I’ve always had the best experience coming here at Penn Square mall. The food court has always been the place to go have some food as a brief pause in our shopping. This Saturday I was out and about with my shopping and I decided to get me some food. I went to go get a table for my food and this lovely lady named M.Justice decided to threaten me in kicking me out because I haven’t decided on what to eat. She did not only do this to me but at least 3 other tables. She would only confront minorities even though there were several tables open for people to be seated. Please let me know if you’ve had a similar experience.

One of the few malls that still exist and it’s still busy which is crazy in the age of Amazon. Usually when you go to a mall nowadays it’s filled with empty lots but all the store fronts are occupied and there are a ton of options for shopping. I would recommend coming here if you like to walk around and do some window shopping.

Penn Square Mall has been a staple in the Oklahoma City shopping experience for a very long time. They have made upgrades and changes to move with the time and it shows because lots of people still shop here. Hopefully, they'll get the main escalator repaired soon. Parking is not bad and it's really the mystique surrounding it and I remember when Rothchild's was one of its primary anchor stores. All in all Penn Square Mall has stood the test of time.

Great variety of stores and items. Very expensive all around. Great variety of fast food places in the food court. Almost $30 just for 2 people to eat. Extremely loud so if you have sensory issues don't come here. Everything was immaculate clean and well organized even 4 days before Christmas.

I love this mall, it's the biggest mall I've been to in OKC and it was very packed when I went (Jan 2023) but was glad to see the Christmas Tree still up and the mall still had Christmas festive ops up as well. Has even more stores here than the other ones, the best one being francescas and the Sanrio store. Thank you Penn Square mall for being awesome.

Several stores have closed permanently. There is no place to sit except in the food court. All benches are still removed. There is long lines to get in several stores. Lego store had 5 customer's in the store and 12 outside of the store. The information booth is empty.

One of the better malls left. Just like you remember them. A little bit of everything all in one place. If you are just looking for ideas for someone this is the place to be. Very spacious and plenty of stores with various types. Something for everyone here.

This review is for MINISO. This store has cute things and I have been waiting to shop here for several months so I was really excited! Giving only 3 stars though because when I was checking out, the cashier was extremely rude. I previously worked in customer service including retail for about 10 years and have never encountered a reason to be as rude as she was (and that's saying a lot because I know customers can be awful). Maybe she was having a bad day, but that isn't my fault. I was politely asking for a smaller bag than the one I paid for at self checkout (the only option) because I didn't know that it would be that big for 5 small items, and the attitude she gave me would have been warranted if I was rude about it, but I was not. I likely will not return to this location for a long time in hopes that when I come back she won't be the cashier again. She was also rude to my friend for the same reason. This store should be more transparent about the bag size and allow for a bag size choice at self checkout.

It was great to step foot into an indoor mall that was flourishing! *Bonus The mall was hosting a special event for our community service clientele. It was nice to visit with local police officers, firefighters, paramedics, forensic specialists, etc. and thank them for their service.

I really like the indoor architecture of Penn Square Mall in Oklahoma City. And it’s even better than the Woodland Hills Mall in Tulsa. And I like the owner of the mall, which would be Simon Property Group.

Visited Von Mauer and H and M and found everything we were looking for and had an enjoyable time. Pretty clean for a mall, we had dinner at the food court and we enjoyed ourselves. Definitely will be returning when we need another mall run.

This is a big mall with a ton of great stores! It’s definitely way better than the quail springs mall. I’ve been coming here since I was 13. I’m 25 now and it’s only improved!

Loved it!!!! Lots of great stores. Easy access to freeway. Lots of available parking on ground level. Great sales at most stores. Lots of walking so wear comfy shoes. Elevators. Food courts. East & west ends. Sit down restaurants as well from $$ - $$$$$. A fun place to visit & shop..

This is a good place to window shop! Lot's of beautiful pieces but not budget friendly. I'd rather go to Earthbound or Craig's Emporium for my crystals, and I'm not sure what the and more means because there's not anything but crystals really! Should be located in the Paseo or arts district really! There's no character in the store and it's very boring!!!!!

By far one of the nicest malls I’ve been to. Large variety of shops, would recommend stopping in Vans if that’s your style. Food court was clean and also had a large selection.

Great place to be profiled if they don't like your face, no wonder half of the locals are empty. In fact as we entered the mall they were doing the same to another couple, I've seen them abusing people for a pair of shoes, or hair, but never though it would happen to me. I am a 63 year old man, they followed me from entry, walked the dog around me several times followed me all over the place and after half an hour I was approached and asked if I had a firearm, which I didn't, I responded "You could have asked that question form the beginning instead of all the theatrics! You are just annoying shoppers!" Their stupid dog never showed any interest, it was just them making up conspiracies! . Went back to a store and returned all I bought from them, never going back, nor my friends and family.

