I will start with i have never left a review in my life but i feel like i have to this time. I am not a fan of going to see a doctor. I have been dealing with pain for 2 weeks. I finally could not stand it anymore. Called me family doc. They told me I couldn't get in for 3 days. So I went here. I Told them what I had going on. Then had me do some paperwork. Then got called back. They They tell me there is nothing they can do for me. Didn't look at me Didn't tell me anything other then you need to see a specialist. Then made me feel out more paperwork so they could get paid for nothing. If they couldn't help me they should of told me up front. All they want is there money. I will not be going back to this place and I suggest no one go. It is just a scam. If you can't help someone just tell them and let them move on. Don't take there $ to tell them sorry nothing we can do here. If I could give them zero stars I would. NEVER AGAIN.

Pretty terrible experience. Went to urgent care the night before and found my daughter had blood in her urine etc. Started an antibiotic for a UTI. Next day high fevers still so took her to this hospital. Waited hours to see a doctor. Got in looked at her looked in her ear and determined it was not a UTI but an ear infection so switched antibiotics for that which has no effect on UTI. Dr said rotate ibuprofen and Tylenol every 3 hours and to keep at this and no need to return to ER unless persists for a week. 2 days later my daughter is sepsis due to UTI at another ER found infection moved into left kidney and now hospitalized. Grade A hospital for sure "all the sarcasm". Note: the ear "infection" was caused due to the extremely high fevers "105+".

One of the worst experiences. First off the staff were super rude. The doctor was rude as well. Kept asking me questions then looking at as if I were dumb. I asked the assistant how often do I take the medication prescribed she said she didnā€™t know and I would have to call a number the following day to find out. On top of that the lady in the front assured me it was not a wait which we waited over 3 hours. The staff were talking and giggling about their personal life then when they saw me they continued like they were ā€œworkingā€. On top of everything my insurance did not cover anything and I had to pay out of pocket . Recommend not going here!

I went to this ER after falling and injuring my shoulder. Front desk was courteous and efficient, followed by short wait before being called back and placed in a room. There was only one family in waiting room with us! This was not a hustle bustle hell night in the ER! Thankful the banking and finance part of my care was addressed ASAP! My $200.00 Co pay was handled promptly! About 10 mins passed... front run nurse Ronda (she was a great sweet spirit) came in and greeted me and took my vitals. About 10mins later... here came xray technician. She took 3 x-rays, with mobile a xray machine in the room...however technician had several issues trying to operate the machine and was not happy with results she got. She and the machine leave... didn't give me any confidence that she had done A + work for a patient! I saw what was taken... Hmmm. I've had enough sports injuries and more xrays, mri's than several people. Dr. finally came in, I asked if I needed to remove my dress shirt... no! He proceeded to feel and try to assess my injury without even looking at my clavicle, and shoulder other other than where is pain, here, there, and touching each area. THAT WAS IT! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? He THINKS i have a hairline fracture, and a torn rotator cuff. When asked about xray images... hard to tell. Still no dress shirt off to reveal a definite under the skin injury and one shoulder lower than the other and a protrusion under the skin... no range of motion, nothing done to feel or see popping and evident injury. But hey, I want you to go see the referred Orthopedic Specialist- Steven Sands in the next 48hrs. Ok, and what do I do to control a pain level of 8+? I have had back, knee, foot surgeries... but was majorly concerned with dealing with this pain. 15mins later I am given a Norcold... a arm sling... and discharged me with instructions if I have or experience any other issues from this injury to call or come back in. I made it to Friday, approx. 48hrs... pain level was not being handled. I called ER and asked if I could speak to the nurse or Dr Z due to pain mgnt was not working, and I would not be able to see Orthopedic Specialist until the coming Tuesday. Nurse identified herself as Kelly was extremely rude, and would not let me talk. Your not getting any prescription for pain and hung up. I told her I was told to call or come in per my discharge if problems, pain, etc continue. My wife calls back... we are not shopping for drugs... needed help to manage level of ongoing pain. It is Nurse Kelly again. My wife asked for the Dr to please call us. Very rude, said Dr most likely will not call...as we are a busy ER.... and hung up on my wife. So, I am after my primary Dr's office hours... yet Integris Council Crossing wants me to come back in for another $200 copay to see the SAME Dr., to get a pain prescription? This is the WORST experience I have ever had from any hospital in my 60+yrs of life. New building, new location... but service, care and just good Ole compassion is not evident in the very nurse and attending physician. Stay away...

