I went to this emergency room because I read such great reviews on the quality of care and how the wait times are so minimal and they had 24/7 care with MRI, Ultrasound and CT machines (which is what I was going in for) I would like to just say, I worked in the Emergency Department for 7 years and have never seen such a cold and dismissive physician in my life. I didn’t even spend 35 minutes in there. I was also extremely thrown off when after looking at their website before going saying they offer imaging, I was then told that another physician would make the best call on imaging needed and there wasn’t anything there they could do since it was 2 am. (24/7 ER?) The facility and nurses/staff were pleasant but the physician was enough to make me never go back.

Literally had zero wait. Wonderful gal at the front desk came outside immediately to assist me into the building. Staff was respectful, kind, informative, and fast. What would have taken at least 8 hours in a traditional ER took less than an hour and a half. Including scans, infusions, discharge. While I hope I never need another ER, I certainly will not be going to a traditional ER ever again. Highly recommend ❤️

Oklahoma ER and Hospital was the only place that could get me in for a rapid Covid test. Everyone and I mean everyone was super nice and made me feel very welcomed. They even gave me a warm blanket while I waited in patient room for the results of my test — negative by the way. I will go here again should the need arise. Excellent place.

This Facility and the Staff are the absolute Best! They immediately addressed my health issues, ran the necessary tests, explained everything to me in detail and treated my condition. From the kind receptionist, to the friendly and compassionate nursing staff to the very knowledgeable and professional physician on staff . The rooms were clean , accommodating , I felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands. I literally just relocated from Dallas and was given a warm experience. I thank the entire staff and recommend this facility.

This is the cleanest hospital I have ever been in! This is, by FAR, the best choice for emergency needs, especially if you have Commercial Insurances (BCBS, Healthchoice, Etc) or are in a car wreck! They also have awesome (probably the best) cash-pay rates!

Facility was very clean and well maintained. All the staff were professional and courteous during all interactions. They took the time to make sure I understood everything and made sure to ask if I had any questions about anything at every step of my treatment. A superb experience under less than superb circumstances.

Despite being absolutely insanely busy, every single staff member was extremely patient and kind. They were very helpful to everyone, and kept the facility running smoothly. I was extremely impressed to say the least. The front desk ladies were so so nice and answered all my questions

Doctors and staff were very nice! Even after I was rude because of the amount of pain I was in, which I never got to apologize so I’m very sorry! The nurses continued to be polite and help me any way they could. Thank you!

I was in from Dallas visiting my dad and felt bad with temp. So I went to this urgent care ER. I was one of 2 patients and it still took the Dr. almost an hour to see me. None of the employees were smiling or friendly with the exception of the receptionist and a male nurse. Thankfully I was in and out in about 2 1/2 hours. Smile and be friendly folks it’s super easy and makes people feel better.

We walked in and greeted by friendly faces. Discussed what we were there for and was told we would be called back in a just a minute. I went to go grab a coffee from their complimentary drinks/snacks and they already called my son and me back. We went to a private room and right away had a nurse taking care. My son had lab work/ X-ray and CAT scan completed. Results took about 45 minutes. Technicians and doctor were all very pleasant and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this ER!! The only bad thing I could say is it is freezing in the there. No heat was on. This is a reoccurring issue as the technicians were dressed warm and one even wore a heated vest.

Excellent experience! Staff, Nurse and Doctor were exceptional. Very caring, no wait and Doctor nail the health concern within 30 minutes. Provided medication to be filled @ our local pharmacy. Five Star Experience, Thank you for the pain relief, medication to address the issue….my wife is doing 90% better 1 day after the visit!!

I took my son in at 6am, they took us in really fast, that’s the plus. They were nice while we were there. I told the doctor my son had high fever all night that was the reason I took him in and that he was picking at his ears. My son is autistic so I can read his behaviors better then anyone else since he can’t speak for himself. The doctor didn’t see the ears infection until I mentioned the ears picking twice. I told him the pharmacy was Bethany community pharmacy, he sent the antibiotic to Bethany discount pharmacy which is doesn’t even existed anymore because the phone number was disconnected so I couldn’t even tell them to transfer to my right pharmacy so then the nurse called me to tell me the results for the viral panel and I asked him to fix the pharmacy issue he said he couldn’t do anything since the doctor left. I called the ER again so the receptionist said the nurse would call me back to fix the issue. Never heard back from them. So I guess in the whole facility there was only one doctor there that could prescribe antibiotic so now my son is still having issue and I took him to his primary care clinic they can’t do anything until we can get the antibiotic transfer over. Like WTH!?!? I’m so frustrated with them like do they even care? Of course this is 1 time experience because even this ER is free from my insurance I will NEVER come back

This place was recommended to me by a friend and I could not be more pleased! I was greeted right away and went to the back within minutes. Both of my nurses and doctors were attentive and friendly (I was there over shift change). There was a warm blanket waiting on my bed when I got in the room! I was offered some ginger ale since I was nauseated and they checked on me and communicated next steps while letting me rest with the lights off. Everything was clearly explained along with the scripts that were given to me at discharge. Having worked in an ER, I have to say that this place takes care to the next level! It must be a great place to work as well because every one of the employees was so friendly! I won’t hesitate to go again if needed! Thank you!

