Windows filthy, paint falling off the ceiling and I’m hoping some how someone smeared a Oreo on the ceiling. The tub and faucet dripped all night. No coffee maker, no wash clothes, low toilet paper, no soaps. The only thing I can say good about was the bed, very comfortable and yes I checked for bed bugs didn’t see anything. If your desperate for a place just to sleep, the beds are nice.

There was roaches in our room and mold around the bottom of the walls. The bathroom door had something white spilled all over it. There was a bottle of used lube sitting on the heater and that was disgusting. The mini fridge was filthy on the inside of it. Not a good experience at all. We ended up not even staying and driving back home 100 miles away.

I searched Google for hotel rooms on the South side of Oklahoma City. My search came back with a room at Oyo for $26 a night. When I arrived to check in the front desk informed me that they would not honor the Online price I had already paid priorTo check in. They proceeded to charge me another $62 for a room. Not only have I not been given a refund for the payment I had Already made, the hotel has no refrigerator or microwave. Awful choice. buyer beware

(Not my choice) My wife picked this place. We are in the middle of moving. Waiting for the house to be ready. 1st problem: paid for a 2 bed room got stuck in a 1 bed room with my wife and 3 daughters. Been here almost a week and that hasn't happened. 2nd problem: me and my daughter flew her drone up onto the room.I asked the maintenance guy is there any way up there, he looks at me without saying a word and gives me and my daughter a shoulder shrug. 3rd Problem: I myself have killed 3 roaches. 4th Problem: refrigerator doesn't keep cold things cold. They keep promising my wife the next room will be better. Nicer... It would be nice to get what we paid for.

Large room, great cozy bed, large TV with a good variety of channels and easily accessible wifi. Stay was relatively short, very comfy though. Very friendly owner with pet friendly rooms. Would absolutely stay again.

I will neverGet a room here again Didn't know they required a $100 deposit Which is outrageous For the condition of these rooms And then when ITalk to somebody on the phone Was told I could check in at 11:00I get here at 11:30 & was told the check in is. 3 that I could check in early for a fee. Worst motel stay ever. And then there was homeless people fighting in the front cops got called I WILL MEVER COME BACK

booked 2 double beds, they put me in a room with a King. Went back to the front desk, got another room. It had 2 double beds but had not been cleaned. Went back to the front desk, got another room. No tissues, no ice machine, the outlets in the lamp were broken, and the door did not open and close properly. Went back to the front desk but I was told there were no tissues to be had and there was no ice machine. To say I was dissappointed would be a major understatement.

Don't go through this boot legged hotel. They will rob you of your money, once you pay for the room they will deny you and keep your money. I'm currently waiting on my dispute since they are refusing me a refund for services not provided. They don't care about anything else other then money. I'll be filing a lawsuit Monday.

worst hotel ever! they deactivated my room key multiple times. wasn’t ever provided any room service and they took some of my deposit.

Clean rooms, furniture in good and clean condition. Clean sheets. Mini fridge doesn't get very cold, but works. Large spacious rooms. Not the best neighborhood. Overall, we would use this again.

I don't trust the online Payment method. We got booked for 2 nights instead of just one.

They charge for service dogs and screw old people out of their social security income.. roaches very nasty place they have no house cleaning. I don't recommend

Last Monday I had booked a room for a week the guy that was there at 7 am first I called twice his phone was off I called again got and answer then tried to charge me and extra $70 when they only charged me $10.

Rat trap, roaches, hot, trash in the room left from ppl before, no ice, no fridge. Tv barely worked.

STAY AWAY from this crooked place. They will rob you of your security deposit without cause. I'm currently waiting on my dispute since they have not refunded my deposit after several weeks. Despite the fact that when I called and spoke to an employee there, he assured me the deposit would be refunded as of the morning of checkout.

Front desk explicitly said that security deposit would be refunded within one month. It has been four months. 100$ was charged to my card and upon talking to the manager today for thirty minutes they were unable to “find” my booking until I sent screenshots of my receipt and my credit card charge via email. Scam. I have a feeling they do this all the time and they just rely on people not checking their statements. Room was also pretty gross, door knob was broken, only one pillow, but for 53$ I didn’t care at the time. Just needed a safe place to sleep.

Nice people but room didn't have a fridge weve been asking for 4 days now to either be moved or bring us one and no such luck also the sink leaked and no maid service since the second day we got here which was a week ago

I stay here quite often and it works for what I need. Some kind of frequent stay rewards wold be awesome

I really enjoyed my stay. The place is really clean and the staff was friendly. I recommend anyone to come and enjoy a good stay. I rate it a 5 because of the luxury of clean, quiet, and respectful.

This place really needs to be shut down! For the most part.. staff at the front desk was accommodating and willing to help with any questions or issues. With exception to one young African American young lady.this young lady was just uderly rude and disrespectful. And gave no effort to try to be professional. If I wasn't with my 65 year mother. I would have probably took her outside and washed the sidewalk/parking lot with cherher. wouldn'not to mention her incompetence to atlest give any care to assist with anything. She sat at the front desk sleep and eating. She acted as if she was being bothered by doing her job come to find out her aunt is the manager of this debacle. Save your money and time and possibly prison time. Not to mention roaches were out of control!

Clean, pool is nice the only negative there was no coffee maker. for the price it is hard to complain

The location of the hotel even though its in south is awesome, thought it would be getto, but its quite and safe. The rooms are comfortable and Clean. Have Handicap accessible areas, helped my sister to move around. Front desk was very helpful and provided whatever was needed. A place worth staying if you wanna be safe and save some money.