This place is a joke! Took my daughter and myself up there. They asked us a few questions and sent some prescriptions to the pharmacy. They did not do a good check on either us and now my daughter is back at the ER with kidney issues. The male nurse working the night of 12/7/21 should be fired. he looks and acts like he hates life, terrible tone, body language and doesnā€™t care about any patients. He acted like he wanted to get us out and go to sleep. stay away from this place!

I seriously wish I would have read the reviews first . They are HORRIFIC! My 1 year old was having an asthma attack while they still had me sit and fill out papers first. Here we are 1 day later and the prescriptions we were told to drop off and pick up wasnā€™t on the papers. I called the hospital back for the missing prescription and the RUDE lady that sees what he was clearly given and prescribed wonā€™t reorder them because ā€œshe wasnā€™t who saw himā€. Her only solution is to take him back to he seen AGAIN or to his primary doctor. HOW ABOUT DO YOUR JOB OR GET A NEW ONE. Playing with kids lives is some pretty bad karma I pray she gets.

Do not go there. I went there and was there for 30 minutes and the dr sent me home with antibiotics and a shot. Had to return one day later with sepsis and almost died. Was hospitalized for a week cause they didnā€™t take the time to do blood work and try to figure out the issues. Dr was joke and acted like he didnā€™t want to be there and sure didnā€™t want to help me. Also now dealing with their billing and they are not part of INTEGRIS. Didnā€™t have any issue the INTEGRIS hospital but this place is not INTEGRIS. They will not set up payment plans and will not accept the money Iā€™m trying to pay cause itā€™s not their minimum payment. Nothing but bad experiences with them and I will never use them again and I tell everyone not use them. Go the extra few miles and go to baptist or mercy.

I suggest driving a few extra miles to the next ER facility. The staff members at this facility are rude and lack compassion. This is the second time we have been here this month and both experiences were equally bad. Both nurses (2 separate visits) who checked us in treated us as if we were wasting their time and hospital resources. They seem to have lost sight of the fact that people who visit ERs seeking emergency medical help are the only reason that they have a job. And the sad part is that we have no course of action when they treat us poorly. I have to assume that the other hospitals in this area are much better options. My wife left basically without any treatment and they were arrogant in the way that they ineffectively treated us. We will not visit another INTEGRIS hospital unless we absolutely have to.

Honestly I wouldn't even give it a star if it was an option. I had came in my daughter to get her looked at because she was having asthmatic problems. The doctor was real professional and the nurses were real professional but the front desk was not. I have finished all of my paperwork and was walking out with my daughter and the lady from the front desk had stopped me telling me she need to get my paperwork I reassured her I have my paperwork and I showed it to her and she said not that paperwork. I then asked her what paperwork she was referring to and she had mentioned it was the billing aspect essentially with my insurance information I then told her yes I had filled that paperwork out before they even had a chance to look at my child and then the lady started getting really rude and told me I needed to leave the facility and I was no longer welcome there. I trusted this hospital and that is why I brought my daughter here instead of anywhere else I could have took her but the lady in the front office reassured me that I made the wrong choice and that this was not going to be an experience that I would forget. I told her that I didn't understand what I had done wrong or said wrong and then she told me I need to leave before she makes me leave essentially. Solid 0 stars for me. I am really upset about this experience and I do not wish this upon anyone.