I could not be more pleased with my visit! I called before going and the receptionist was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The lady at the front desk was extremely kind and professional as well. I was seen immediately, which was so nice! The nurses were top- notch, caring, attentive, and answered all my questions. Dr. Lee took fantastic care of me. He thoroughly addressed my questions and went above and beyond. I was blown away at how quickly I was seen, my issues addressed, and how quickly I was able to leave. This place is a hidden gem!!!!! I cannot recommend it enough!

The day staff was amazing... very clean, nice place...if I ever have surgery again I'd definitely choose this hospital... my only issue was the night staff, I felt like I was a bother and she was rude. But other than that it was a great stay. And the snacks were great!!

Best all around service from start to finish! Amazing front desk staff, nurses were outstanding and catering to my needs. I appreciated them and even though I hope I don't need emergency care, I will travel back here before going anywhere else - Keep up the great work!

This was the fastest ER experience I've ever had. The staff were amazing. The front desk staff were kind and the nurses and Dr's were wonderful and very quick.

My daughter fell and broke her clavicle so we came in because we live down the street. They got us in, did X-rays and before you know it we were on our way. We had a great experience here. Their hospitality and efficiency were incredible and I can’t recommend them enough.

Went in for a knee injury. They got me back to the room so fast I didn't have time to finish the paperwork. Dr saw me and ordered x-rays. Xray tech took 3 shots before I knew it, Dr returned and I was out in an hour. Excellent service, very professional, highly recommended!

This is the best ER I’ve ever been at. From the time we walked thru the door until we left the staff made us feel welcomed. They took their time and ACTUALLY LISTENED TO US. They were patient, caring and competent. The facility was spotless and inviting. Bonus: my granddaughter & grandson got gifts. Also in the lobby they have FREE SNACKS (chips, soft drinks, orange juice, coffee). I highly recommend Oklahoma ER & Hospital for your ER visit.

I took myself and 2 daughters to OK ER in the height of omicron. We were seen within a very reasonable amount of time. Every staff member was kind and patient with us, explaining treatment plans and options very clearly. I would highly recommend!

We came here for an MRI many months ago and had the most amazing experience. All the staff is incredibly kind and caring. It’s a clean facility. Very soothing. When we needed to go in for an emergency recently, we knew right where to go. There was no wait and no shortage of kind people trying to make the best of a hard experience. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. Highly recommend. Took my daughter to get stwabbed for possible strep. Personally I love the staff and think that they are great. My daughter was the patient and says that it was a great experience, Kyle RN was awesome and made her day with a cute bear. She also said the swabbing wasn't so bad, she's a pro after last year's strep occurrences where everywhere swabs for strep, flu and covid. Thanks OKER for being an awesome place

Had to visit the ER recently and be the patient. I will say we have the best staff around. Kenzie, Liz, Lori and Mike did an amazing job taking care of a cranky old patient. Dr Hoelscher was very thorough and caring. Everyone involved from registration to the nurses To radiology and to the physician all deserve 10 stars. Thanks for the wonderful care!!

I was seen in April, all the staff from check in to techs to the nurses and doctor were fabulous. Very kind, fast and helpful. I just called again now to request records, and again, both ladies I spoke to were very helpful and kind, which goes a long way in today's world!

Loved my experience here. I was seen quickly and my absolute favorite part was being offered a warm blanket. I was able to take little naps in between being seen by the nurses and the doctor. Loved the snacks that were also offered in the waiting area. Very clean and there wasn’t a wait either!

Each visit, I have been more than happy with the care I’ve received at Oklahoma ER & Hospital. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and really want to help. 10/10 for the nurses, doctors, and other staff members who you may encounter. The reason for 4 stars is the time spent at this establishment. I believe I have only been here twice and both times, I had (what felt like) an extreme wait time in my room. I will say I get taken back to be seen quickly but if you need to be in and out, don’t expect that here! If you don’t mind waiting a few hours in the room and having a lovely staff, I highly recommend this establishment.

Absolutely the best hospital experience one could ever have. This was my third visit to Oklahoma ER & Hospital. Each and every staff member treats you like you are a member of their own family. Amazing people...

A friend told me about this place and I am so glad that she did. I was having a severe allergic reaction; I had gone to urgent care, and they took one look at me and told me to go to an ER. I went to a smaller community ER as every large hospital was overwhelmed - that other ER told me that I would have at least a 3 hour wait. It was then that I was told about Oklahoma ER & Hospital. I called (a real human actually answered!) and asked what their wait was like and decided to go. They were able to see me after about 20 minutes for which I am incredibly grateful. I was able to get treatment, observation, and approval to go home by the time I would have just been admitted at the other place. The staff was very kind and answered all of my questions. Both the lobby and patient room were clean. I will absolutely recommend this place to anyone. They supposedly also have a program that benefits teachers - I believe that they will waive the copay, but I can’t be for sure as I haven’t yet received my bill.

