The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and accommodating, and there was no sign of any bugs....which is a very big plus because my kids and I are allergic to bed bugs. There was a nice smoking area. The fitness room looked clean and nice. We loved the breakfast. The snacks were reasonably priced and we made trips often to buy some. Lol The staff was very informative. The only drawback we had was the pool. Its a very nice area, but I am not sure if it was a salt water pool...if not it was super salty. The temperature was nice though and they kept it warm in the entire pool area as well as fresh towels there so you didn't have to bring any from your room. Overall we would definitely stay again at this hotel. We had a very nice experience while there.

I do not write reviews often, but I had to express how much I loved this hotel!! They had so many little details that made it enjoyable for my family of 4! Some of my favorite things were- complete blackout curtains ( the room was amazingly dark at night), very large CLEAN rooms, a full sized refrigerator with freezer in the rooms, nice indoor pool, friendly staff, and an incredible breakfast. The continental breakfast was the best I have ever been to - even had gluten free bagels!

I absolutely loved this hotel! The staff was very friendly & kind. Everything was clean and well put together. The rooms were very big and comfortable, Everything to the sheets, towels & kitchenette were nice comfy & clean. The breakfast was AWESOME! Fresh food coffee & juice were provided. Seemed like nothing ran out even with many families eating. Lots of space and clean. Also, Felt very safe entering and leaving the facility noticing they do have cameras! Overall a 10/10. Would recommend and definitely stay again where ever I go to next.

This is now one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed in with ky family. The rooms are so amazing! There are big, have lots of storage space and room, and it’s so convenient. We were given water when we checked in, the staff is very friendly, and the sheets are so soft. The towels are a little small and the toilet paper could use an upgrade, but I can look past those with everything else. I wish we came to OKC frequently.

Room was clean. The breakfast was good. We slept very well, the highway noise was not as loud as some other reviews had said. Our room was on the fourth floor facing the highway. Staff was very friendly.

Staying here while visiting home from Germany. The iron tripped the breaker 4 times, but all good. The bed is super comfortable with good pillows. It is extremely clean with really great free lotion, makeup wipes and hand soap. In the shower you'll find free body wash a shampoo, everything is my Neutrogena and smells wonderful. The towels were fluffy and smelled nice. The full breakfast is great and having so many kitchen items at your disposal in your room is great! Check in lady was a little wonky ...but not marking that down because this is a quality hotel, regardless. There is even plug ins on the back of the bedside lamps. I'll be here for two weeks, but so far this is a really great place to stay. Update on the rest of the two weeks: house keeping is super rude and watched a lot of staff take off the the complimentary breakfast. Perhaps they're allowed to. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ They did get a new toaster while I was there 😂.

We stayed twice in May 2022. We feel at home there. Breakfast is always awesome. Cleanliness is a top priority with staff wiping down counters, and service area frequently.

Our room smelled of must and mildew. My husband was with me and NEVER complains. The front desk provided us with Lysol which did not help. We both woke up congested this morning. :(

Had a fairly exciting reason to drop in...an engine failed in a small aircraft I was piloting across Oklahoma. After safely landing in a field and unsuccessfully navigating my HilltonHhonors app, I ended up here, much further from my airport than intended. What a great mistake! I had the option (twice as I extended my stay longer due to maintenance and weather affecting getting back in the air) to move to a Hilton product closer to my needs, but the staff here was so incredibly friendly and accommodating, I chose to remain here and enjoy being a little further from some of the other hustle and bustle going on. All of the usual H2S or other Hilton product amenities plus great staff! My wife and girls are coming to OKC in a month, and they too will have business closer to other hotels. They are going to stay here instead, at my urging!

The service was very bad they gave false information about the for the rooms on the website. Gave false information about the rooms they where very small and the lighting is bad and when we had asked about the pool the day we came they said it was open but when we went to the pool 10 minutes latter the sign said it was closed so when we had asked about they said they had told us it was closed and they had tried to giltI trip us in to thinking they did I give this hotel a 1 star

We had the best experience here! Everything was fantastic- the rooms were immaculate, the pool was clean, the breakfast offerings were plenty and a great variety, and the location was perfect since it was right off the highway we were traveling on. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area!