Service at this location is slow took my daughter because she kept throwing up couldn't keep anything down due to 10 weeks pregnant with her first child we literally waiting 5 hours nobody in the waiting room. A man was literally bleeding everywhere he sat in there just as long as us. Glad he didn't bleed to death. I understand it's covid and some people are really extremely sick but dam be upfront with the patient. It's going to be a long wait. I could've went somewhere else or did some home remedies. If you short staff say that. I usually have patience but this took the cake. I had to pray because I went off a little God stepped in calm me down.

Never go here. I and my wife wife went for Covid feast and we were in very bad shape. They ladyā€™s upfront totally misguide us and didnā€™t run our insurance first and just got us in and when we came out she made us fill garantor form and asked up 500 dollar per head in deposit so total of 1000 dollars for Covid test visit. My point is why didnā€™t she told me about deposit before hand. We donā€™t have food to eat at home and this butchers butchered sick people for 1000 bucks just for Covid Test bcos it is so called hospital visit and not Covid test center. I will launch a complaint with state department of health

donā€™t even go here unless you want to get charged an arm and a leg, just go to an emergency clinic or something. i was in there for less than 5 minutes and iā€™m out over $700. my doctor didnā€™t even use gloves or wash his hands before examining me. not worth it at all.

Do not come here if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant! I have never been to a hospital that was so Ill prepared. They canā€™t figure out any scheduling. Canā€™t get anything done. Itā€™s been 2 weeks since my girlfriends d and c she in pain every day and this hospital has only added to that or caused unnecessary stress.

All I can say is DONT GO. Staff is disrespectful. I have never had a issue with an Integris branch in the past, always exceptional. This location by FAR is the worst one. You will walk out feeling worse than you walked in. Staff is extremely hateful. You can tell they hate theyā€™re jobs. I would not want my enemy to be cared for by these people. There definitely needs to be a investigation done at this facility. Patient relations does nothing about this

If I could give this place zero starā€™s , I most definitely would. It is so heartbreaking that they would allow a facility such as this to continue to operate. First of all, my 19 year old informs the front desk of their complications with breathing they were having, and paperā€™s were given to them, ā€œfill this outā€. No questions of when the symptoms started, are you feeling faint, one moment, maybe we can have someone come out to check your oxygen levels. Instead, they wait in an EMPTY waiting area for at least an hour and a half. This place is over priced, under trained staff in the reception area and then to top it off, you may get a misdiagnosis. Thatā€™s happened with my daughterā€™s friend who went there before. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, if you can avoid it.

The front desk staff was very Accommodating, when I got back to the doctors the doctor rushed did not even look to see what the problem was and commenced to tell me just just put Vaseline on a blister even though I am a type one diabetic and some antiseptic as though that would help. Very rude. I wouldn't trust them with my life.

I brought my husband in on September 2 in the evening. I just wanted to make sure that my opinion as a wife, who is concerned for her loved one, is noted. I was greatly pleased at the kindness of all we encountered. The receptionist, Antonio, Rhonda and Michael helped my husband get settled in and ready to see the doctor. They were professional and kept a calm atmosphere as they spoke with us. I'm grateful to all of them. The doctor was fantastic. He noted the problem in my husband's ears that was causing such extreme pain. He added a steroid into the IV that my husband needed badly for that pain. That one thing helped tremendously. My husband who had not slept for days nor had food and drink because, when he swallowed, the pain was so severe, was able to sleep and woke up without pain. I know you all were busy Monday night but you were there when we needed you. I would definitely recommend this Integris to all my friends who needed an ER. Mrs. Croy

The mask policy is outdated according to current data and societal needs. I also have a medical condition that makes wearing a mask less than safe. However, the staff, including the office manager seemed less concerned about my actual medical needs and more so with enforcing rules that are not actually constructive.