They took walk ins unlike every other urgent care. Got in and out pretty quick. Place was clean and employees were nice. They will more than likely become my go to instead of access medical. They also had snacks and drinks available to you.

The entire staff was so amazing! I came in feeling like I was on my death bed, they made me feel comfortable and welcome from the beginning which is not usually my experience when dealing with other health staffers. They actually listened, didn’t rush, was very kind and patient. I really appreciate everyone there

My son needed stitches at top of nose between his brows. We went in and to my surprise it was a short wait, like 10 minutes. The receptionist, nurse and staff were very nice and helped my son feel comfortable and taken care of. The doctor did a great job with the stitches. It was quick but well done. He has a very small scar that’s still healing. It’s also very sanitary organized and clean at this hospital. I would definitely recommend my family and friends here.

Quick visit, felt at ease after the doctor answered all our questions. They were not in a rush, they didn’t shove us out the door. They were very caring and listened to what we had to say. Yes, if you have an emergency do not hesitate this is the place to go and be able to get in with out waiting forever. Good people, good service, can’t recommend any higher.

Our visits here are always great! My daughter has received stitches and had her stomach checked for pains. On both visits, we were seen quickly and everyone was so friendly! It’s always clean and quiet as well. Highly recommend!

I am very impressed with the quickness and quality of their service. I know wait times will vary, but I was seen so quickly that I had to fill out my processing paperwork AFTER my visit with the doctor! The staff was very attentive, excellent listeners, and then communicated very clearly about both their diagnosis and prescribed treatment. I feel very confident in both. The fact that the facility is newer and very clean also helps inspire confidence.

The Oklahoma ER has helped both my family members and myself. Most recently, I had a medical emergency which required an overnight stay. The front desk staff was kind and courteous, the nurses and doctors were knowledgeable, easy to talk to and very helpful. They quickly ran the tests I needed and made a plan to monitor me to keep me safe. It was a scary situation for me, but I felt safe there. I would highly recommend!

This is the absolute best place to go for all your emergency services. I had to go today and everyone from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out was 5 star amazing. Also within 30 minutes of walking in I had a CT scan done, blood drawn and a urine sample done and results. The doc was absolutely amazing and cared about how I felt and how I was doing and made sure I was comfortable. Thank you so much for these amazing health care workers. ❤

The receptionist upfront named Michelle was very nice and helpful with the paperwork. When you are not feeling great it’s always nice to have a kind person help you. The screener who tested us for COVID-19 was quick, compassionate, and very helpful as well. I know the medical field has been through so much so it’s so uplifting to see the staff be so kind.

My experience was a small one, seeking a quick Covid test. They were as kind and helpful on the phone as they were in person. Small but neat waiting room with tall ceiling and interesting light fixture, TV and coffee/beverage counter. Pleasant (as it could be considering illness), it was as if they weren't rushing around but handling things appropriately.

Dr. Lee was very thorough and explained everything very well. Our nurse Chris efficient and patient with my dad. We were in and out in no time despite the work up. Thank you very much for taking such good care of my dad I appreciate you.

My daughter needed to get an MRI quick. Not only did they get her in much faster than anywhere else but had the results that evening for us! While I was there I witnessed their staff being caring and efficient! Great place and staff. Will use them from now on.

This hospital was a dream. I went in scared and anxious and not feeling well and they were the most accommodating wonderful people I have ever come across in the medical profession. They were compassionate and nice and made me feel comfortable and heard. This is the new standard of care that I will hold all other practitioners to from here on out. Highly recommend.

The Staff here is just AMAZING! Every single nurse, tech, front desk receptionist, and doctor we interacted with were INCREDIBLE and treated us with so much KINDNESS. They all provided the best care during a stressful and scary illness and diagnosis. They not only provided the best care for my husband, but they were also caring for me making sure I felt comfortable at all times. Thank you Kyle, Keith, Kaitlyn, and Chance (Our wonderful nurses) for everything. We will be forever grateful!

The staff is phenomenal Hillary was my nurse for my visit. Very knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Worden saw my daughter and his bedside manner was one of the best I’ve ever seen. As a medical professional myself I prefer this facility over the big city ones.

I was very impressed with how the staff handle themselves. My doctor was excellent, he assessed the situation quickly and calmly, and explained to me how he was going to resolve it. His work was fast and accurate. The nursing staff was very kind and informative. They got me in and out quickly and took good care of my injury.

The Doctors and staff are always fantastic. Very pleasant and professional. Super clean. We’ve always been in and out within an hour. The Doctors are always very thorough and take whatever time we need to address all our concerns. This ER will ALWAYS be our first choice. We couldn’t ask for a better experience in an emergency.

Great experience! They got us in quick for an x-ray of the ankle, got her wrapped up and out the door in less than an hour. Front desk friendly, staff efficient and friendly and facility was very clean. Highly recommend.

I was in terrible pain when I walked in, the front receptionist was amazing and it was just as good when I went back. The nurse Hillary was compassionate and very nice. Dr. Lee was great and fixed me right up. I will definitely chose that place over any other ER in OKC.