One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at. I booked this hotel for a 2 ½ week business trip. I am very glad I did! The Hotel manager and staff were very professional, friendly, and accommodating. The Hotel and room were very clean. I stayed in a King Suite, which was very spacious. The kitchenette area was very clean and included all dishes and utensils you would need and included a full-size refrigerator with freezer. The bathroom was big, clean, and well stocked with towels. The bedroom was comfortable and offered all the room you would need to store your belonging for an extended stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the blackout shades were great! The breakfast was great, with many options and always stocked and the dining area clean. The Hotel Manager, Mariela, one of the best Hotel Managers I have ever dealt with. I had an issue where my door lock stopped working and I could not get in my room. At first, I thought it was the key, so the desk clerk reprogrammed it and still nothing. We thought it may be the batteries, so the desk clerk was going to pass it to Maintenance and ask them to fix it while I was out for the day. Upon, my return, the lock was still not working, so I went to the front desk and asked. The desk clerk on at the time did not know anything about it so she went up to use her master key to try and open it. Nothing. So, she called the Manager, and she came right up to the room to try and help. She tried her master key, and it did not work either. She had her part-time maintenance person come up with a re-program tool and new batteries. She re-programmed the lock, and it still did not work. She ended up having to use an emergency key to get me in. She determined that the lock would need to be replaced. However, her Chief Maintenance Engineer was on vacation and the young man filling in, was not familiar with replacing locks. So, she called the Chief Maintenance Engineer and even though he was on vacation, he came in and replaced the lock. This was all done with in an hour of me getting back to my room! The only Con I could come up with is the intersection of the hotel road and Mustang Road. It is not an actual intersection with stop lights/signs so if you try to leave during a busy time, expect to only make right turn out of there and then make a U-turn down the road to eventually get back to I-40. If I am ever back in the area, I will definitely be staying at this Hotel again!!

Best hotel room we've had the pleasure of staying in in years. Very clean, well equipped with everything needed for a longer stay. Staff was very courteous and professional. Not a lot of amenities in the immediate vicinity, but within a few minutes drive. Definitely would love to book a longer duration stay at some point.

Love this hotel! Very clean. Sink, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, glass cups, ceramic mugs, ceramic plates inside room. Comfortable beds. Wall mounted thermostat. Nice flat screen tv. Very modern look to rooms. Pool, laundry, breakfast, gym. They even have 2 really nice big stainless steel GAS GRILLS outside to use! Wow! No complaints at all. What a fantastic hotel!

I was there for a week, and it seems like the room is not maintained very well. The door to the bathroom it looks like some thing has clawed and missing pieces and it did not open all the way it would get caught on the floor. Plus almost channels did not work on the TV. I feel like for the price I paid the room should have been maintained a little bit better. There was also some black mold or something that I wiped off my shower head. I was not very impressed especially since this place has by the Hilton on it.

Based upon past positive experiences, routinely stay at Home2 Suites when traveling. However, this property seems to be at that tipping point where due to age / use, some amount of investment is warranted to maintain a certain level of comfort for guests. Noted worn surfaces throughout property. Issues specific to our room included a severely frayed couch, cobwebs, missing tile grout & a non-functioning clock.

Couldn’t think of anything I didn’t like. Very enjoyable experience. Spent a lot of time on the bed and didn’t have back or hip aches like usual in even the nicest hotels.

Went here due to moving to the state because of military. A little far from Tinker Air Force Base, but not a bad place. My only downfall for the location was there was a lot of trash around the buildings and the trash cans outside the doors were always overflowing with trash. Very safe area for family and pets.

We stopped here for the night after a 12 hour drive and were welcomed by friendly staff. The room was clean and the kitchenette was well stocked with dishes and cookware. There are a lot of fast food style restaurants nearby if you just want to grab something quick. The breakfast was very nice. I wish we had more time to use the pool or workout room, as both looked in good shape.

