My 7 year old son just had his Birthday Party here and it was an absolute success. He adores American Ninja Warrior and so the moment we checked this place out he was in love and literally counted down the days for a month and a half. We got the package for 2 hours and my son and all his friends absolutely loved it. So awesome how the owner teaches the kids to use each obstacle correctly and is with them the whole time. Best place to have a party! My son is still reliving it two days later and went to school today in his Ninja Minion shirt. If your kids love Ninja, or are just natural monkeys, this is the best birthday party around!

What a fantastic experience this has been for my 7 year old boy! Dominic is so good with the kids and has an amazing ability to motivate and teach while keeping it fun at the same time. My kid can not wait to go to this class every week. Also included is open gym days every week. I would highly recommend Phamily Fun and Fitness to anyone looking to improve confidence, conditioning, balance, timing, coordination, and overall fitness for their child or themselves.

We love this place! My son has been taking classes here and its amazing at all the skills he's learned. Coach Dom is great with the kids and all of the other coaches are wonderful as well. Highly recommend!

Phamily Fun & Fitness is top notch. My kids have been taking classes here for months and will continue to as long as possible. The coaching and development is amazing and the obstacles and equipment are awesome too. All emails, questions, scheduling etc is always handled in a very timely manner, too. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a great place to have a children's party, look no further than Phamily Fun and Fitness. We had my 6 year old's party here and it was fantastic. Dominic was a great host and was wonderful with the kids. He made sure they were being safe but still having a blast. I highly recommend this place.

We were in town to watch American Ninja Warrior filming when we decided to go looking for a local gym, and we were very lucky to find this place! First, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially the owner - they made us feel like regulars on our first visit. Second, the sheer volume of obstacles and challenges and lanes and....well, there was just a lot to do. No other way to say it. If you've got kids you need to wear out, or if you're an adult looking for a big kids' playground, this is the place to go in OKC. I don't know when we'll be back this way, but next time we are, I know we'll be making a stop here.

This is a great place to train or to have a party for your kids. My kids have been taking classes from Dom for over a year and we plan to do it for as long as we can. He does a great job developing and encouraging the kids!! Highly recommended!

2 of my sons go to Ninja classes here, and they just love it. Coach D is so awesome and encouraging. The obstacles are always changing and fun for the kids!

This place and the people are amazing! After trying many gyms, this is my son's absolute fave. And the atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming. We will be spending a lot of time here.

Daughter said it was the best birthday she's ever had and we absolutely love the family that owns the place. They treated us so well and actually gave their time to talk with us and ask us how our visit was. We will definitely be bringing our daughter back to play there!

We take Ninja Warrior classes here and love it! Everyone is so great.