Had to use them as a last resort the day before we were set to leave on vacation due to accidentally getting cut by a rusty old nail. Went in just to get a Tetanus shot because as I said, it was the day before our vacation & no one else could get me in on such short notice. Literally was there for 20 minutes tops. Fast forward to today and receive a bill for $3500 for ā€œemergency servicesā€ (mind you no one else was there) and the shot itself was $500 of that amount and Iā€™m assuming the small bandaid I requested & wasnā€™t given upon receiving the shot is in that amount too. Absolutely ridiculous charging anyone that astronomical of an amount just to get a shot and then to charge $3,000 for servicesā€¦ there was no services rendered other than providing the shot.

My husband went here because Integris takes our insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield). The physicians group that runs the ER doesn't take the same insurance! Integris sent my insurance company a bill and so did the physicians group (TEAMHealth). The physicians group is out of network!!! Why does a hospital allow a physicians group that doesn't take the same insurance to run their ER?!?! Now I have a bill for $1,063 because they were put of network.NEVER go here. I always choose Intergris hospitals, but that is changing!!!!!!

I went in suffering from extreme abdominal pain and got nothing but a bottle of pain killers. They claimed they tested my urine for infection but thereā€™s no way! They did a CT scan but failed to read it correctly. After going home in agonizing pain my husband rushed me to OU Medical Center were the found that my body was full of infection causing hallucinating and reproductive organ damage. (Hence the abdominal pain) Integris sent me home with a bottle of pain pills and claims that no infection was found anywhere. I almost lost my life and my kids and husband their mother and wife. They do not fully assess at Integris leaving you vulnerable. Do not go to this facility!

I went here for what I thought was a fractured hand they told me no itā€™s just sprung ā€¦a year later the sprung wrist looks and feels like a self healed broken hand smh. Not knowing about the bad service my daughter was taken there recently for abdominal pains and she was giving meds for a bowel movement after she told them she fainted before coming to the er. Well guess what after being taken to baptist we find out her appendix was about to burst!

Went to the ER here when my urgent care refused to do an EKG and my bp was up for some reason (no prior history of this). The facility was nice and clean, the staff friendly and helpful, but I will avoid going here in the future due to the cost. I was in the ER for no more than an hour with nothing special for treatment and I was billed almost $1,700! The ER doc was nice, asked me some routine questions, and told me to "avoid caffeine like the plague." They took an EKG, vitals a few times, and monitored my heart rate and rhythm, which is all routine and I was sent home with a scrip for a hbp med and told to follow up with a specialist. Needless to say, I read up on the hbp med and did not take a single dose of it after reading about the possible side effects and without any ongoing oversight from a cardiologist. I bought my own bp monitor for home, threw out any caffeinated products at and started walking a lot. I paid that bill off but will avoid this place going forward so I don't have another hbp incident over the exorbitant cost.

If ZERO stars were only an option. This place is HORRIBLE from A to Z They billed out $2055.00 for me being there less than 2 hours. I got a zpack for fever, got tested for flu, strep, and COVID. I requested bloodwork and they refused. I was there on 4-5-22 and by 5-10-22 I was admitted to another hospital in septic shock and spent a week in ICU and another 5 weeks at home with a pic line of antibiotics. I submitted a complaint and the medical director called me to say they did everything right and that my bill amount was fair. He even laughed at one of my comments that was not intended to be a joke! If you have anything other than a common cold, please do NOT COME HERE! Dr. Seagraves (medical director) and DR Babu (ER DR.) do not care a bit about patients. Very unprofessional! The only nice person was the patient advocate that called to hear about my issue. NOTHING BUT CROOKS!!!!!!! my 1062.00 bill increased to $2055.00 AFTER I PAID MY PORTION

I would never recommend this hospital to anyone! Iā€™ve witnessed multiple people misdiagnosed including my son! They are lazy and donā€™t properly evaluate patients to determine the root of their symptoms! Will never return to this hospital!! Iā€™m only giving them 1 star because I canā€™t leave zero!