Much different than it was when we moved here five years ago. Quality stores have left and cheap, junky stores have replaced them. Stores don't open until 11:00 a.m. - news flash - the pandemic is over! Escalator is broken, no paper towel in restrooms, and stores aren't staffed with enough employees.

The management is obviously working very hard to keep the mall clean and welcoming. Everything looks well-maintained, and it is encouraging to see that new stores have moved into recent vacancies. It looks nice. 😀

Had lunch at Edie's Grill, a Sub-Saharan grill. I had a smoked brisket sandwich on a potato bun. Had bell peppers and onion. The side of fries were covered in smoked and spicy paprika. Great sandwich and the fries were a treat. The dipping sauce was an added bonus.

Was alright, not very wheelchair accessible. Doors were tiny to go through, the main elevator was out of order so we had to go in the back rooms to get anywhere upstairs, I don’t know why there aren’t double ramps on both walkways and it’s hard to get around anyone when it gets crowded on the ramps, especially because they are steep. Also, gross bathrooms, straight up.

Busy, full, lots of options. A great place to go if you like bustling malls. They keep it very clean and have a lot of food vendors too. I don’t know if this is always the case, but the lines in the food court seemed to move pretty quick, so it didn’t take a long time to get lunch.

My visits there are NEVER disappointing! Servers are always gracious and attentive. The food is FANTASTIC, you never have to wait on servers with the various meats! Always clean, nice ambiance and great drinks! Reservations are highly RECOMMENDED!

It's like stepping into a time machine, everyone working in the shops wearing masks, keeping they're distance, asking you to pay with only a cc, if you pay with cash they ask if you'll donate your change, like there's a shortage of money... meanwhile the rest of Oklahoma has gotten back to normal. Nice mall though, one of the few that doesn't have a bunch of boarded up shops. Small food court and movie theater. Ample parking if you go around back, many higher end stores.

Went to vision works and got new glasses, they accepted MetLife insurance. Not as good of a deal as sand club but was worth the selection. The pair I chose was only available at vision works and nothing else really looked right for me

Really used to be the nicest mall in Oklahoma City. It has went down over the years. There is no trolley system for overflow parking. No enough handicap parking. No security in the parking garage. Mall kiosks sell discounted sheets instead of local and unique items. Lot of window shoppers make it hard for serious shoppers to maneuver.

  • 3/5 Jon Y. 1 year ago on Google
I have to start with, I'm not a fan of being at the mall. A store had an item that I needed, so I had to brave the gauntlet. I found a parking space, only a few miles from the entrance. Realistically, not very far, but the mall wasn't very busy. Inside is nice, cool and generally filled with chatter. The food court has a few good choices, that I didn't go to because of being on a laser focused mission to gamestop. But the mall is great when you are young. It's a place to hang out, see friends, whatever. I remember it being fun

Still thrives in an e-commerce world! They've gotten some unique shops and still deliver on the mall experience some people still love. I think of there were more attractions they could host it would up the foot traffic. Still a great spot.

  • 4/5 Tom L. 1 year ago on Google
Good mall for all, but there are more stores that cater to the "younger" ones. The food court has a variety of foods. The Lego store is a must. It has an Escape Room and a movie theater. Security is present and visible. We will be back.

This place has more stores than quail springs mall in my opinion. Lots to see and to have a good time to walk around and eat some junk food or drinks. Parking can be annoying at times but thats just about every mall out there. Only thing they need more of is chairs so more people can wait for other people to see every store. Would be nice if it had an indoor aquarium as well. Overall a nice place to stroll around after a good lunch.

One of best malls in Oklahoma City and my favorite part of this mall the AMC theater. I am a sneaker head and has great stores to find some true sneaker gems! The parking is decent and I typically park on the upper level.

Thought it may have been more interesting than the mall in Lawton… or even more interesting than it was 10 years ago. Wasn’t really impressed. Ford court didn’t have a great selection, but I ended up with the spaghetti and garlic bread. That was the best part of the trip.

my first time here: great place, however, i’m limited so i only made it from Macy’s to the center and back😄 great sitting areas for individual like myself to rest and take in the sights.

I dock one point for not being open at least by 8. Would love to beat the crowd. The facility is always clean and the stores are what you expect of a mall. This is a larger mall as compared to others. I love going to Dillard’s. The bathrooms could be cleaned just a little better.

