I
went
to
this
ER
after
falling
and
injuring
my
shoulder.
Front
desk
was
courteous
and
efficient,
followed
by
short
wait
before
being
called
back
and
placed
in
a
room.
There
was
only
one
family
in
waiting
room
with
us!
This
was
not
a
hustle
bustle
hell
night
in
the
ER!
Thankful
the
banking
and
finance
part
of
my
care
was
addressed
ASAP!
My
$200.00
Co
pay
was
handled
promptly!
About
10
mins
passed...
front
run
nurse
Ronda
(she
was
a
great
sweet
spirit)
came
in
and
greeted
me
and
took
my
vitals.
About
10mins
later...
here
came
xray
technician.
She
took
3
x-rays,
with
mobile
a
xray
machine
in
the
room...however
technician
had
several
issues
trying
to
operate
the
machine
and
was
not
happy
with
results
she
got.
She
and
the
machine
leave...
didn't
give
me
any
confidence
that
she
had
done
A
+
work
for
a
patient!
I
saw
what
was
taken...
Hmmm.
I've
had
enough
sports
injuries
and
more
xrays,
mri's
than
several
people.
Dr.
finally
came
in,
I
asked
if
I
needed
to
remove
my
dress
shirt...
no!
He
proceeded
to
feel
and
try
to
assess
my
injury
without
even
looking
at
my
clavicle,
and
shoulder
other
other
than
where
is
pain,
here,
there,
and
touching
each
area.
THAT
WAS
IT!
ARE
YOU
KIDDING
ME?
He
THINKS
i
have
a
hairline
fracture,
and
a
torn
rotator
cuff.
When
asked
about
xray
images...
hard
to
tell.
Still
no
dress
shirt
off
to
reveal
a
definite
under
the
skin
injury
and
one
shoulder
lower
than
the
other
and
a
protrusion
under
the
skin...
no
range
of
motion,
nothing
done
to
feel
or
see
popping
and
evident
injury.
But
hey,
I
want
you
to
go
see
the
referred
Orthopedic
Specialist-
Steven
Sands
in
the
next
48hrs.
Ok,
and
what
do
I
do
to
control
a
pain
level
of
8+?
I
have
had
back,
knee,
foot
surgeries...
but
was
majorly
concerned
with
dealing
with
this
pain.
15mins
later
I
am
given
a
Norcold...
a
arm
sling...
and
discharged
me
with
instructions
if
I
have
or
experience
any
other
issues
from
this
injury
to
call
or
come
back
in.
I
made
it
to
Friday,
approx.
48hrs...
pain
level
was
not
being
handled.
I
called
ER
and
asked
if
I
could
speak
to
the
nurse
or
Dr
Z
due
to
pain
mgnt
was
not
working,
and
I
would
not
be
able
to
see
Orthopedic
Specialist
until
the
coming
Tuesday.
Nurse
identified
herself
as
Kelly
was
extremely
rude,
and
would
not
let
me
talk.
Your
not
getting
any
prescription
for
pain
and
hung
up.
I
told
her
I
was
told
to
call
or
come
in
per
my
discharge
if
problems,
pain,
etc
continue.
My
wife
calls
back...
we
are
not
shopping
for
drugs...
needed
help
to
manage
level
of
ongoing
pain.
It
is
Nurse
Kelly
again.
My
wife
asked
for
the
Dr
to
please
call
us.
Very
rude,
said
Dr
most
likely
will
not
call...as
we
are
a
busy
ER....
and
hung
up
on
my
wife.
So,
I
am
after
my
primary
Dr's
office
hours...
yet
Integris
Council
Crossing
wants
me
to
come
back
in
for
another
$200
copay
to
see
the
SAME
Dr.,
to
get
a
pain
prescription?
This
is
the
WORST
experience
I
have
ever
had
from
any
hospital
in
my
60+yrs
of
life.
New
building,
new
location...
but
service,
care
and
just
good
Ole
compassion
is
not
evident
in
the
very
nurse
and
attending
physician.
Stay
away...
