I have a small pet and have stayed at a few Holiday Inn Express’ during my travels, and have been pleased in the past. The front desk people are nice, and that I appreciate, however, I will not be back to this location. I had remodelers working in my home and needed a place to go to during the daytime with my elderly parent and pet. Upon arrival, the room was so hot you could barely stand it. The front desk said the air had been off for a couple of days in that room (motion sensors). Eventually the room did cool. The carpet was filthy, one of the chairs had vinyl hanging off, the little dinette had wooden chairs that were all chipped with age and one of the walls had some kind of greasy looking smears on it. The smell was gagging, it smelled like a dirty wet dog that had been in a pond. I cleaned the room with a disinfectant and we continued to use it for 2 hours first day and 5 hours the next because if you’ve ever had to move elderly people, you know it upsets their world to change it constantly. We had a physical therapist come for the weekly appointment with my parent and she was appalled by the conditions. I assured her I had cleaned and we would be leaving soon. Guys, I did contact the management after the stay, so in their defense, they didn’t get the opportunity to move us from room to room, but when you have need for handicap facilities and pet, options can be limited and I just didn’t want the hassle, we just dealt. When I called, I did not ask for a refund, but did let them know the conditions. They apologized and said they are getting ready to remodel, it’s a 16 year old facility and they know the furniture is dated. My suggestion to those considering staying, call ahead and ask if the remodel has been completed before you book with them. Sorry IHG, this was a very poor experience.

Clean and well maintained hotel . Breakfast with many delicious options scramble eggs, meat patties , veggie omelet.. included gluten free bread . The room was clean, spacious and quiet. This will be the hotel we choose on future trips to the area . Need to recommend to have designated rooms for guest without pets so guest like us are not expose to pets allergens

My family and I are staying that the Holiday Inn Express in Quail Springs Oklahoma City. We were shocked with the room given to us. There was splatter of what looked like blood and bodily fluids on the bedside lamp. Hairs on the bed and toilet. The curtains looked like the rod was about to break and leaning forward. We requested another room and was given one. That room at least didn’t have splatter on the lamp shades but the bathroom floors are un-mopped and hairs everywhere. No door handles on the closet door and and the grates on the air unit are broken. We took the kids to the pool and it was unheated which isn’t safe to swim in for how cold it is outside. Almost every pool chair is broken. I just want management to be aware at the condition of this hotel. In the past, I’ve always considered Holiday Inn to be a good family friendly hotel. This stay has been shocking.

Revised to 4 stars instead of 3. Still deducting 1 star because of no mini fridge or microwave and the key card issue. The room was great. Nice and clean and the King room was big. Comfortable bed and loved the pillows. Nice tile floor in entrance and bathroom. The shower and full size shampoo/condition and bath gel were great, and smelled wonderful.. I loved the tall shower head. It could be 5 stars easily if corporate would do a few things. Also, adding some microwavable dinners for guests to purchase would be great. The front desk clerk on Christmas evening was very nice.

We got a discount with Mercy hospital because we lived 60 miles away. I was worried about the price being so cheap, what kind of place was it. It was very clean, modern, mini fridge, large tv, good breakfast in the morning. Staff was really friendly to my wife and daughter.

We had a fabulous stay! The sheets are so soft and two types of pillows to choose from. The full breakfast was terrific! They had a selection of hot foods to try each day and the hot cinnamon rolls are to die for!!! Try the pancakes!

I’m actually here now I came in yesterday because I had a doctors appointment the next day and I was told a ice storm was coming in we drove 3 hours to get here . Our room was not cleaned , the stool ran all night It felt dirty the carpet wasn’t cleaned. You had to be technically inclined to work the tv. I asked for a blanket because I was scared to sleep under the covers and the blanket that was given to me had a stain on it I do understand that it is under construction but this place absolutely disgusting the only thing that made our stay bearable is the front desk clerk he was helpful if it wasn’t for him I would of checked out. And found another place to stay.

Clean, newly updated rooms. Daily hot breakfast included was nice. The beds and pillows are very cozy. Enjoyed the blackout curtain options and well working HVAC system. The hotel snack bar, cleanliness, staff, and locale convenience make it an easy choice. We’ll be back.

The hotel staff was amazing!! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The elevator reeked of marijuana, which was a big downside. The beds were decently clean it’s just some of the furniture was worn all the way down with spots and filth. I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on it. More like a 2 and a half star hotel at best. They do have breakfast you can pay for. The parking lot is very well lit. It is located in a wonderful area.

Stayed here for a week while a family member was in Mercy Hospital a mile away. Everything about my stay was great. The hotel is undergoing a major renovation but it was no bother to my stay. Would highly recommend for those who need to stay near the hospital.

I stayed here while it was under renovations, and I was understanding of that. That said I believe the room I was in itself could have been cleaned and serviced for a new guest better. The toilet paper roll looked half used from the prior guest with none of the folds on it frequently seen in hotels to assure freshness. There was no soap provided in the room, and the lotion looked as though it too were left from the previous guest. Other than those complaints I had an overall positive experience, and the person who checked me in was super helpful and friendly.

I traveled to OKC because my sister was having heart surgery. The hotel is 5 min from a cluster of Medical facilities. Staff is very professional, breakfast is acceptable, and delivery service is nearby. Just what I needed!

Great Location and well kept Hotel, but why would the staff attempt to authorize the rate at 1PM on the day of my Arrival? I was called around 1PM as I was traveling and told my Card was unable to be charged, we'll obviously it was unable to be charged I have a locked Eno Card on my IHG account to prevent Hotels from charging me unnecessarily until I actually check in. Sorry, but things happen when traveling and sometimes people stop before getting to the originally planned location, I'm not going to pay for something I did not use and I'm not going to be treated like a Problem, customer service goes a long way!

Good room, cold A/C, excellent breakfast!I used the decent fitness room despite it missing several free weights - basically just treadmills. Great simple service overall.

Ok for the hotel category price value. Independently owned and operated. Has been sold out last couple of nights and parking is adequate. Clean quite etc. Breakfast on Sunday hot the staff behind but everything remained chill!

Convenient location, but right next to hwy intersection. Breakfast options were .... not impressive. Eggs, sausage, pancakes (from a self serve machine) were not good. Did have fresh apples and oranges, and selection of yogurts. Rooms reasonably clean. People were very helpful.