Dr. Le was literally horrible. My two year old daughter was in constant pain, he was incredibly rough with her and scoffed at me when I asked him to wrap her leg/foot. Said there was nothing wrong, only did xray on her leg, then the nurse requested more imaging because she was clearly in pain. He didnā€™t even come back to discuss the second set of imaging, tried to offer my 2 year old pain medication after he had told me there was no problem and she was probably fine. Well she screamed all the way home, all night and all morning. I decided to take her to OU childrenā€™s, come to find out she has a fracture in her tibia that needed a boot and needs to follow up with orthopedics. I guess he couldnā€™t see that on the X-rays they took so they basically just exposed her to radiation for no reason. Also, Dr. Le sent me home with paperwork that said she has and ankle sprain and it needed wrapped, after he scoffed at me for asking him to wrap it and told me it wasnā€™t a sprain. Like seriously? Also, I was told at OU Childrenā€™s that toddlers donā€™t sprain. Absolutely ridiculous. Worst emergency room visit I have ever had. I donā€™t know how they treat adults but a damn sure will never let them touch my kid again.

came into the ER very ill and was immediately taken back. After a few tests and speaking with the Doctor, I was diagnosed with a kidney infection. Dr. Zrenda was very thorough, patient and kind and I feel he pretty much saved my life. The nurse, Heidi, was also very polite and reassuring, as I was quite scared. I was treated by mostly caring and helpful staff and will be forever grateful to Dr.Zrenda and Integris.

I originally gave Integris Crossing a pretty good reviewā€¦ but Iā€™ve recently learned something that I was unaware of and donā€™t recall being informed of so this is an updated review. BE AWARE! You will be charged additionally from the hospital that contracts EMERGENCY SERVICES OF OKLAHOMA, PC. I just learned that I owe them over 1k for the visit! Itā€™s insane! I went for a prescription refill (not ideal) but I had no other choice - Iā€™ve been on a med for some time & I canā€™t just stop taking it. I lost my job & health insurance back in January of this year after a reduction in force company wide layoff. What do you expect people like me in my position to do?! Iā€™d really think about coming here - literally be on the verge of dying - if not youā€™ll end up being billed big money with no other option but to pay. Healthcare costs shouldnā€™t be this unaffordable. Youā€™re taking advantage of the people and disguising it like you care about our health needs/concerns.

I have an abscess tooth and over the weekend it has become super swollen and painful. They were able to prescribe me pain medication and antibiotics until I can see my dentist. I was in and out in about 35 minutes. Everyone was super helpful and friendly!

Abysmal service. I went in with severe stomach pain. I waited for 30 minutes. I went back and a nurse gave me a pain killer which didn't work. I told them the pain was still intense and they told me it would take 20 minutes for it to kick in. I waited another 30 minutes and the pain hadn't subsided. They would not prescribe me another pain killer. After waiting an hour with no relief I was sent home. For the next 4 months I received multiple bills; some of which were for services that were not rendered on me such as a radiology scan. All in all I was billed about $1000 for being given a 30 ml gastrointestinal cocktail of Lidocaine and Benadryl. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This place is little more than an insurance billing firm.

I went in to this location on a Sunday morning since most walk in clinics are closed. They had me in a room and resting pretty quickly. I was hoping to be put on an IV drip to hydrate me since I could not drink or eat due to the symptoms of what I was being seen for. But the doctor wanted to help me find ways to do it on my own, and his advise was very helpful. They were all attentative, kind, and professional. I am not one to like being in the ER but they made me as comfortable as they could and put me on the right meds to get me on the fast track back to feeling better. I would recommend these folks!

Took my son in for a cat bite!! The nurse was great said we probably will not do much but clean it! And well the dr did not clean it out and just glued his bites!!! And now he has massive infection!! All the way up the arm! In less then 48 hours!!! No antibiotic shot. And find out itā€™s common knowledge that your not suppose to close an animal bite!!