When I walked into the room it had a funny smell like wet dog/cigarette. This room was suppose to be non smoking. The floor was sticky, the bathroom was disgusting, the wall was pulling away from the tub there was ants crawling all over it. I had originally stopped in early and left my stuff in the room as I was in a hurry so I returned pretty late, the smell was the only thing I noticed first. but I thought maybe I was wrong but when I returned around 10pm I was definitely not wrong. When I went to hand in my keys I was so appalled that the front desk guy said, oh yeah we always have troubles with that room. Why the heck are you still allowing guests to stay in it then? at that point I was just ready to leave so I booked another hotel and didn’t feel comfortable booking another room since they felt comfortable putting me in a room they KNOW they have issues with. Awful!!! Then the only thing they did was gave me 50% off the stay since they offered to fix it. I’m sorry if you openly told me you knew about the rooms condition you put me in Why would I feel comfortable even trying to get another room from you?

We arrived about 9:30 pm. Quick check in and made it to our rooms. Everything was clean, AC worked well. Comfortable King size bed. I was pleasantly surprised with the breakfast choices this morning. Check out was a breeze.

This hotel has impeccable customer service! The woman at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. Took 1 star off because one of the chairs had a pin that came through the cushion and caused quite a bit of pain when I sat on it.

We chose this hotel on our trip across the country. So glad we did. It is pet friendly and set up well for walking your dogs. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. And the best part of our stay was the service. Debrah was the front desk person. She was so friendly and helpful. She turned my stressful day of traveling into a great end of the day! I highly recommend this hotel...especially if your traveling with your pets!

We wanted a place close to family, which we were visiting, and accepted pets. Home 2 suites appeared to be the best option, and we were quite pleased with our stay. The room was nice, the water pressure/temperature in the shower were fantastic, quite a few options on their breakfast offerings, and all staff we interacted with were very pleasant. We will definately keep them in mind for pur next visit.

The hotel was very neat and clean. All staff were so kind and welcoming. 100% recommend this hotel. We stayed two nights and was out most of the day before the 2nd night. Housekeeping made my 5 yr old daughter's day by making the bed and neatly putting her stuffed animal on the bed. She had left it behind on accident and was worried about it all day. It does not sound like much, but seeing her face light up when she realized they took care of her "stuffie" while she was gone was priceless.

We enjoyed our stay. The sheets were super soft and comforting. The shower was strong and hot. The room was very clean. The fridge and freezer are larger than we expected and they were handy. Saved our cooler of frozen meat. Only problem we had was a low spot in our king-sized mattress that made the bed become uncomfortable as the night went on. Pet fee is $125.00 per stay.

Very clean rooms, friendly, helpful staff, great hotel for families/longer stays because of amenities such as an indoor pool, kitchenette, bbq grills, dog friendly (with fee, $125 for my 5-day stay). Breakfast was decent with a lot of options, although not cooked on site: Waffles, biscuits n gravy, microwave omelet, bowl or sandwich, oatmeal, yogurt and cereal. Good coffee with all the fixings!

Hotel and breakfast bar is nice. Disappointed in the upper management. Had rented a room for 2 weeks, got covid and had too leave week early. Corporate agreed with refund.... Upper management at this location denied it. Update in response to their response: I am aware of the type of reservations I had, I spoke with the front desk and was given the number for the advance payment department. They did agree with refund and said they reached out to the location and to speak with management in approxly an hour for me to get a decision. When i spoke with the front desk the next morning, i was told the general manager denied the refund and that the manager was working on a solution and to call her. Is that not accurate?

$125 pet fee is not disclosed at time of booking, let alone never paid more then $50 at any hotel. Supposedly this is dropping to $75 in 2022. Double beds are small and hard. Pillows are flat. Toilet paper might as well be wrapping paper. Breakfast is pretty good and staff was friendly.

  • 5/5 Joe M. 2 years ago on Google
The staff was fantastic from the moment we stepped in and even the last minutes as we were leaving. The receptionist, the lady cleaning our room and the lady taking care of a good clean breakfast area that was well stocked. The whole place was clean.