  • 4/5 Miss S. 9 months ago on Google
Always packed, not all of the escalators work for those who may need it. I went to the theater inside and wipped down our seats because, obviously, the employees failed to do so. Had my own snack because the prices were crazy. I did get a bite to eat at Charley's, which was pricey as well, even with a coupon.

Very beautiful mall with a lot of different stores that I haven't seen in Kansas City we were traveling for family softball and decided to do a little shopping. The food court is very clean the bathrooms are very clean the food was good. And overall they had a lot of good selections for different stores

  • 4/5 Jon S. 8 months ago on Google
We like hot topic, but dang that arcade could just lower the prices a smidge! I mean all the video games are already plugged in and going so wouldn't some money from extra customers be better than limited people spending 3 dollars for two minutes? We walked in, got very frustrated, and then went to incredible pizza. We'll never go back.

  • 4/5 Mark “RANGERS FAN” p. 8 months ago on Google
Was out there today trying to find the right store to buy a baseball cap went to the wrong store first but finally found the one I was needing . But was too hot and overheated to buy what I wanted as I was walking I took a spill and people stopped to help me get back up on my feet and someone was nice enough to go get my keys that fell over the railing on to the floor below. I like going there and I’ll be back to Lids to make my purchase in a few days after I get my strength back …while I was in the food court I asked a fast food worker for a cup of water and he handed me a bottle of water and said it was free as I was overheated and my blood pressure was spiking up …thank you whoever you were your kindness was appreciated….

We really like this mall alot. The food court is very well cared for, the bathrooms are always clean, security is regularly making rounds, and there is a nice selection of different stores to choose from. The cleanliness alone gets my 5 star vote! All of the vendors Ive run into along the way are friendly also.

  • 1/5 Mary E. 7 months ago on Google
3 Reasons not to come: 1. Limited selection: many shops have closed. 2. Unsafe: the parking garage is chipped everywhere, including the stairways. 3. Unsettling atmosphere: there is a heavy security presence that are unfriendly to all; no longer a family friendly environment. I can't shop there peacefully even if I tried. It's sad because I used to love coming here with my kids.

  • 4/5 Bauner M. 6 months ago on Google
This is the nicer mall in the city, almost every storefront is occupied and the empty ones are actively being renovated for new businesses. Food court has a varied selection of eateries, all with well working drink fountains. Some malls may be dying out, but this one seems to be kicking still.

  • 5/5 C. R. 6 months ago on Google
Haven't been there for awhile. But its always a POSITIVE experience. Great jewelry shops, good food in the food court. Malls have mall prices. And in this present economy, mall shopping may not be for everyone. If you are Blessed enough to shop where you please, Penn Square has always delivered.

We went here today to get a watch fixed. It was my first time going to a mall in several years. I was surprised to see how many stores closed down for Covid-19 and never re-opened. They do have a mandatory mask policy. Most people had theirs on and carried on with business as usual, but of course there were several young people in there who pulled theirs down once they were inside ?. Other than that, no issues.

Penn Square Mall is one of the few malls left in OKC. They have several stores that are closing but still slot that's open. They have a nice food court, my favorite place is See's Candy. I grew up on that store?, they also sell macaroons and of course Kay Jewelers my absolute favorite ?

Wow... Place is falling apart. Took my son to the men's restroom in the food court and it was horrible. Sinks not working and only 1 of the soap dispenser had soap. In this day and time... I was truly surprised and mortified. It's already hard enough to want to go to these types of places and I seriously doubt we go back until this thing is over with. I just hope the mall can hold on that long and does a better job keeping people safe.

Penn Square Mall still exists despite the progressive, inevitable and continual decline and disappearance of malls nationwide and globally as well. The selection of stores isn't vast by any means and there are many vacant store fronts. Instead of an Apple Store, inside Penn Square Mall you will find its embarrassing inadequate poor excuse for an alternative step brother, the Microsoft Windows store. Seeing that pretty much sets the tone for the entire Mall experience. There's a deserted ghostly and eerie feeling throughout, but the few places that do remain are all cheap imitating knock off attempts meant to replicate the original with not much success or realism.

I haven't been to a mall in 5 years. This reminded me of the one from childhood which I really miss and am super nostalgic for. Two levels with working escalators, an AMC theater,, food court. Typical fare. It had the same smell.as my childhood one.. A perfect mix of Cick-filet, mall sanitation and cologne. I used to hang at an Aladins castle playing arcade games. It brought me right back. Needs more parking, but so does everyplace else. Loved it!
