Great nostalgia going on here throughout the building. I used to visit the original Harold's back in the day when it was the Ralph Lauren Polo capital of OKC.

This place has a bank in it and they are constantly finding reasons to close the lobby they don't care about what the customers think or feel about their personal information they ask in front of others. Bad policy they need to be more customer oriented I see no reason for someone to close but they said there was water damage funny I am looking through the windows and see nothing

50 Penn place is a multi story professional building. It is across the street from Penn Place Mall. As of October 2023 the lobby in 50 Penn Place is under construction and the management has no signage directing where the elevators are when you enter the vast lobby. Epic Charter Schools has professional offices in 50 Penn Place. PARKING PARKING PARKING. If you are not employed at 50 Penn Place you cannot Park in the covered park I g, because you need a card. The covered parking/employee parking entrance is on the Olive Garden Restaurant side. If you are a patron/customer to a business in 50 Penn Place go to the parking lot adjacent to the carwash or where the Belke Isel Brewery sign is. See attached pictures. Note, parking can be confusing if you arrive on Olive Garden side of building. Just go around the building to the other side.

Building isn't kept up well and property manager is abrasive. Escalators have been out for over 6 months. Problems with elevators, heat and air and other issues are very common. Lots of empty shops.

Granddaughter loves the place. Epic...she's testing out of 4 subjects. 😁

Full Circle Bookstore in 50 Penn is a treasure. The model of what a bookstore ought to be. While there are few stores in 50 Penn Place, I can not understand why. It is a beautiful building. Perhaps the rent is too high? I hope small businesses and consumers rediscover this landmark.

Parking is awful/awkward. Shopping experience is l-i-m-i-t-e-d

It's a good place to shop around, wish they had more options. An arcade would be hot.

Great small mall for walking. Restaurant, bar, bookstore, art gallery, and a few other shops.

It stinks in here, the mgmt is awful, escalators are always down, its drampy & dark. A real ghost town

Small shopping center, mostly offices, but had an amazing book store that makes it worth the trip.

They have various stores located inside. A decent food court.

Few shops are open. Full Circle, though, is the best independent book store in OKC.

Not a lot going on inside right now. They're renovating Bell Isle Brewery and there is a lot of vacancies. They do have Full Circle Bookstore which is awesome and a couple of clothing stores.

Olive Garden is part of 50 Penn place even though it's a separate building.

Overpriced, they need a better map system, it was hard to find the store I was going to.

I go to 50 Penn for Full Circle Books, THE best independent bookstore in Oklahoma. The 4 stars is for the mall itself as the only public restrooms are in the middle of the mall.

A very cool unique type place where you go to the bookstore grab a suit and even something to eat they really should advertise more and put more stores in there where people would want to stop them more often.

Cool building but no parking for the epic charter school. All the parking is for other businesses other than Epic and signs stating that. Olive garden says they will tow your car. Other signs say need key card to get out or no suvs, mini vans, or crossover vehicles. Stupid really.

Mall did not open til 10 the week before Christmas. So inconvenient!! Dillards didn't open til 11. I was forced to shop elsewhere because a single mom of 3 that works 40+ hours per week doesn't have time to wait for stores to open.

We went to EPIC on the 3rd floor but noticed that there was only 3 shops open in the whole place. We only saw about 7 people the whole time we were there from 1:45p-5:00p.

I love this mall. It reminds me of the one I went to as a child. It has the same smell of chicken filet, buttered popcorn and mall disinfectant. The escalators and sky lights are beautiful! AMC theater, Hot topic, and Spencer's all present, as well as Macy's and Bed Bath Beyond. Lots of room from a compact mall. Go walk and shop... Oh buy the way....lol...did I mention the Lego Store! Food court on second floor too! I wish there was a Ballys Arcade. That would complete the feeling of nostalgia for me.