Chose this location after reading the reviews and it did not disappoint. Right off the highway and there are quite a few places to eat in both directions but the rooms! They are very clean and super cozy! The room was nice and cool upon entry too. The bed is nice and comfy. Would definitely choose H2 properties for the rest of our trip if available. What a breath of fresh air and pet friendly too!

This hotel is exceptional in nearly every way. Large rooms, very comfortable beds, full size appliances, laundry facilities, ice machines on every floor, ect. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and professional. Whether you are staying a single night or several weeks, you really can't find a nicer hotel at any price point. Highly recommend.

Comfy, clean rooms. Bed could have been a little softer 😁 Shower was amazing! Better water pressure than my house. The entire hotel was super clean. Every staff member we encountered was great!

Seriously a -0 star, worst service ever. Despite having papers for my registered animal service dog, they still charged me, not once but twice! Which the lawyers are already handling. The employees are a joke, literally saying “they’re trained to know what dogs qualify as service animals”. We all know that’s not true first off, secondly, they had ALL his paperwork and certification. Secondly they charged me, twice for smoking, when no one smokes! Two night stay has totaled to $522 plus $250 plus $75. Three separate charges. The employee who did a room inspection said everything looked great, yet once leaving they started charging up my card. So called manager is beyond rude, with a disgusting attitude. She treated us as if we were some criminals or something who didn’t belong. If you’re a person of color, stay clear, far far far away from here, the discrimination is very real. I’m applaud, 2022 and this is still an issue.

Nice location right off the interstate. Our room was capable of sleeping 6 people. Their hot water for tea tasted like old coffee.

Stayed a few nights and was impressed with the facilities and value for product. The guest laundry washer I had to play with a bit to get the cycle I wanted and it was super slow. The breakfast can use some revamping.

Home 2 Suites felt like a new fresh and hy-tech hotel in the present times. Loved their rooms clean, had great storage facilities, the bathroom was wonderful. Morning breakfast was wonderful everything was clean and disinfected felt very very safe. I specially have to mention the young crew that worked their and ran the whole show. They were very pleasant, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Their customer service was more than 5 star. The young crew namely MARIELA HERNANDEZ, ROSA ANS OLIVIA and DANIELLE. LOVED THE HOTEL WILL NOT STAY IN ANY OTHER HOTELS ANY WHERE IN us EXCEPT HOME 2 SUITES. Thank you Home 2 Suites enabling our stay in Oklahoma to be great.

This was a very comfortable place to stay and the staff was amazing. I went there on a business trip and we had trouble getting me into my room but during all this trouble the staff was very polite and very patient and they even offered me a bottle of water to drink while I waited. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable and looked amazing so I give kudos to all those that work hard to make it look that good. Thanks!!

The rooms are great. But the service and attitudes of employees and management sucks!! Not sure why they are managing this great place. Will not be back!! Even though the rooms are great! TIP MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PICTURES BEFORE AND AFTER YOU STAY! THEY TRY TO CHARGE YOU FOR ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING THEY CAN!!

Rooms nice breakfast good. Recommend anyone and everyone, excpecially companies operating in this area. Okc is over run with low life thieves. They steel anything not bolted down. They break windows for fun. And the cheesy security that was hired, is a joke. Just avoid this place

We enjoy our stay. Some road noise however, the thermostat is set so you can put the fan on low. A nice white noise to cover any of the highway noise. Large room with all the amenities they listed refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, etc. Breakfast was nice and it was very well maintained. Lots of good choices, including breakfast sandwiches.

We only stayed one night but room was big enough to be comfortable for extended stay. Comfy beds. Best complimentary breakfast buffet I have ever encountered. Great choices of hot food. Really impressed with the breakfast bowls. Multiple toppings for oatmeal and pancake lovers.

  • 5/5 Marti P. 1 year ago on Google
Friendly staff and clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Only complaint was the breakfast. Not enough variety. Eggs were not freshly cooked and looked rubbery. No bacon or sausage.
