I drop the animal off in the hotel room and it goes to sleep or plays with it toys so quietly no one even knows it's actually in the room. However, the hotel I stayed at would not allow me to leave my service animal in the room (Suite 126) because they claimed my animal would be disruptive and they would have to kick me out, even though no incidents or indications of incidents have occurred. Yet the guest in room (Suite 128) had a dog/pet that was not a service animal they left alone all day that would not stop barking. I felt discriminated against as well as inconvenienced at this treatment and will most likely be taking my business to Marriot for now on.

I have stayed there several weeks in a row. Solid breakfast, friendly staff and a great location for our biz. (We have several that stay weekly)

Yummy breakfast 😋 they have dinner on Wednesdays only. The room didnt have body lotion or shower gel like the other Homewood suite I stayed in. We kept on asking until our last day of stay .

This is one of the better Hilton family of hotels we’ve stayed in. It is fantastic! Sebastian at the front desk is so pleasant to talk with, over the phone or in person. Very friendly, helpful, polite, good attitude that exudes positive vibrations. He loves his job and it really shows. We benefited from it. Checking out the next morning, Cesar R. is the same way. Thank you Homewood Suites. We were elated.

One of my best hotel experiences driving across the country. From the front desk (thank you Sherry and Sam), to wonderful kitchen (thank you Beatrize and crew), it was a relaxing and peaceful visit. I highly recommend staying here!

Great stay! I'm looking forward to the next time I have to make a trip to OKC, back for a second trip. It's still a great place to stay. The breakfast is good, scrambled eggs, diced potatoes, sausage links, French toast, waffles, bagles, and muffins. Of course, COFFEE and juices.

Place was great, but faucet in room 105 bathroom has a bad leak when you turn the handle, I forgot to mention it to the desk manager.

Great place for a stop to relax for a few days. Great people and service proudly provided by all staff. Pool was being rebuilt, so we did not get to experience, but looked very appealing and work done was of high quality. Management is very up to date on place, as we were able to meet managers from corporate who provided more friendly appreciation to us for choosing the hotel. Food during happy hour was good, hot ,and salad fresh. Noise in hotel is almost non existent. Rooms are great for people who want to cook meals, gas grills outside were clean and checked many times a day. They worked great as I do like to cook on grill. It is close to many fun locations, like go-carting, arcades, restaurants, and food stores for groceries, or you can let them do it for you. I would recommend this place.

The gentleman at the front desk was so helpful to book us late in the evening over the phone. We brought our husky and it was no problem to check in with pets ($75 fee). This place is spotlessly clean. Breakfast was awesome, sausage, eggs, potatoes, and cereal. Thanks for a clean and pleasant stay!

One of the nicest stays we've had. The staff is super friendly. They gave us coloring pages and a book for our toddler. The lobby, hallways, and room look and smell clean. They have a wonderful social time with free food in the evening and a free hot breakfast saves so much money. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The room was also well stocked with extra pillows and blankets. We hope to stay again when traveling through Oklahoma City.

Due to vehicle problems, we needed to stay for several days. We were so impressed, Starting with the very reasonable price, we were impressed with the positive and welcoming staff, the cleanliness of the facility and the great breakfast choices. Our room was awesome ! Our kitchenette was great. Everything was ready , from stove to dishwasher. Thank you for maintaining the wonderful standard of service at a reasonable price.

Very nice hotel. I felt it was very clean and excellent customer service. My suggestions for this hotel would be tell the customer how often the room service will come and what to do if cleaning is needed, and provide more than one bar of soap.

Very clean Place well maintained property overall. I took one star off for the fact that breakfast was only served till 9. It's the first Hilton property I have stayed that doesn't serve breakfast till 10. T

It's fine. Beds comfy, just starting to show it's age, room looks dated, would benefit from a refresh and better general maintenance. (Bathtub's spout loose and rotating, closet door in a bind.) For the high rates they charge I expect a room to not need a plumber and a carpenter. On a more positive note the HVAC is awesome and the duct work being ran through the walls definitely gives it that home feeling add is very quite.

Loved the room and the breakfast. My boyfriend smokes so we was told they had heated lamps outside and there wasn't any.

My husband and I stayed there last night and Sebastian the front desk clerk made it worth staying. It was the best check in experience I have ever encountered. His service was impeccable! We will return because of Sebastian great hospitality he treated us more like family than just guests.

Had three rooms here from November 4-7 and everything went perfect. There were some details on the reservations that I needed to change and move around, which I thought would've overwhelm the front desk, but Henry was amazing and got us all taken care of. The suites were spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was also great.

This is a great hotel. The suites are large. The cleaning staff are hard-working. The people at the front desk are welcoming and professional. I am very impressed by this awesome hotel! The only thing they could improve is to replace the couches by the front desk. And the surrounding area is rather derelict.

Room was large and clean,, loved the full kitchen and amenities. Sebastian was great to work with, easiest and most friendly check in ever! The breakfast had a variety and was quite appealing. The only reason for 4 stars is because when we tried to check out this morning no one was at the front desk, I waited and said 'Hello?" Multiple times. Noone came so I placed my keys on the desk.

I’ve stayed a couple of times while in OKC for work. The staff is amazing. The rooms have a full kitchen, which is important to me. The location is close to everything I need. The daily breakfast is always good. A big thank you to Jessica, Sebastian, Miss Sherrie, Cesar and Nestor and the entire staff. Thank you for taking good care of me.

We were in Oklahoma City to attend the Women's College World Series. We had a Suite with two Queen beds and a separate living-kitchen area. The hotel staff were very friendly, professional, helpful. I wish upon check in We were informed rooms are cleaned every four days. I inquired after our first night and it was explained. Convenient to Walmart & several restaurants

Got there late on a Thursday tired and needing rest. Front desk was so nice helpful and was happy to help. Room was so nice clean big and more than we expected. Quite with great rest.

Very clean with a quick and easy check in. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed that not all hotels offer. There are many restaurants in the area and plenty of shopping as well. Great amenities both in the room and on the property. Thank you, I will be back
